There is no pizza Hut on fishponds Road

I got a meal deal for one but my pepsi was hot, my pizza was cold and my side was missing. I ordered stuffed crust which just resulted in hollow crusts. Because it was a meal deal I got almost nothing back for the missing side. I waited over an hour for a small, cold pizza that cost as much as an extra large from one of their superior competitors. So disappointed, will never order from them again.

food never arrived, was charged for the full amount and never picked the phone up when we were calling.

Ordered two pizzas and two sides, one pizza had a relatively long brunette curly hair and the chicken tenders were soggy. Called restaurant three times before they answered and to which they didn’t even apologise, they just said, if you want a new one come collect it and bring one with hair back, we won’t re-deliver. Not worth the money.

Disgusting food and disgusting customer service from this shoddy establishment. Unwilling to correct their errors and defending their inedible food. Forget this place if you have any dietary requirements.

Wrong pizza delivered, they do it alot.

Yesterday night, 13 September I had done my first delivery with pizza hut working as a delivery driver and I am totally impressed by the profesionalism of the staff which was working there.

Soggy pizza and sides (completely undercooked) so had to re cook when it arrived. Nothing special other than the saver menu prices, better off with a dominos overall.

Ordered a pizza, flatbread and a drink. Jen the food arrived there was 2 pizzas and no drink. I had to call twice for them to pick up. The man on the phone was barely polite. Told me they had no flatbreads so he put a pizza instead. And when mentioning the missing drink I was told "we didn't have it so we didn't put it" before eventually offering me to redeliver the missing item. He could have told me to p*** off it would have felt the same.

I would NEVER waste my money in this nasty place ever again!!! They don’t know how to even cut your pizzas let alone cook them my pizza came hard like the cheese have been cooked 6 months ago They alway forget things like I ordered cooking dough and ice cream u don’t receive your ice cream and they refuse to refund you This place is nasty NEVER ORDER

Ordered 4 pizzas, didn't receive anything. Website said it had been delivered and the shop wouldn't pick up our calls even though it was 15 minutes before their closing time still. very upsetti

Terrible company poor food quality don't take responsibility for there own mess ups or customer service won't grant a refund for inedible food I advise all don't want your money or time here I remember when you could look forward to a pizza hut way better places now I will only be going dominos **** pizza hut

Pizza is either burnt or under cooked. I always order a BBQ sauce base and rarely get it!

Pizza was very dry and didn't taste fresh, they also put garlic powder on the pizza I never asked for that. Domino's is 100% better, I will never buy a pizza here again. Close this place Down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Burnt pizza and refused refund. Avoid!

Just moved into the Fishponds area and decided to take a stroll on a crisp spring evening. As I meandered past Pizza Hut it dawned on me that I did not posses the app on my phone. I downloaded immediately and found a great deal. Upon arrival I was greeted by Naveed who served me with a smile. The food came fresh, fast and tasty. I am overjoyed at the service I received from Naveed and the Pizza Hut team. I guess you could say that I was "living Naveed da loca"

Ordered a pizza for my family and it was squashed and mashed by the time it arrived the delivery delivery literally threw it on my door step . No apology from restaurant . The pizza box sticker had been tampered with too . Avoid avoid avoid

Pizza was hot and fast put had hardly any sauce on the base. Really disappointed considering the cost.

The worst pizza I have ever had burnt tasteless save your money go elsewhere

Most my pizzas come with burnt crush and lack of toppings, worst £42 I've spent, also sent 3 small bottles of Tango when I asked for a large bottle, delivery driver gave a dead excuse. Also rung to complain and the dude spun me a line and gave me a false number.

I will not order from pizza hut again, its been hit and miss but its getting worse.They just keep forgetting parts of my order.To have to make numerous trips to my house because you keep failing to get the order right its just not ok.At this point I should get my food free with the amount of mistakes made .I've put up with some rude drivers and people getting it wrong but I've just had enough now .:-(

Both my son & daughter have been violently sick hours after they ate their pizza. It lasted through the night over a 12 hour stretch. They are fine now. I have tried to call and speak to the local PHut delivery that they came from but no answer.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service specially manager called “ Naveed”. He is the most arrogant person ‘ he doesn’t know how to speak or to make pizza. Ordered twice but both times pizza received was burnt toppings were like grease. Complained about the pizza but he hung up twice. Spoken very rudely. We’ll not recommend at all. Avoid Avoid Avoid

For 1 pitza garlic bread 5chicken sticks plus coke 12 pounds well worth the money

Not the fastest delivery team from southmead bristol area, but not too bad.. the only problem is the staff..

Nachos not delivered, garlic bread cold and pizza crust burnt. Tried to call for 45 minutes and no one answered the phone. Not impressed with pizza hut right now.

Bad customer service, collected food and watched them ignore phone ringing multiple times when quiet and could have answered but stood looking at it. Took my order and shouted it incorrectly to kitchen. I corrected him and when my order arrived I assumed it had been rectified. Get home and my order was wrong so couldn’t eat part of it. Rang to complain several times and nobody picked up. Food was cold and not great.

Always a fast service when ordering online!

Ordered two pizzas. My pepperoni was 28.5cm in diameter and the topped area was only 21cm. This works out that only 54% of my pizza had any topping. The vegetable supreme topping was also insufficient and was under cooked. Feel ripped off.

Ordered a pizza. Got it home. The box was thick with greece and the bottom of the pizza was soggy due to the excess amount of oil. Ill be going to dominoes next time.

Love pizza but hate the price so to order was a treat ....big mistake 3 hours later no pizza and poor customer service hm lesson learned Chinese from now on . Area manager pay a visit before it's to late

Quick service and staff were really helpful. When they forgot my tango the driver insisted on going back to get it and delivered it back to me within 10 minutes. Great service 😊

Avoid this place.Very RUDE Staff,poor hygiene and customer service and rubbish food. I got served under cooked chicken and shift manager kept arguing when informed,even refusing to give his first name. AVOID!

Every time I've ordered they don't have something in stock! (Garlic bread or drinks etc). Pizza is always good though a prompt :)

The Fishponds hut is a quick qnd easy way for me to get a delivery. I did not have any vouchers but i got a great deal frm the server on the phone.
