We ordered two chicken meals one was a bucket, was missing chicken wings , and the other chicken was so dry and tasteless the only thing that was nice was the chips and can of drink, the staff was eating in frout of customers and didn't even wash hands! Might as well just go to KFC ....

They commented on my friends height and hair colour they then served us a dogs dinner which was most definitely not finger licking good one of the waiters had a inappropriate outfit this same waiter also through pepsi on the floor i wanted to die

Second visit hoped it had improved but it hasn’t carvery needs a lot of improvement roast potatoes we’re dire and gravy very thick .server not very welcoming. Both my brother and I used the toilets which were not very clean intents floor filthy. Will or go gain or recommend.

Pedí un desayuno Bitesize y un gran capuchino. El personal estaba contento de reemplazar la salchicha por un trozo de tocino y eran muy amables y alegres

Agree wholeheartedly with the negative reviews re the atmosphere (or lack of it), coffee and daytime menu. However the fish and chips is very good and there is a gluten free batter available

Ordered here on Saturday night, absolutely awful. I measly piece of chicken jerk and the peppered steak was really salty. Not worth the £24 for two meals, they had no chips available. Save your money many better takeaways to spend your money with.

Campanella is realy very very tasty for icecream and patisseries. You have to try it. The icecream is real home made with real ingrediants and the patisseries is delicious.

Really disappointed with our visit. My wife is a big sushi fan, so I booked a table for lunch for her birthday. On arrival we were told a couple of things were off the menu, that’s fine, it happens. But when trying to place our order for sushi, we were told they aren’t doing sushi today as the chef hadn’t turned up for work… I asked when he might be in, and we’re told that he hadn’t responded to her text… this is appalling.

We have often stopped at the Goods Yard for a bite to eat after walking around the Harbour area. This time we ordered food and drinks from Barney & the Pizza, and from Pork & Co. The pizza's are always amazing and we enjoyed the chilli honey mac and cheese from Pork & Co. It was super cheesy and the chilli honey was a wonderful variation.

We had the drive thru option at this Costa store. There wasn’t any cars waiting infront of us but had a wait, it seemed that one female was doing all the work herself - taken the order, prepping the item and taking payment. Once driven past the front of the store the Costa there were three employees at the front / desk with no customers - maybe better placement?

En realidad me sentí realmente realmente estafado ya que para dos personas era £ 25 almuerzo para llevar y no sentimos que teníamos nada. Algunos trozos de pollo masticables. Solíamos venir aquí mucho y la comida era menos de £ 10 con un montón de ingredientes frescos y salsa encantadora - lo que ha pasado!

My whole experience was appalled by the service provided on this particular evening. It was my stepdaughter’s 40th birthday meal who apologised to me for a crap service provided. No fault of hers, as her previous visit was totally different, this is the reason for her return, but never again! We were a party of 17 people, 10 adults and 7 kids, yes quite a number to cater for! No excuse though they accepted the booking! Menu displayed on the website gave you a hint of Middle Eastern cuisine which was totally different to the menu provided on the evening, very disappointed! Food was basic, typically burgers, which most of us chose and in addition chicken nuggets for the kids with chips, you would think it is the easiest meal to prepare, tell me why it took over an hour to serve, poor kids were starving and very miserable and were served last! Basically no order of priority random bits of food came out separately. Overall over priced, quality of food poor, I would not recommend!
