it’s amazing , there is one lady there i can’t remember her name but she is fab and always makes the experience better as a whole. all staff are amazing

They put so much meat in the sandwich it's unbelievable. I love it. Best subway I've been to so far. And being the same building as a boss man makes it so much better.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered a Uber eats it arrived it was absolutely disgusting, cold, dry, the cheese was melted on the ham and no where else on the bread, on Uber eats I ordered sauce however on my receipt it wasn’t showing, I drove to take it back so I could get a fresh better one but the lady in the shop was so rude and needs to be sacked, that was not good customer service at all I will be taking This further making a complaint and taking it to head office, the lady started shouting and called me a liar because I said it was horrible which it was other wise I would have eaten it? how can subway hire people who can’t even make a sandwich properly and be so rude Taking this to head quarters

subway messed up my order then told me they would send the right one out it is now 3 hours later and still haven’t got my order!

saying delivered and never received

driver didn't even say hello, just said '4 digit code'. Stale bread.

ordered for delivery (in advance) for 12.55 and it didn't get here until half one. My partner was unable to eat in his lunch break because of this so his went cold. My sandwich was also super salty and nearly inedible. Won't be ordering from this branch again, never usually have this issue from the one in town.

Ordered online around 1500 with an estimated delivery time of 15-30. After 40 minutes I tried to cancel the order on the website, but there was no way to do it. Tried to call the restaurant but no number was provided. Googled the restaurant's number but it was no longer connected. Tried to contact Just Eat customer services, could not find a number or a chat or an email address. Googled Just Eat customer services. Rang a number, was told to go to the website. Rang again pretending to be a restaurant, was told the number was no longer working. Looked for a complaint email address online, could not find one. Please give customers a way to contact you!!

Staff didn't seem to know what to do with my order. Didn't cut the sub in half so when I went to eat it i had to try stop it from falling apart.

First time I've been to this particular place. There isn't really any parking so I presume their target clientele is shell customers or pedestrians. Once inside it was quick and easy, however there were some cages full with stock from the Shell shop in the way of the tables.

Worst subway, had a BMT which was dry and hard to eat

I ordered a cookie box of 4 different types of cookies. I was delivered a box of 10 Macadamia cookies and 2 rainbow cookies. This was for whole family, I am the only one who eats nuts. I now have to oder cookies else where in order for them to have cookies

Hopefully the driver enjoyed the cookie that I paid for, because all I got was an empty cookie bag! Drink was substituted with no alternative being offered before delivery was made.

One of the better Subways I've been too, fairly clean and tidy with good service. Small area to sit in as well. This is a part of a petrol station that sells tango ice blasts and ice-cream tubs. So not a bad place to stop off.

Delicious as always; best subs and salads in the area.
