Unfortunately my order never came when it was supposed to come . It then came up as received. When it didn’t arrive. I rung restaurant to ask where food been delivered to . They said my order still in oven . I then rung again . And was told delivery driver would call me . When delivering food to I can give delivery instructions to my address . It now 25 mins late after final expected time . I still waiting for my order .

Very Disappointing!! I bought 2 pizzas and both were poorly prepared. The crust was so dry as in it was cooked days ago. The toppings tasted like it's a week's old. Very disappointed with this kind of service. Would never recommend it to anyone.

I was served by Hafsa. She found me the best deal on my pchoixe of pizza without me having to agonise over the menu. I ordered a half and half pizza (2 toppings) and was charged £10. Great deal, great service. Thank you Pizza Hut!

The staff at this Pizza Hut are very friendly and helpful. Last week I accidentally forgot to switch the cheese out for vegan cheese, and the lady at the counter made me another one free of charge and unprompted.

Food was disgusting everything seemed old including the pizza, it all just had a funny taste basically inedible. Also the women on the phone was unhelpful had to call about 4 times just do get an answer that they don’t actually take payment over the phone. A complete joke of a Pizza Hut where is the management and quality control.

Part of my order was missing. Delivery guy said he will be back then I never heard from him. What kind of service is that? Next time they took my money and never delivered my order. I’ve been fighting 2 weeks for my refund. Extremely rude stuff!! Stay away from them!!

Lots of missing items when ordering. Also has deals like the melt deal which is £9.99 but then it makes you choose a drink which costs an extra £1. So that means you are actually paying £10.99. That wouldn't have been that big of an issue for me but they did not even provide me the drink that I paid an extra £1 for. Would not reccomend ordering food from Pizza hut in the future. Will be sticking to domino's in the future.

It's a collection point/delivery hub. There is no seating area, so don't expect the salad bar or to be waited on. You can order online and either collect your food or they can deliver for an additional cost. But they do offer a great service. We used the offer of buy two large pizza with a drink, two sides and a dessert for £30.99

They dont deliver to my postcode which is 10 minutes away. This is so they can charge you twice the price through deliveroo and ubereats.

Ordered pizzas online, got a confirmation e-mail the food never arrived so I've called them to hear the store is closed? Stealing money from their customers and extremely rude staff on the phone. Never again

Went to collect food but was told they had no change available! I Was then asked to go to the nearest shop to ask for change

My order never was delivered. I ended up going to Domino's instead

This hut doesn't have any of its own drivers, they outsource it to deliveroo (not that they tell you that in advance). When something goes wrong with your order, they're not able to get in touch with the driver or arrange a redelivery and wouldn't even refund me. When I called, the guy on the phone's only advice was for me to order from another pizza place. I had to wait a week for the head office team to return my money and didn't even get a voucher for my trouble, so I essentially lent them £35 for a week.

DO NOT ORDER Absolute joke of a shop. 2hours after ordering I've had to come to the shop myself. Did not go out for delivery for 1hr 40mins. Shop stopped answering my calls. I get to the shop, woman with a bad attitude tells me I didn't answer he text so she gave up delivering, couldn't find an address on a main road with instructions provided. At time of writing waiting for order to be remade. I intend to get full refund also. Night ruined.

First time trying it in the UK- Got a delivery from Pizza Hut. Was quite disappointed, didn't have the usual "Pizza Hut" quality (as in other places). The pizza itself was ok. Chicken wings (BBQ) had a weird taste, didn't like it.

I ordered a Double Pepperoni with extra toppings. The pizza had the extra toppings but no pepperoni. Disappointed.

Garlic Bread was cold there were very little toppings on pizza the pizza was not cut and food didn’t taste good over priced for the standard of food delivered

Apparently, the guys burnt all of the food ordered. £50 worth. It took me to call the restaurant for them to tell me that and then said we will start cooking immediately. This was 2 hours past when I ordered, not good enough.

Only ordered 2 itema and 1 of them was missing, pizza not as good as other franchises ive had in recent months and resturant didnt answer when driver called to find out whats going on so had to request refund through app - overall not a great experience

Pizza arrived cold, and late. Scant apology from driver. I know it was bank holiday Monday, but why quote delivery times you can't honour? Won't be using again.

Wasn't keen on the pizza, expected more and was dissapointed over £20 wasted really.

Speedy delivery, food was very tasty. I made an error on the delivery address which was quickly sorted with a phone call, great customer service.

I had the loaded nachos, which were a massive disappointment. £6 for some cheesy Doritos with specs of chicken on and a pretty tiny portion at that. Mac n cheese was decent, cookie dough looked anaemic. Delivery speed was good but won’t be ordered again.

Where should I start? First of all we paid for garlic dips and even after I called a store they never arrived. We got 3 pizzas, 2 large on regular crust and 1 medium gluten free. I’m not sure what they mean by advertising the medium Gf pizza for £15.99 but it was nothing I expected! I’m not sure if that would be even enough for a kid. I work in the restaurant and used to work in pizza restaurant and I would be ashamed to served it and charge that amount for basically 2 slices.I even called to check, if they didn’t make a mistake on my order. Shame on you Pizza Hut, shame on you! Probably that was our last order from that company.

The order came on time, but was incomplete. Sadly this is not the first time. So far haven’t been able to reach them to discuss as their contact number simply rings out.

Just taken my last ever delivery from Pizza Hut North Street after waiting over an hour and a half, only to be handed a cold pizza by an extremely rude delivery driver. When I suggested we shouldn’t have to pay for it he gleefully told me “You already have”. No apology, just a claim that they’re busy. We originally ordered at 4.30pm, hardly prime time! And they wouldn’t answer the phone so we had no idea if the pizza was even coming or not. Unbelievable. DO NOT USE.

Took order and phoned us 3 minutes before delivery was due to say they don't deliver to our address, despite accepting the order online. They then made US phone customer services to get a refund that takes up to 16 days to receive. Seriously, Pizza Hut? No wonder you're going down the hole. Just give up.

Good points: Food was on time. Order was complete. Delivery driver was friendly and followed the instructions to call on arrival. Bad points: Both parts of the order were undercooked. If it had been in the oven another two minutes it'd have been a perfect order.

Utterly terrible. Ordered pizza nearly 2 hours and still no sign. No comms from Pizza Hut. Chargeback imminent. How they are still able to run a business based on this and the comments I've seen below. Wish I had checked Google reviews before ordering. Never ordering from pizza hut again

dont bother even looking at the estimated delivery time, if it arrives ( a big if ), it will be at LEAST 1 hour 45 minutes

I have never written a review before online, but this Pizza Hut is SO BAD that I felt obliged to make one. NEVER BUY FROM HERE. It's amazing how similar my experience was to others on here. Late food; cold; box falling apart; greasy; no one answering the phone. This place is being run by clowns. I can only imagine how bad the hygiene is here. AVOID.
