If I could leave no stars I would. We waited over an hour of a SANDWICH. They served people that ordered over half an hour after us first when we finally got our order she made it wrong. I visted subway on wednesday 7th February as i was working in headingly that day. When i came there was a rude lady working who was rude to the customers in front of me. They had the £4.99 on any footlong sub which was with the app. I downloaded the app last night and as i tried to scan it she said that it wasnt showing on the system which i insisted that i had the app and i was eligible for the deal. She then raised her voice at me and threatened to call the police when i asked for the manager or a corporate number, she proceeded to call the police on me the customer and said i was harrasing her which was a completely false accusation and was only esclating the situation, but luckily i started recording as soon as she raised her voice for my own protection which i am glad i did as she started making false accusations. I would recommend not to go to this subway as the staff are very rude and she did not change her gloves when touching meat then touching the salad which is a massive no no in the food industry as there are vegetarians around that do not want greasy meat on their salads. I have contacted coporate and will look to take action against this franchise of subway due to the unfair and potentially racist treatment i recieved.

Rude woman took my order, I walk in and she says nothing to me and keeps talking to her friend in another language. She asks me what I want, I tell her. She proceeds not to make it and just talk to her friend. I’d understand if she was busy but she very obviously wasn’t. A nice guy came over to do my order because she wasn’t, she shooed him away to the back and then for another minute, didn’t make my sandwich and just talked casually to her friend. A solid 5 min of watching her have a chat. I asked for a sandwich that was shown on the board, she didn’t know what it was and made me something completely different and something I didn’t want. She almost charged me extra after I already told her I had a discount. She then walks away after throwing my sandwiches on the counter. I stood there for 2 minutes whilst she chatted to her friend before she even noticed me. I had to ask for a bag and napkins. She was just rude and the customer service was tragic. I know it’s only subway but get a grip I want my sandwich.

First of all, I can safely say it’s not hard to make a subway sandwich or run one of the shops, I did it years ago in another area and it was really enjoyable. However, I walked in with my partner today and once it became apparent to the two women behind the counter that we were paying together and were ‘together’ the expressions became sour, the sandwiches were slopped together with no care to how much was just falling out (there was no one behind us or queuing) and when we got them home there were long black hairs in the food. I’ve since been unwell and would love to know the last time they did temperature checks on the food and cleaned the surfaces they work on. Appalling customer service, slow and rude, not a single smile and shouldn’t be in a customer facing role, either of them. I know subway franchises take hygiene very seriously but this one clearly doesn’t care. Long hair not tied back properly, dirty counters and soggy fluid visible on the meat. Will never go back there.

I just had a delightful experience at my local Subway shop today. I was in kind of a bad mood because of for some family issues. While taking my order, the girl at the counter, Heena, seemed to notice and said some kind words to me that I will never forget. It was nice to see that people can still be kind and warm and Heena's sympathetic words really brightened my day. 😊 PS: The sandwich I ordered was good too. 👍

Walked in....service woman with a face like thunder and gave a dirty look. They were unloaded breadfrom the oven. Didn't acknowledge me or told me they would be a minute. Continued to unload bread. I left without being served to but a meal from the supermarket a few minutes later. I think customer service training may be of benefit.

I arrived at the subway in headingly with high hopes. I love subway, and how you can customise your own order. Ohh boy was I in for a treat. Me and my partner walked in there and asked for 12 cookies. The (rude) staff member sighed and said “can I just give u 2 of each different types of cookie”. I would get it if there was a shortage of cookies but there was loads of them! She was just lazy and couldn’t be bothered to listen to me for more than 5 seconds. Absolute disgrace of a establishment, and I will certainly never be coming back!

Very poor service. The staff (3 people) were more interested in dealing with what I can only assume we're online orders because the shop was empty when we arrived. The lady who eventually served us only took an order from one of our party of 3 before carrying on with other bits and pieces. I waited patiently to be served, although surely they should have served our whole party first. My husband was completely ignored and the next customer was served. My husband was not served at all and left the shop hungry. This was our first and last visit to this establishment.

