seems to be improving their services pizza arrived nice and hot ordered a decent amout of food and didnt take too long this time

I entered the store on the 1st Oct and was ignored, staff are really rude and unprofessional, we were told to order online however he took the customers beside us order instead. The men preparing the pizzas had long beards and NO beard-net, all staff were touching the screens and desk while preparing the food which meant the food could be contaminated. Upon collecting my order my food was sat waiting and I was told rudely to wait, I then had to ask another member of staff for my order which was then given to me. My food was cold as I was forced to wait for it even though it sat there ready?. I didn’t receive the Dr Pepper that I paid for and I have not received a refund for that either and to top it off there was a hair found in our pizza which was baked into pizza toppings themselves. I’ve contacted the store and I was still met with really rude customer service? The store haven’t refunded me or apologised either. Overall really gross and the guys that work there are really rude too which upon looking at previous reviews I can see is a common thing here..

I know how hard and soul destroying it can be working in hospitality, but MY GOD I have never experienced such horrible customer service. Arrived to collect our pizza, we were told it had been collected already, we explained it obviously wasn’t collected by us cause here we are to collect it with the order number. They literally didn’t care, just chatting and shouting to each other, basically said there’s nothing they can do because it’s been collected already. No apology for the fact they gave away our pizza, they acted as though it was our fault. After about 30 mins of waiting they did make us our pizza, but gave no indication to us that they were going to, and even then the way they acted seemed like they weren’t even gonna make it and were just ignoring us. Someone needs to get fired here or something, the way they went about it all was so horrible and made us feel so helpless, I don’t understand how they can be so careless and mean and just not care. I understand they don’t care about their job but I am a human being standing in front of you just trying to sort out a problem (which is not at all my fault) and you’re acting like i’m a piece of gum on your shoe.

I used to come here and like their pizza, but not anymore. On 6th September 2024, my child and I ordered two small pizzas and ate both. However, we got sick afterward, and I think the pizzas they gave us were old. I felt better the next day, but my child didn’t and is still not feeling well. If his condition worsens, I swear I will report this.

Gave us the completely wrong pizza, then argued with us after they finally offered to replace it. Worst dominos branch I’ve been to, very disappointed

Order for vegan cheese pizza, given real cheese. Manager offered to remake. Turned me away 2 times because the were understaffed. Then made me a replacement pizza on my 3rd visit, totally wrong again. Spoke to customer services they said it wasn't possible to give me a refund. Clearly no one cares in the company or at least this branch, probably going to get a bot reply to this and tell me how sorry they are well don't bother I've already had enough of a soul draining experience from dealing with your support centre 😂. How hard is it to A) make a pizza, or B) refund a pizza? Also it's embarrassing when you have a bit of paper stuck to your front till saying "unfortunately we can't do refunds in store", just goes to show how awful the whole place is.

Every time order from this Bedminister branch, it fails me. Classic crust is not meant to be deep pan. It’s as if no one bothers to look at the specs. The last time I ordered, the grease fell straight through the box and they had to resend out a new one telling me that the whole pizza must be inside the box to return. Is this to resell it to someone else?! Just terrible.

Worst Dominos in bristol I ordered £40 worth of food at 6 roughly, waited an hour and nothing showed rang up the store to see how long it would be and who ever spoke was horrible and rude so I asked for a refund he first rejected my refund without explanation but then agreed to the refund as I’m still waiting for. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE !!!!!!

Pros: always delicious pizza!🍕 Cons: waited over 20 minutes for two large pizzas, even though we were the only ones in the establishment. Even when the screen indicated that our order was ready, we continued waiting for another 10 minutes. Very difficult to find parking!

Nobody on the till to take your order when you walk in, I've been stood here 10 minutes now as I type this review. You simply get ignored as they crack on with the pizzas coming in via the app. Terrible service. EDIT: Another 10 minutes pass. Just been asked if the pizza on the shelf is mine for collection. No I'm here to order. Staff member proceeds to turn around and carry on putting the boxes waiting to go in a straight line. Very helpful, Cheers!

Call to make a order today spoke to a lady on the phone who ask me if I could order online explain to her I only had cash and wanted to pay in shop she then took my order and name send my son to pick my oder was turn away cause they dont take cash any more when I call up to ask why that wasn't said to me when I made my order was rudely spoken to up and phone was hang up on me customer service at its worst plz sort it out

The food was spot on, service not so good. When I was served I wasn’t given my complete order. It then turned out it was not ready when it should have been. Only stopped in this one as I was travelling home.

I stood there approximately 40 min just waiting to place an order just to be told I can physically place an order I wonder was just me who has to do online or everybody. And also the staff definitely not polite.

Yummy food, such a shame that the staff seem to be staunchly against accepting any orders.

