Absolutely ridiculous! We ordered on the website as it said the shop was open both on the website and google maps. They took the money from our account. Waited two hours for the delivery. Nothing. Called the shop and no answer. We had to drive up there just to see that they’re not even open!!! You need to update your opening hours and seriously stop taking money from customers without confirming the order!!

Took the money for our order. Website was stuck on waiting for the restaurant to accept. No answer after calling the restaurant. After driving to the restaurant to see what was going on it turned out they were closed. This was on a Sunday evening. Their website and front of shop states they are open every day except Monday. Update your opening times and don't take money from customers if you aren't serving.

We have been unable to find an Indian restaurant that all the family enjoys, came across this place via Uber eats, we all ordered different dishes and we very much enjoyed our meals, safe to say we found new our favourite curry house

The most horrible food I've ever tried. Totally tasteless, poor portions, nothing in common with the lovely Indian food. Such a waste of money, hopefully I won't spend all night in the bathroom. The one star is too much, but there is no option to put 0.

Awful experience. Used Uber Eats for delivery. My food hasn't arrived. Contacted the restaurant although I'm unsure it's the correct number through Uber Eats as the man I spoke to didn't seem to know what I was talking about. I proceeded to speak to Uber support. They offered to call the restaurant too, they were also unsuccessful. Informed the support agent I'm not willing to wait much longer and will be requesting a refund only to be told that I will be charged in full if I cancel the order. This is because once a restaurant used ingredients they are entitled to payment. I don't entirely dispute this however there is no proof this restaurant has even cooking my order as they are unreachable. So thanks Uber for endorsing this either utterly awful experience or ingenious scam.

Ordered a group meal to mark a celebration at work, items missing from order. Meal totally ruined for some. Tried to chase it up and they try and accuse us of lying. Places like this should be shut down!!!

Food was delayed by an hour despite order being placed several hours before. Naan was cold and curry was bland and flavourless. 3 dishes were missing from the order, leaving two of our party hungry. Phoned to enquire about the missing dishes and were accused of lying and rejected for a refund. Absolutely awful experience, I'd rather eat what lands on my head from a seagulls arse at Disneyland.

Had a group meal some some curry's were missing, ended up with keema rice instead of Garlic rice, the chicken tikka jalfrezi hasn't got any flavour, the curry was pre ordered around 7pm delivery for for 11pm it came close to midnight, unfortunately the group wasn't overly impressed with the food..

Absolutely chaos. Vegan and gluten free options were incorrectly labelled. non gluten free sandwiches were labelled gf and they were not. This is a legal offence. Do not use. They do not know allergies and clearly take no care in delivering to businesses. Shocking. Please do not use this service if you have allergies.