I absolutely love subway. This branch is by far the worst subway probably in the world. I have lived in leeds for 5 years and it always seems EVERY single time i come to this subway there is something wrong. Things not in stock, machines not working , slow staff. Today it was the scanner for gaining subcard points wasnt working. Which it hasnt been for ages. Hopefully someone from management sees this and actually tries to turn it into a decent subway. Rant over.

20/09/22 between hours of 2-2:30am. Got served by a lady and a man. Girl clearly new…and too busy flirting with the man to do her job properly . Was rude. Put on three pieces of onion to make the man laugh…he had to tell her to put more on. Barely put any sweetcorn on, had to ask for more. Asked for chocolate chip cookies…got given the vegan cookies instead. Man kept muttering something under his breath and when asked ‘what’ he didn’t say anything. Mi pareja y yo viajamos a Cheltenham de vacaciones y nos gusta mucho la ciudad, excepto este metro. Fuimos a almorzar y hablamos con Lorna, la asistente del mostrador. Ella nos respondió bastante groseramente y tuvo una mala actitud durante el proceso de pedido. Mi compañera pidió tener queso rallado en su sub y ella consiguió una pizca de queso y la espolvoreó, básicamente no había queso allí. Al pedir más queso, Lorna le informó a mi pareja que tendría un costo adicional. Esto nunca ha sucedido en ningún otro metro en el que hemos estado y no nos importó, fue la mala educación del personal lo que nos dejó sintiéndonos molestos. Estábamos consternados por el nivel de servicio brindado y el personal debería ser más educado con los clientes.

I have a feel that this petrol station has recently sacked it's subway staff and the owner's wife and sister thought "what's so hard about make sandwiches? We can do that!" They initially made me a foot long tuna, I had to shout at them like a fascist dictator before they'd quit wieldibg that monster around! They forgot my portions of hash brown and through them in as I was paying, they turned out soggy and binworthy. The 2 subs we had were awful, bread that turned to dust if you looked at it too long, pretty sure they used ketchup instead of hotsauce and had used the wrong meats for the spicy italian. Terrible.

I was there on the 22nd Sept afternoon. The guy who served me was incredibly slow and uneffectice, and he used the same plastic gloves to handle money and to prepare the sandwiches ( touching bread, meat and vegetables), not just for me, but for the customer before me too. Even after I've mentioned that he should change gloves he used the same ones... Shame

It's a small subway, the card machine seems to be broken every other time I go there. Last time I went the drinks machine didn't work, neither did the toaster (for the cheese and toasted) and the bloke microwaved it but it just wasn't the same. The staff seem alright (apologetic for the broken stuff) but there were also flies on the last visit. Thank you

Subway in Leeds have very hospital staff who serve very good meals. Stewart and Nathan were in very friendly and were particularly accommodating. Good ambient atmosphere in there, lovely music always in kicking on their radio . Nice tasty meals too, loved their salad very much-recommend it any day. Great customer service

I used to visit this subway all the time, staff were great service was fast and friendly. Recently the franchise was bought out by a new manager and since then, the hygiene and cleanliness is disgusting, staff are unhelpful and unfriendly, they are always out of certain things (several times I have asked if a certain drink is available, I pay and then find out it isn't) I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. I've been in there twice and both times my order was wrong also.

On a recent trip to Cheltenham we were unfortunately unable to travel because of the effect of the extreme weather on the railways. So we decided to have breakfast at John Lewis-I had a small breakfast and Pat had toast and mushroom. It was excellent. Very nice decor and ambience.

Awful and discriminating to vulnerable people. The driver refused to come in to the flat door even though I communicated a disability. I went out to meet them regardless and the driver was nowhere to be found despite walking up and down the road. After waiting for 20 mins and multiple attempts to contact, eventually got through to the store. The lack of basic empathy was infuriating, then the lack of service itself even worse. Could not get my food despite me walkng around the road to find the driver, and could not get written confirmation they were actually refunding me. I disputed it with my bank to actually get my money back. Contacted head office and the first response had no service tone, just a request to prove what times I'd phoned the store. Once I sent this, still no tone of service anywhere and no commentary or the blatant discrimination to vulnerable people. Dominos is on alot of people's boycott list for a reason.

Not been here in years. I seen the 3.99 deal so thought I would try it. The staff especially margarita was very helpful. Food was very tasty and fresh. Thank you. I will be back
