Bought a foot long, but it was cold by the time I got it into the car, literally 10secs max. So either it wasn't cooked properly (30secs) or the grill wasn't working properly. Either way, completely ruined the sandwich. Friendly staff, clean place, plenty of parking.

This Subway is... definitely not the best I've been to. First off, prices at Subway have just become absolutely insane! The staff here weren't very pleasant. We came in about 5 minutes before closure and didn't we know about it - we were rushed to order so that they could finish which I get is frustrating but should never be made apparent to a customer. The store was very tidy and has a great view of Eastville Park. Sadly, the food wasn't that great to justify going back.

Worst subway I been, ordered steak but they put one and half spoon. But should be 2 spoons. 3 times I said put some onion but still just he take one or 2 pieces. Staff unwelcoming and toilet always closed. They don’t care of cleaning as well. Never go back there and not recommend it.

I tried this Subway a couple of times. I will not go back there, despite I live so close here. Every time I walk pass this Subway I just remember gow bad experience I had here each time. The staff not welcoming at all. They not look happy when see a customer at all. Not even say hello when I walk in, nor even look up and acknowledge somebody is waiting for service. When I asked about allergens they dont know the answer . The sfatt is not friendly, and makes me feel not to go back there at all. They scare away customers with this attitude.

The place was grubby and the staff looked that way too. Very rude, could not be bothered to take our order. We were the only customers there. One of us used the loo which was filthy. We left due to this. Not that they noticed. One was busy on his phone and the other one busy ignoring us.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE IT IS INFESTED EITH ENORMOUS RATS!!! All out the front there are rats. Climbing fences to get in the bins, running all out the front not even out the back! Horrific, disgusting and caused me to have a panic attack due to a phobia. Subway PLEASE, PLEASE do something about this.

This is one of the most miserly, penny pinching and awful subways I've ever been to anywhere in the world. The staff are sour, argumentative and they'll barely put a salad leaf or a jalapeño in your average sandwich and will argue with you when you ask for more - utterly terrible. Dont bother

Worst Subway I've been too! Although the food was the standard Subway protocol. The service was terrible! I felt like doing something wrong by placing more than 1 order. At one point the huffed at me because i added another sandwich. Normally they ask if they should change gloves as 1 meal was plant based. Never got that option! I asked for potato wedges and the guy said No! I asked why and he said it was extra!!! I told him i know and he reluctantly made the side. (Undercooked) with no offer of a side sauce. I would usually base this level of service on it being busy. But there were no other customers in there so I can't excuse this service. Another colleague did the payment and seemed a lot more with it. In a time with tight budgets and lots of competition, customer service is so important for customer loyalty. Don't think I'll return to this one again.

Sheer inability to read a simple order. Half my order missing, food slapped together in any order (mixing orders) and including items I'm allergic to and didn't order. Never leave reviews but this has left me seething. Could have left me seriously ill.

This was the worst Subway I've been to and I go to a lot of Subway's. so let me just, I walked in with my dad asking if we can use some coupons and say just said no?. First off the coupons were valid, they just couldn't be asked to make 4 sandwiches. THEN we said we'd just pay full price so I ask for a meatball sub, and the ladies goes "hmmm, I don't think so" then checks the pot and goes "fine.". And the whole time neither of the man or woman working there could be asked, they were rude, didn't listen. so instead I went to the subway in fishponds, who DID take our coupons and I will be leaving them a 5 star review. DO NOT EAT HERE. The staff were vile and I'ma be real with you I didn't even order there because people that rude and unhygienic definitely shouldn't be serving food. I feel ill just thinking about it. So yeah don't go here, the one in fishponds up the road was excellent and the staff even made fresh fillings for our sandwiches

I went with my partner for a walk in Eastville park, and we fancied a sandwich from this shop. With such bad luck that we entered and the staff who worked, a boy, did not wear a mask, nor did they intend to put it on. There was also a client inside and the mask had not been required of him either, since he was not wearing it. Then another boy came in and they started talking about his life and also without a mask. It was a very unpleasant treatment since he did not even say hello or attend us or tell us to wait a moment, he attended to the girl who was there and continued to place orders for delivery. We will never ever return to this place. we are in a global pandemic. Very frustrating

Half of the toppings missing from the order. Tried to call and its like its been cut off.Look at the state off it ! They have even added sauce that we never asked for .All staff working on the 09/02 /21 @ 15:31 should be sacked.Should be ashamed of yourself. First of I'm only giving it 1 star because that's the lowest rating. I don't go into subway often I think this is probably why. The staff was very rude. There was no queue we were looking at the menue trying to decide what our two kids and ourselves wanted the staff member was being pushy said yes what do you want rolling his eyes at us this went on throughout our service I didn't get what I wanted due to the fact we were rushed and we didn't understand them and he wasn't very good at english . I had to ask twice for a toy for my kid.

We dont usually go to subway but tried this one and will probably never visit again. The staff were impatient and rude and were hurrying us to order which is difficult with 2 kids. Made worse by the fact that we were the only customers there. We had to go back and ask for the toys that came with the kids meals but they couldnt find them so searched out back and came back with 1 crayon and a pamphlet to colour in. Food was meh Service was difficult Always end on a positive so have to say that the place was clean at least.

We ordered two Subs at 8pm via Uber Eats and were constantly delayed. This continued until our sandwiches were due for 10:47. I'm no Gordon Ramsay, but I'm almost certain you can make 2 sandwiches in less than 3 hours. Ps. The Subway is now closed and we're still awaiting that sweet doughy meat boy. What an absolute stain.

Absolutely chaos. Vegan and gluten free options were incorrectly labelled. non gluten free sandwiches were labelled gf and they were not. This is a legal offence. Do not use. They do not know allergies and clearly take no care in delivering to businesses. Shocking. Please do not use this service if you have allergies.

Dreadful. Kept waiting far too long, watched an incompetent fool trying for 2 minutes to shake a pizza off the rack it was cooed on so pizza was cold by the time we got it home. At home found there was no stuffed crust which we ordered. Called them, they said "It's OK because we didn't charge you for stuffed crust." Total idiotic logic… if you buy a car and it only 3 wheels, you can't drive it, so it they charged just £200 less for the missing wheel, does that make it all OK and a good car to buy?
