While the food quality is exactly what you'd expect if you ordered in store, this is not the first time they've forgotten the drink.

It's a formulaic approach to sandwiches like other franchises do for burgers

All was perfect besides the fact my sub wasn’t toasted, despite clicking the option during ordering.

Food was cold, not toasted like asked and I didn't get what I even ordered.

Ordered two footlong subs, both were toasted despite not selecting toasted bread as an option, and neither sub had been cut.

the shop is not even a 10 minute drive from where I live and it was cold not even a little warm

Ordered online around 1500 with an estimated delivery time of 15-30. After 40 minutes I tried to cancel the order on the website, but there was no way to do it. Tried to call the restaurant but no number was provided. Googled the restaurant's number but it was no longer connected. Tried to contact Just Eat customer services, could not find a number or a chat or an email address. Googled Just Eat customer services. Rang a number, was told to go to the website. Rang again pretending to be a restaurant, was told the number was no longer working. Looked for a complaint email address online, could not find one. Please give customers a way to contact you!!

Staff didn't seem to know what to do with my order. Didn't cut the sub in half so when I went to eat it i had to try stop it from falling apart.

First time I've been to this particular place. There isn't really any parking so I presume their target clientele is shell customers or pedestrians. Once inside it was quick and easy, however there were some cages full with stock from the Shell shop in the way of the tables.

Worst subway, had a BMT which was dry and hard to eat

my subway was toasted after they put the salad on so the salad is warm and soggy and the bread tastes stale but delivery was 10/10.

I ordered a cookie box of 4 different types of cookies. I was delivered a box of 10 Macadamia cookies and 2 rainbow cookies. This was for whole family, I am the only one who eats nuts. I now have to oder cookies else where in order for them to have cookies

Hopefully the driver enjoyed the cookie that I paid for, because all I got was an empty cookie bag! Drink was substituted with no alternative being offered before delivery was made.

We won't be returning after watching the person serving picking the salad piece by piece out of of the meatball sauce after they realised they forgot to toast the cheese. Absolutely gross. Walked out and left them to dispose of the manky mess.

One of the better Subways I've been too, fairly clean and tidy with good service. Small area to sit in as well. This is a part of a petrol station that sells tango ice blasts and ice-cream tubs. So not a bad place to stop off.

Staff there are very sly they over charge its not alot but it adds up the one on lizzy way it happened on 3 accasions and when I mentioned it to the lady she said the price has just gone up today yet oin the actual price list it's not gone up so people check your money there.