Far too expensive ingredients lacking,

A full 3.5 hours from order until getting food. I ended up going to collect it as they were incapable of delivering or calling me. Despite claims of road closures and traffic, I made it to them in 11 min, including time to pay for parking (and 8 min on the return journey). When I got there, they had prepped fresh pizza, but they did try to hand me the chicken from the "hot bag" that had been put in there at least 1.5 hrs earlier. They should not have been taking orders if they were so understaffed - I was told an hr in that there was only 1 person in branch and 1 delivering. The app updates are all fictional as it showed my order as being out for delivery, but when I called after 35 minutes, got told it had been out for 17 minutes. The longest I have ever waited for any takeway delivery (even though I had to collect it) and it was a Friday lunchtime, so it was not exactly peak time.

If I could give zero stars I would, I ordered a pizza last night and it never arrived been trying to contact the store to arrange a refund but they don’t answer.

The food took over an hour and 15 minutes to arrive (despite what the app said) and when it did the food was cold and dips were missing. The store staff on the phone were short and rude. I don't expect much from a fast food takeaway but this was extremely poor.

Avoid this place. The staff are rude. None of them wants to talk to the customers in the shop. It took 10 minutes to speak to someone and say it’s collection. Not again.

Pizza arrived and was as flat a pancake, tasted strange and was lukewarm…. Not impressed after spending nearly 30 quid.

Fantastic pizzas. Arguably the best Domino’s of the city. They have such a convenient ways to order and they open until that late that there is no excuse. Usually there are some promos running that will make your order even more economic. The only downside would be the lack of variations; most of them are different combinations of meats. Would be awesome to get some “white” pizzas or some quatri-fromaggi It’s not their fault though. Great place!

We were not impressed. I put a order in at around 2.30pm for a pick up at 6.45pm plenty of notice nothing too complicated. When I got there I was made to wait for 20 minutes before being spoken to only to find out that they couldnt find me when they did they hadnt when started it this I was there for an hour before I got my food & when we got it it was over cooked & slightly burnt I couldnt ask for a refund as they disnt do refunds in that branch. My husband has the photos unfortunately as my phone was out of charge.

Ordered pizza 45 mins before I wanted it. Arrived an hour late and cold. That’s an hour and 45 mins after the order was placed. Never again.

Advertise offers instore stating ANY pizza buy one get one free, on the online app it still worked out cheaper over priced and not happy about the lady who served us she was very blunt and would not recommend!

Avoid. They have messed up my order sooo many times that I've lost the count, the food many times arrives cold or with part of the toppings on the cardboard lid. I'm quite easy going and normally don't like leaving bad reviews as I understand we are all humans and can make errors, but today I had to call after receiving my order, as the vegan pizza was NOT VEGAN , at least the pepperoni topping, the lady on the phone was very nice and sorted it out quickly, although I had to wait again 20-30 min for the pizza I initially ordered, which one was wrong AGAIN (with real pepperoni instead of vegan). I couldn't bother to call and wait any longer to chaise for the pizza I ordered so I just ended up giving it away. Waste of money and time. Enough!

I have had dominos pizza in different parts of the world and I can confidentally say that this Dominos is the worst of them all. I have never eaten pizza's so dry and cheeseless before ordering from this place. At first I thought maybe its a one time issue as human errors occur or maybe the person making pizza just wasnt having a decent day, but now after ordering 4-5 more times, I have accepted that this branch has the most terrible employees who don't care about their customers at all. Tried order double cheese pizza, and what I received was this horrible looking flatbread pizza with no sigh of cheese or toppings whatsover. £3 pizza from Aldi tastes much better than the pizza ordered from this store.

Ordered pizza for delivery and paid, called and was told it was coming and to call back if it didn’t arrive, called back and they denied having it on their system and refusing to give me a refund even though I have an order number and bank transaction.

Bad service overall. Wrong orders, missing items, missing toppings. When you call the store to raise an issue they shrug their shoulders and just say to phone the main Domino's customer service number. Easier for them to apologise after the fact than provide a decent service in the first place.

Poorest service ever had from a Domino's store. I placed the order half hour before store being closed, no progress made on the tracking app so I rang store with no answer, also no way to contact any other number to know what's going on with my order. So I am still waiting while I am not hungry anymore, thinking that maybe I will never receive my order

Popped in on a Monday evening to order a whole bunch of large pizzas. Gentleman who took our order on the tills was lovely, nothing was too much, made modifications we couldn't do online (less cheese!) and suggested other menu options in case it was a dietary requirement. Everything was ready super fast and spot on. Compliments to the staff!

Ordered a pizza online to collect. Last last page on website went weird so I phoned up to double check order. They assured me it was ordered. I turned up he told me it's not ready yet. After waiting patiently for 20mins I then asked where it was and they said that it hadn't been ordered. 2 star was because the food is good.

