Order never arrived.... Called four times they kept on saying that it's on its way.... It said delivered on the app, customer service was useless when calling the branch. Manager was very unhelpful. Order from another dominos franchise... Will be going in tomorrow to get my money back!

Somehow on collection they gave my pizza away and gave me the wrong one then as a sorry I got 1 500ml bottle. Then gave me dirty looks as if it were my fault when they asked everyone who came in there name then when a person came in they said there name and were handed my pizza. Took them a while before they noticed so got a cold pizza and 1 500ml bottle as a result.

Lasagna pizza no tomato sauce on top contacted the store and the guy said 1. “Hello what’s up “no name no intro as it should be I used to work for domino’s as a manager. 2. Denied that my misses placed an order but on the confirmation email stated the store 3. Food was cold 4. Untrained staff/personnel 5. Rude

Had a lovely custom pizza along with others for our group from here last night, timings were great and all pizzas were warm and tasty, thank you!

One of the best Dominos I've been in. The staff are friendly. It was great watching them make the pizzas.

Good pizza, but it was ready for ages getting cold before they noticed and handed it over. Refused to make a half and half. Domino's used to be good but the pandemic stipped the menu to nothing and the service to minimal. Independents are usually better.

It was nice and easy to order but space is very small. The service was excellent and efficient. Waiting time was short. The pizza was greasy as hell but it was decent. Would go again to grab a quick bite.

Pizza turned up with incorrect which I can't eat for religious reasons. Called up, got an apology and they asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. Asked for replacement, waited an hour, called up again to be told I was told "I don't know who you spoke to" by some other person and there was no order. Waited 2 hours and spent £30 quid for nothing.

Twice I've been to this one and both times pizza was greasy with too much tomato sauce and too salty. What are you doing? Never eating there again 😬

It’s well known Domino’s is rip off at the best of times, but it’s getting worse! The last couple of pizzas from here had the most minimal toppings, for instance 5 slices of mushroom and 4 chunks of tomato on a large pizza and the last visit even had missing toppings and what little toppings it had stopped an inch and a half from the edge. I can only assume the lack of quality was down to the pizza master class being given to staff by a lady with a cap with lots of pins cutting test pizzas. Pity the quality didn’t extend to my pizza! Zero value for money and I genuinely think they are having a laugh and definitely not following Dominoes portion charts! Zero point complaining in store, you are just told to call HO. For £11.99, better pizza deals to be had in Sainsbury’s or Co-op!

Your typically dominos, generally efficient with tasty pizza.

Alright food but too expensive. Staff are overworked and service is rushed. In particular ordering outside of preset pizzas and deals can get very pricey indeed. Plant-based pizzas are available but generally of much poorer quality as the dough is left out too long. Gluten free pizzas are generally made safely, but are only available in 9”. Smaller 7” and 9” pizzas are suitable for kids. The store is wheelchair accessible, but the customer area is small and the order counter is too high to be practical for a wheelchair user.

Best Dominos in Cheltenham. Order came very quick and was great. Great customer service from delivery driver Rumi. Would definitely recommend!!

Pizzas were delivered fast and still hot when we received our order! Delivery driver was very polite, young brunette at bath road dominos! Unfortunately couldn't give her a tip that she deserved!

Pizza was cooked quickly and tasted like a domino’s pizza.

It’s Dominos. It is what it is. But this branch comes with the added bonus of waiting for over an hour and a half and then having to call to find out whether they are ever going or bother to deliver. And then they don’t bother. For another 20 minutes. Don’t bother.
