KFC Bristol in Bristol, City of

Incredibly rude and grumpy staff. Been there 3 or 4 times now and staff are so bad, just needed some KFC! Go in past about 9pm and they get really arsy if you ask if OK to sit in (as they might have to do a little bit of cleaning after)!

our food arrived cold chicken was hard the boneless banquet contained 1 mini fillet and 2 pieces of boned chicken wings , the mayo contained so much vinegar thats all you could taste not fit for anyone

I ordered my free rewards of a mighty bucket but was told that I could only have part of the mighty bucket free so I had to pay for the drink and the chips! 🤷‍♀️

A simple order of 3 set meals & 1 extra item to take away. Had to prompt server for third drink, the extra item was missing, the wrong dip was provided with one of the meals, chips were cold, chicken even more greasy than usual for kfc, the box holding the meal hadn’t been put together properly so food fell out the bottom, no salt or napkins. But apart from all that it was great.

I was the only customer ( bar a few delivery guys). I waited for 10 mins before i had to ask a member of staff if anyone was serving. The girl was apologetic and took my order. i then waited another 15 mins before having to ask again if I was being served any time soon. The place was chaotic with not one person knowing what they were doing or how to prioritise customers.

Awful food and service is awful. Just dint bother going here if possible as not worth it. I have tried it a few times and now I would rather not go ever again. Awful food, staff rude I could go on.

Received order correctly. Yippee! Then I checked burger to see the lovely brown limp lettuce. And I remove and take a bite yum yum a slightly warm and dry super crunchy chicken burger. Oh and then in between that the mrs has removed the lovely hot coleslaw from the bag of now cold fries. As they had exchanged there heat between each other. Would I order from here again no way.

Food was okay. BUT... I had ordered the boneless banquet got to the car and realised the corn was missing so went back in to politely ask for one. The customer service was dreadful the woman at the till tried to say I was a liar and one had been put in(it hadn’t) Anyone I kept asking just to get a corn, should of been simple enough and the woman huffed at me and rolled her eyes at me whilst getting one out the drawer. Wish I had got her name. The customer service is dreadful

I ordered 10pieces of boneless chicken what I received was dry over fried and crusty. Please use a different KFC branch if you want to order KFC. I feel ripped off, couldn’t send it back but would have if I had a chance.

This has to be the worst KFC I have been too.The service is disgraceful and makes a mockery of the words 'fast food',as you could be in for a very long wait with no apology either.Most of the people in front of me had ordered on the self service screens. so as we waited a couple came in and went straight to the counter,ordered,and got their food.Only one person serving and certainly didn't appear to be in any rush at all.Which was a bit worrying as it was lunchtime and the queue was getting longer.We wont be going there again,and,if I was at KFC's office and I read this,i would be sending down some senior management to sort it out !!!

Worst kfc in bristol. Gave it a 2nd try after 1st disappointing meal, but still just as bad. Never going back. Are the cooks not trained?? My tower burger looked more like a bungalow burger. Overcooked crap.

Food ok, staff like snails, all bins inside full to overflowing and debris on all tables and lots on the floor, it wasn't even all that busy and definitely not a peak time, some customers came in and went to the counter and then left. The glass in the whole building looks like it's not been cleaned in a long while too. I gave kfc another chance as the one nearest to us in Weston super mare is just as bad. Shame on you kfc for not getting he customer experience right, don't come saying , we Are short staffed and someone rang in sick, there is no excuse, I WILL NOT return to your outlets and definitely will not recommend you either.

We waited a really long time for our food so i was hoping it might atleast be warm.... it wasn't, tepid horrible cold food. Considering how busy it was you would assume everything would be coming out fresh and hot??

7.45pm Thursday 26th 2 counter staff, nobody cleaning restaurant areas, and a 'cook' proving difficult and not keeping up with demand!! 5 tables being used (so not busy) , rubbish/trays on other tables, bins overflowing, service VERY slow as deliveries took priority. When ordering I was told a 5 minute wait (OK) which was more like 15 minutes! Order was incorrect - beans substituted with gravy as no beans left (not told at time of ordering!) > gave it back! Sauces not with order, had to go and ask for them! Toilets disgusting - loads of chewing gum in left urinal, sick in the right, no lock on toilet door, sinks/urinals/skirting/floor covered in grime!! VERY VERY poor visit!! EHO would shut it down! Hate to think what the kitchen and staff hygiene is like as they take no pride in public areas. DISGUSTING!! Will never come back to this KFC and I suggest to everyone else not to. One Star rating is very generous!! Perfectly good BK opposite!!

I ordered and they gave me complete something else, I had to clean the table by my own. Really messy. Won’t come back here ! To avoid unfortunately
