Had a Deliveroo from Mac shack tonight. Will never use them again. Food was cold, sauce was unpleasant and tasteless, dough balls tasteless. Caesar salad drowned in dressing was just lettuce and croutons (I cant eat tomato). Was my first meal in 24 hrs as I was ill and left most of the meal as it was so bad. won’t use mac shack again. Disappointed

Extremadamente decepcionada anoche cuando solo recibí la mitad de mi pedido, tampoco tengo un número de contacto, mi compañera de casa no recibió su comida en absoluto y no bebió nada a pesar de que el conductor del súper dijo que lo había pedido. . . Gran forma de ahorrar en stock, supongo. . . No se lo recomendaría a nadie. . .

Absolutely ridiculous! We ordered on the website as it said the shop was open both on the website and google maps. They took the money from our account. Waited two hours for the delivery. Nothing. Called the shop and no answer. We had to drive up there just to see that they’re not even open!!! You need to update your opening hours and seriously stop taking money from customers without confirming the order!!
