Subway in Bristol, City of

So today I walk in at 18.00 to place order just before my 12 hrs shift and NO ONE was there . And clearly should be open until 21.30 . Absolutely jike and lack of any responsibility .I'm fuming.

Oh hell nah opened from 8am been here 7.43. People should work here 24h a day 7 days a week without any brakes and holidays. What is this. Why

Roll was very dry like it had freezer burn other than that all good

Had an issue the other day with one of the ladies here. (Blonde lady with bun ) I make a regular appearance to this store and every time i come in she has the most disgusting expressions/ attitude slamming equipment around when I was making my order and mumbling things under her breath. I asked one of the ladies the next day who the manager was at that store to find out it was the same lady who had been rude towards me . This women needs to be retrained on her customer skills , fail that look for better management .

The old large woman needs to get so.e re training in how to speak to customers absolutely diabolical attitude if you don't like your job quit

Fantastic staff, always change their gloves when preparing vegan food, very careful with hygiene and cleanliness, and all very knowledgeable about what options are vegan. Really appreciate how friendly and helpful they are. Can't rate them highly enough.

Clean and efficient at preparing my subs. We had a rather large order for work and the staff wasn't phased by it. Although I do apologise to those behind me. The store had everything available that I was asked to get which made life so much easier for myself. I will be returning to this Subway in future. But I will definitely be ordering ahead!

There are limited healthy options for food on a trading estate, so it's nice to have the Subway for salads. There are more folks serving during the busy lunch hours, so the wait is never that long. Good service.

Ao they say they are open till 2130, I go in at 2119 and the yound lady refuses to serve me as they are closing soon. Nice one you lazy little mere ill just have a cold sandwich for my tea. Would give it zero stars but I can't.

There is a lady here that is lovely and never asks me to change her gloves she knows im vegan sees me and does it without any issues. BUT there is another lady here who makes the hugest fuss when she asks me if i want her to change her gloves she is very loud about it and basically makes me not wish to go in there when i see her. So now i dont, i walk in and out again if she is there which upsets me as i enjoy subway. Shes made such a scene even her colleague's look awkward so rather then cause a scene I'm leaving this review. I dont tell her to change her uniform afrer shes been stood outside having her cigarettes so why does she feel it ok to try make me feel bad for my dairy intolerance and choice not to eat meat i dont stand there telling all to not eat meat and dairy i politely just want my lunch for this reason i will no longer eat here

Food was good unfortunately due to its size choice was limited. Still enjoyed it though.

Regular user here, staff are spot on every time and always nice food 👌 girl last week even sorted me out with my usual salad a few minutes from closing as I thought it was open later so cut it a bit close for time, cracking service 👍👍

Extremely poor hygiene, counter filthy, staff's tshirt was full of holes and dirty. Really dirty feel to the place.

Poor hygiene.... Mixed salad with food not secure by sneeze glass leaving all the flys leaving wonderful droppings in it..... Never seen so many flys in a food restaurant before....

This subway is quite good the food was good but it didn't look like I saw on the picture. I felt rushed when ordering it when my food was done they started helping another customer what is extremely rude. Another thing about it was that the salads were all mixed up like lettuce an spinach in the same box. But a good thing about is the cookies are cheaper than other subways here they are 50p for 1 but in other subways it's 60p so I recommend buying cookies here.

This branch should be boycotted. I just brought home a 12in Big beef melt, its cold and the lettuce is browning. This Subway has clearly been a joke for at least a year when will Subway do something? I don't think there is a manager of the branch to be honest. Staff cannot be bothered, the salad is dying in front of the customers eyes and is then served to us, the place is also crawling literally with flies, the whole experience is unbelievable seeing every other subway i have been to are brilliant, this one is a joke go and see for yourself.

Honestly, the worst experience ever. Today, I ordered subways and the guy who was doing the subs looked like he didn't know what's going on. Then other two girls didn't even know the prices of the subs and as a great Finale they put 3 subs (footlongs) into one small bag... incompetent and very ignorant.

It was ok. Being summer time there was a lot of flies around.

The girl who served me was extremely rude. Young girl served me and made me feel rushed. I didn't know what I wanted and was made to feel as if I was stupid not knowing and trying to decide what I wanted. She needs to learn what customer service is and apply it! They had loads more options than the last time I was there hence not knowing what I wanted. And to top it off I bought a drink to find out subway has gotten rid of all their sugar drinks and replaced them with disgusting sugar free ones. I should be able to have a choice and not have a company decide wether to intake sugar or not. I shall not be returning to another subway store unless they sort that one out! How dare they! Its my choice wether I want to put sugar in my body and no one else. Not happy.

Absolutely awful. Flies under the glass where the food is. It smells like a refuse collection centre. When you drive away you can see mountains of bin bags behind the building. The doors are open. Hundreds of flies. Walked out and went to Redland down the road. My advice go somewhere clean.

Poor hygiene. Salads mixed together due to employees simply not caring about the service they provide. Not to mention their rude attitude. The filters of the coffee machine are not cleaned often as the coffee tastes like it was burnt. Staff definitely need some basic hygiene + customer care training.

Disgusting, more flies than employees and the flies helped more than the staff! This one ginger girl who hasn't been trained shouted at me cause apparently I was at a house party and she accused me of stealing her Gucci belt! Also they tried making me eat a sub with dead flies everywhere, one of the staff with eating the food from the front counter! Vile would not recommend Update- 30/8/2017 Once again, terrible service, got served by the same ginger girl, gurning out of her face, spitting all in my sub, throwing lettuce at me shouting "chicken neck", I felt threatened and intimidated and will defiantly NOT be going there ever again!!😡
