Rubbish, 3 meals ordered, 2 were wrong !! How hard can it be to put 3 meals in a bag, rang store they wouldn’t do nothing about it.

Been coming in this store for years. Staff are always pleasant, efficient, helpful, despite how very busy it gets at peak times, one of best we been in for service.

I think this is now the 6th time there was something missing from the drive thru order. When I asked for compensation, I was told sorry, my manager said we can't do that unless you phone through as soon as you find out. Just tried to phone, multiple times, but can't get through LOL. Now I can see why people kick off down there, and get arrested.

Terrible staff, totally unhelpful and cold food. Will never go to McDonald's again. So disappointing when your cold and hungry

On a busy Saturday lunchtime this branch is rammed. Drive thru pretty crazy too. I walked from over the road. Ordered a happy meal. For some reason the order number disappeared completely off the screen. The staff were clearly working very hard and doing their best. Annoyingly my box wasn’t folded correctly at the bottom and food neatly fell out on the pavement!

Attrocious service from using the drive through. I was asked to park up after placing an app order, and had to wait for cold food and parts of the order that was wrong. Absolutely useless, and trying to make a complaint is impossible. Staff attitude stinks.

Toilets worse than a busy truck stop Untidy. Stained urinalysis. Stinking. Toilet seat broken and filthy. In restaurant- untidy. Seats torn. Was refurbished relatively recently …. So hard to fathom.

Clean and friendly place where we popped in for breakfast. Neill the lovely man clearing tables was brilliant and excellent at his job. Food was hot and a good price but paper cutlery doesn’t work too good with pancakes!

Crisp high 5 from the hype man at the door ( this is serious, was a very helpful and friendly member of staff) Chips were cold No milkshakes

It serves McDonalds. Like the other McDonalds. I like to give it three stars because it doesn't warrant the title of 72nd worst café of 72 cafés in Cheltenham.

Time after time we visit this restaurant and they don’t have the milkshakes on. We come because it’s the closest to us. Why have it on the menu if it’s never available, a company this size should have available what they advertise. Very disappointed for what’s likely the 10th time 12 months they have no milkshake. Joke

This store says it is open 24 hours a day. This is false as we were removed from the store at 12:15pm after being requested to leave multiple times. Staff were very rude and there were vodka bottles in the toilets. Toilets also smelt horrendous. Food was adequate but the staff are nasty people

The restaurant floor is covered in dropped food and rubbish, the tables are dirty with trays of food left behind by the previous occupants, and when asking an employee to clean my table they rolled their eyes. The staff look overworked and dead inside, and the food took 30 minutes to arrive. No help from the manager who looked like they could not get rid of me quickly enough. Terrible quality and customer service. Would not recommend it.

it is still the best for that quick on the run breakfast and the choice has got biger ,,, So more to eat..

I went through the drive through and was told to park in the car park as my food was not ready i waited 10 minuted i then went back through the drive through and asked where my food was. I was told it was given to someone else in the car park but i could have my food for free once again told to wait in the car park. No sign of the food so i walk in. They said someone is outside with your food. I said i have paid already how is this free. My food by this point is cold and well no free food. Waiting a total of 30 minutes for my food. No sauce and cold food. Bad service. Will not be going to that place! Fast food is not 30 minute with a manager with a bad attitude! Date of visit: October 2022

This place is disgusting dirty and food is just poor quality, as you enter this premises you can’t avoid seen how dirty this place is, food cold and tasteless and get the order wrong I won’t be coming back

Tried to grab a burger at half past midnight and they were not taking orders for another 30 minutes because it’s ‘handover’. Don’t know how long they had been closed for before that. This is unacceptable if they are advertising themselves as open 24 hours a day. Which they are.
