I have been here a few times but won't be back. The place was packed with diners and even more delivery persons crowded in a small space. This may be a fire code violation to have a main exit blocked but the worst of it was the 20-minute wait for food you ordered on a kiosk. Needless to say, the food was cold and of poor quality. You should close the doors and limit the number of customers who can be properly and safely served.

Pedí la hamburguesa vegetariana y tardó mucho en llegar.

Absolutamente repugnante, la comida estaba fría, la comida que falta en nuestro pedido, hamburguesas juntas mal, restaurante estaba sucio, el personal es grosero y se nota que no disfrutan de su trabajo. Inodoros asquerosos - sin rollo de inodoro, también rollo de inodoro en todo el piso. Defo no recomendaría visitar aquí, sin duda NO voy a volver de nuevo.
I have been to this pizza hut throughout the years many times before but have never experienced such an awful dine-in at Pizza Hut until today.
I arrived with my partner who ordered separately
we ordered our pizza, sat down, and collected our salad which we were happy with. the fellow who showed us to our table was more than helpful to us despite the other staff being in the way of hideous.
Our pizza came after a 40-minute wait and only after we had asked for where it would be.
at first glance, the pizza looked okay. but when I tell you it was not is an understatement. I took 3 bites out of the first slice with my partner being the same noticing that it wasn't quite right. After letting go of the pizza our fingers were quite literally dripping with cooking oil. I am not one to complain about food and I like to eat what is given to me. however, the feeling I felt when my lips were caked in oil.
I went to complain because if we continued to eat the food in that condition it would have left to feeling ill or worse. they offered to remake my pizza but then commented "I can't promise it won't be the same again" but why? why should my pizza be pooling and drenched in oil? I understand that there will be some grease because of the cheese. however, we could drag the pizza through the tray it was on and it was leaving a snail trail.
we waited 10 minutes, only to be given the pizza in the same condition. the girl I complained to literally plopped it in front of us and walked off. we saw the condition of the pizza and refused to pick up a slice. Not 10 seconds after she ran off without saying anything, this guy turned up asking how our pizzas were. i refused to eat them. Shown him the absolute trail of oil the pizza made and asked for a refund. This is where I had another problem. The guy started being sassy and rude toward me and my partner. When I asked for a refund the worker said "Oh really? oh, are you sure you don't want it remade a third time? sure you don't want a pudding?" Like really condescendingly. Like he was talking down to us. I had to say firmly that no we just wanted our money back so we could leave and order elsewhere.
He said okay and angrily stormed off. never to return. He avoided us by taking out other customer orders and not following up on the refund. we were nice as anything and we just wanted our food.
Because of this, we had to flag down the guy who seated us, and he was nice and helpful and he sorted our refunds out for us.
The single slice of pizza my partner had eaten had caused her to be sick about an hour later in the mall at Cribbs Causeway.
I have never had a more disgusting experience at Pizza Hut and it has made me think twice before going there again. I suggest the staff are retrained on customer service skills. and the Chefs retrained too.

Absolutely ridiculous! We ordered on the website as it said the shop was open both on the website and google maps. They took the money from our account. Waited two hours for the delivery. Nothing. Called the shop and no answer. We had to drive up there just to see that they’re not even open!!!
You need to update your opening hours and seriously stop taking money from customers without confirming the order!!
Absolutely appalling customer service very rude don’t have any customer service skills what so ever!! Talk to you like crap. Manager isn’t interested in how rude their staff are at avonmeads Bristol. Food cold even if you eat in. Vile women behind the till said I don’t get a child with a kids meal? Never heard such crap in my life couldn’t be bothered to argue with her luckily I bought a mash potato as extra side so she had that instead.

Costa neet para despedir a su personal y empezar de nuevo porque si así es como tratas a tus clientes deberían estar totalmente avergonzados.
The manager said the mushroom burger was vegetarian. It came as a beef burger. When trying to ask for a refund or swap to a veggie burger the manager was very abusive to me and would just shout over me and slam his hands on the desk whenever I tried talking. Avoid at all costs.
The meal deal at the coop next door is better and the staff won’t shout abuse at their customers

ordered vegan pizza, got a call half an hour after my order saying they had no vegan cheese, this happened to me 2 weeks prior. now waiting on my refund for a stupid amount of time, worst customer service, do not go here
Waited an hour no pizza telephoned no response. Then telephoned me to be told another 2 hours. Took money imrf on order but money not returned for up to 10 days. Very rude gentlemen. Never again.

He estado viniendo aquí durante años con hijos y nietos, pero esta vez me horrorizó lo “cuesta abajo” que se ha hundido... . no había menú y me dijeron que la comida caliente es ahora solo huevos de tocino o salchichas, ya que no pueden conseguir personal?
Las mesas estaban sucias y pegajosas y el café parecía mal administrado y a punto de cerrarse?
El té sabía a agua de plato...
Muy decepcionado ya que se refleja mal en la calidad Morrissons y la marca...

Incredibly rude and grumpy staff. Been there 3 or 4 times now and staff are so bad, just needed some KFC! Go in past about 9pm and they get really arsy if you ask if OK to sit in (as they might have to do a little bit of cleaning after)!
