Worst pizza I think I've ever eaten. It's just been delivered 5 minutes ago, pepperoni stuffed crust with honey drizzle. It's STONE COLD! The cheese has gone hard because it's so cold. And it's covered in honey, no it's not a drizzle, just loaded in honey, it's soggy. It's literally so disgusting, I've binned it. £32 for 1 disgusting pizza. I lifted up a slice of pizza and honey was just pouring off of it, it's pooling in-between the cuts of the slices. Do you understand what a drizzle is? The honey is just leaking from the pizza, see the photo...so gross. The entire base is soggy like it's been dipped in water. What the hell!!!

First time me and my partner decided to try Pizza Hut (spoiler - Never again)Pizza delivered 15 minutes later(not big problem but still), we ordered 2 halves of a large pizza. it looked like medium in Dominos. Taste: one side with chicken, cheese, peppers, mushrooms was insipid taste, not crispy base, not fresh. Second half with fries was very salty. Without any extra souce. We also ordered chicken strips(not crispy, almost cold) My partner had upset stomach all night (can not say 100% because of pizza), but we did not eat for dinner nothing else. Very disappointed. I do not recommend 👎🏻

Good location bc it's near to me. And ordering is Depending on time can be a 15-30 minute wait which is honnestly suprising in a good way. Comparing to other company's and larger branches pizza hut this one does well. The takeout part is to no surprise its a exact on the menu and the amount of food is perfect. Food is always perfect temperature and have ordered different sizes pizzas on multiple occasions.

I've ordered collection several times from here now, and it's always been correct, on time and delicious. The staff are friendly, and there's free parking conveniently nearby. My one suggestion would be to have some sort of doorbell to let the staff know when a customer has arrived.

What's wrong because the company says it's open until 11 pm but if you arrive at 10:30 you can't place an order there? What's the reason for staying open until 11? They only accept orders from Deliveroo, that's how they do it and for a driver to pick up your order.

I live 2 mins away from here. Every time I order from here it takes 2+ hours to come, I call and they are rude. The food arrives freezing & they always say there’s nothing they can do. So bad.

After 9 years of not eating at Pizza Hut I was surprised to find out I had not been missing out on anything. Pizza is mediocre, the service doesn’t know what they are doing. When asked for the Melt from the menu the person could not find it in the till, so in the end I gave up buying it. Probably would be as bad as pizza so glad I didn’t spend more money there.

Pick up mobile order Honestly great experience. Walked in, asked for a pizza, got one 5min earlier than scheduled pick up time, tasted quite good.

Very bad service. Order over an hour in advance. Pizza was 45 minutes late. When I called the restaurant they claim they don't have enough drivers so knew it will be extremely delayed. They didn't notify the costumer because they didn't want us to cancel and order dominos. Quote by seller over the phone: "If I told you I don't have drivers and can't meet your order I would have lost my job". The pizzas and side weren't even warm when it arrived. Of course refusing to issue a partial refund. Will not order from them again and recommend you to do the same.

Arrived at 14.30 18/01/23, only the delivery driver on site . He said the manager has gone to the shops and he had just left yeah right,leaving the shop unattended and the phone just ringing. I left at 15.00.

Very slow delivery (ordered at 5pm, delivered at 6:50pm after originally stating 30-40mins for delivery). Pizzas were not particularly cooked either and were not crispy

Guy shuffled from the back clutching his stomach and backside to serve me, then put his hands over his mouth as if trying not to be sick. Seemed very grumpy and kept telling me how ill he was. Very sorry you’re ill mate but you shouldn’t be serving me and clutching your behind as if I’ve just had diarrhoea when you’re handling my food is disgusting. I’d already paid for it then so wasn’t much I could do but couldn’t bring myself to eat it and won’t be going back

Rubbish customer service, I ordered pizza in advance few hours and when it was due to arrive they told me they don’t have driver to deliver the pizza, which is really shame. This should be said on the website rather than wasting customer time( poor customer service). I will not be using the southmead beach never again 😗😖

One of the pizza wasn't cooked and they didn't add the free dip sauce, also the delivery driver was so rude. He obviously needs to learn manners.

Got food poisoning and they didn’t even do anything about it! I called them and emailed them and they said that they “checked their pizzas, they’re all cooked and served properly” ok then so why did I become sick the morning after eating it?

I ordered two pizza's after waiting about hour i got 2 burnt pizza's they send one free pizza for saying its burnt sorry...the free pizza doesn't even cooked well ,no taste or not cutting. When i go to show them as they messed our meal my kids didn't eaten lady on pizza hut said sorry we were busy....if they are busy they could say sorry we can't take orders why sending burn food. Nightmare never try again.

Ordered for delivery. Food arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes after the order was placed. I was told the order would take 25 minutes. I called after an hour and was told they hadn't put it in the oven yet. But it would be 15 minutes. Pizza came luke warm.

Excellent service by manager and staff, had a issue with ordering online - order ended up registering as a collection when the intention was to have the meal delivered. After speaking to a staff member, the manager provided an exceptional service ensuring the order will be delivered. Meal was delivered by the manager. The pizza and side were very good. Would've been five stars, but Pizza Hut needs to fix their online system to prompting the customer if they are making a collection or delivery more clearly.
