Wir wollten unbedingt die Cookies probieren und waren sehr enttäuscht: zäh und zuviel Backpulver, sie schmeckten eher wie von vor zwei Tagen. Wir hatten frische, innen weiche und außen knusprige Cookies erwartet und waren enttäuscht. Nicht noch einmal.

Everything is expensive in there! Not sure why? Tiny shop, friendly staff & clean. Good for special occassions.

Bought a super big double layer biscuit for a birthday. Not cheap but staff were very friendly and managed turn around time of two hours to bake and ice. Cake was a great hit with my daughter and her friends.

Always a nice choice of cookies to be had. Staff very friendly and helpful advising what is in the ingredients of the cookies.

Took two grandchildren out shopping and as a treat asked them what they would like. Milkshake and cookies. After walking all the way through the Arcade to this place told " we've run out if milk". What? If this is supposed to be a real business how can that be? Either stock up properly or send one of the young ladies who really couldn't seem to care less to get some. We were not the only 'disappointed' customers as behind us were four/five other young people all of whom wanted milk shakes. Like us they walked away. Shame as the cookies looked great. If you want cookies/milk shakes then don't bother going here. If you want at least a reasonable level of customer service you're going to need to explain what that is it to the staff first !! I might I suppose be an old git but even the two grandkids thought this experience rubbish. Three less future customers guaranteed!

The member of staff was on her phone in plain sight for about a minute before she asked what I wanted. Told me they'd run out of it anyway in a rude monotone voice and said I'd have to wait 20 minutes.. no apology or anything

Took my grand daughter in because she wanted a quick fix, the service was indifferent, the cake was ok but overall, not like an American cookie experience, probably not go for it often

Even though it has dropped in size dramatically the shop delivers a sugar rush to get the healthiest tempted, try the white chocolate chip