Ordered pizza to celebrate my daughter’s birthday whilst in lockdown. When the order arrived only half the order arrived. I rang up the shop to be told the two missing pizzas would be sent, when the driver arrived only one of the pizzas was correct with one completely wrong. Rang up the shop again and over a hour later the final pizza turned up. The final pizza was cold and nobody really wanted it after waiting so long. All the mix ups also meant that everyone had eaten at different times and not all together.

Tried to order a pizza from bedminster for collection, admittedly at midnight but they serve until 2am and simple friendly communication shouldn’t be difficult especially when just ordering a pizza. The person on the phone was so uninterested immediately when answer phone, was incredibly rude when stating my order made no sense and simply I felt like he didn’t even care or respect me as a customer let alone whether he even wanted to be there!! He tutted and sighed all the time on the phone so we just hung up and didn’t even bother ordering as wasn’t worth it and went somewhere else. If this guy represented my shop he wouldn’t be working there anymore.

Rudely claimed the driver sat outside my house for 10 minutes calling my phone stating that "it helps to have you phone on" and when I corrected them saying my phone was on the whole time he attempted to say my number didn't work when I was calling him on it. Completely incompetent and very rudely managed and looking for someone else to blame. Avoid.

I never write reviews but felt compelled to. The Bedminster franchise of Dominos Pizza supremely utterly appalling, a pizza company that regularly run out of supplies, ultimately during the weekend after 8:30. (I see a pattern there! don't you) and trying to negotiate any form of a token compensation forget it! Night manager's in particular are uncompromising, discourteous, ignorant and no comprehension when it comes to customer service. I pay via PayPal and even though I'm told my refund will take 5 days, I always ring up at the beginning of the week to check that it has actually been processed, surprise surprise it hasn't so I have to go through the rigmarole of finding the email confirm my name address and transaction number, what a complete and utter farce. NO delivery when it clearly states so. Hands are not washed. Plus these hygienic people pick their nose while preparing the food.

I've always been a big lover of Dominos but when travelling to Bristol I found the gentleman I spoke to on the phone incredibly blunt to the point of being rude. When I said I would call back in a few whilst I sorted out my son he just put the phone down. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere.

Middle Aged Indian Male was rude when I arrived .Ignored me when I was enquiring regarding a sauce.I felt discriminated as other people received sauce with pizza however I got ignored.if I could 0 stars I would. Avoid if possible.

Agree with the majority of 1 star orders here had 2 deliveries in a row which have been cold and the management are completely incompetent. Delivered 7 chicken wings instead of 14 and refused to accept they could make a mistake twice in a row. The manager Kamil is a complete joke. I would recommend using a different dominos.

The worst dominos i've ever been in my life! Ordered pizzas, when arrived been told they made mistake and have to make new pizzas. After another half an hour my pizzas came out completely different than I ordered! I'll never go back there!

Waited over an hour and a half for delivery. When I phoned to chase, the lady on the phone laughed and said "thank you" and hung up. The time before that they forgot a drink and promised it would be added onto my next order, and the time before that they called me after an hour to tell me I had to come collect because they had no drivers available. This has probably been the worst experience of dominos ever and now makes me think twice before ordering. As previously we ordered at least once a week. Sometimes even 3 times in a week and at 50 to 80 an order big loss. Placed the order on the phone. Told me it would be 30 mins and it would be ready for collection. Not a problem, I arrive to collect the pizzas, the order has not been even started yet. Ok. I wait a further 25 mins to wait for them to cook the order while one member of staff is chilling out on the phone as he clearly had nothing better to do and no other orders we being made. Pizzas are ready. Take them back to work and it was completely wrong and no compensation was offered!

Got a BOGOF deal late at night. Decent pizza but too much tomato sauce spread on the base. Staff member was friendly enough.

I could off literally flew to japan and got a quicker pizza over there and still have time to spare before dominoes in bedminster bang on the door with there pizza , late, cold, dogshit.

Use the app to track the progress of your order. The chefs are quick at making the pizzas, if a bit messy, but service in store can be slow at peak times. Pizza tastes good though!

Pizza turned up looking like it was made by a blind man... Guess the delivery guy sat on it or something, totally poor! Guess quality control isn't actually a thing anymore!!

Said they rang my phone which did not ring. Canceled my order when I rang they explained it was standard process. Reordered and went to collect complained again. And the gentleman I store tried to ring my phone in store which had an error on there end. I then rang my mobile from my 2 Nd number and it rang straight away less than 30 seconds later in front of them and they refused to do anything about it. Not even an apology let alone an offer to discount pizza or free drink. It's the little things they could have done to amend a small error
