Esperé 53 minutos después de pedir un café con leche. El personal es grosero y parece que no tienen ni idea de lo que están haciendo evitar este lugar como la plaga Nunca voy a volver a costa especialmente cuando usted trata de hacer una queja y se le dijo que es lo que es. Costa neet para despedir a su personal y empezar de nuevo porque si así es como tratas a tus clientes deberían estar totalmente avergonzados.

What is the point of these two costa’s never opened. Get a coffee in the morning and they shut so early. In the evening. We will be better to get someone who wants to work the hours it is needed. This is a joke.

On the last few occasions the frappes have been really watery and lacking taste, they have workers who have no idea what they are doing

In 28/06/2022 I order 2 small cappucccions with total amount OF £6.30 one of them was dry after i received my coffe it was milky not dry ..... I told the operater I asked about dry cappuccion and i return it back ,,,,, a lady manager step up and turn her back to me and give me just dry milke I discover when i went to above car park and driven away

Panini con queso y jamón estaba duro como el ladrillo (como si estuviera en el microondas) y no había queso!

No one goes to hospital for the coffee, but needs do and we wanted lunch. There are at least two Costa areas within the hospital, we chose the largest, near main reception. Not all Costa s are the same. This one perhaps had a reduced choice of food, but we found something to eat with our tea, Goats cheese on facacia. Service from a well organised , unobtrusive team of 5 was brilliant, the process well organised and pleasant. I will single out one person for being exceptional, I studied her work whilst munching, my job evaluates people so its second nature.The young lady with tied up hair, red bow, eastern eurpean accent, was all of these things, efficient, pleasant, communicative helpful and proactive.Yes, really, all the attributes a customer would like to experience and an employer reward.This was Wednesday 3rd October, lunch time Bravo!!! So, the tea was the usual mellow blend but the goats cheese thing a bit dry for our taste. The floor was clean, good acoustics, not noisy at all. Just the place you would wish to find in a hospital; hospitable. Now, its not a first choice destination, but if I need to return, I know where I am going.
