Service was very slow and very unmannered.he threw the cookies at me and was very rude to other customers

Bought a foot long, but it was cold by the time I got it into the car, literally 10secs max. So either it wasn't cooked properly (30secs) or the grill wasn't working properly. Either way, completely ruined the sandwich. Friendly staff, clean place, plenty of parking.

Quick and easy Not many options left after 12 noon

This Subway is... definitely not the best I've been to. First off, prices at Subway have just become absolutely insane! The staff here weren't very pleasant. We came in about 5 minutes before closure and didn't we know about it - we were rushed to order so that they could finish which I get is frustrating but should never be made apparent to a customer. The store was very tidy and has a great view of Eastville Park. Sadly, the food wasn't that great to justify going back.

Worst subway I been, ordered steak but they put one and half spoon. But should be 2 spoons. 3 times I said put some onion but still just he take one or 2 pieces. Staff unwelcoming and toilet always closed. They don’t care of cleaning as well. Never go back there and not recommend it.

Slow service even though no one was around, and the guy dropped arm hairs in my sub before melting the cheese on top

Went there to get my lunch but the toilet was out of order.. there is not possible to wash your hands even.. I don’t know how place for food doesn’t have a toilet facilities open.

Staff member Malik very unwelcoming, Sandwhiches are not up to the usual Subway standards! Toilet always not in use. Would not recommend this Subway.

I tried this Subway a couple of times. I will not go back there, despite I live so close here. Every time I walk pass this Subway I just remember gow bad experience I had here each time. The staff not welcoming at all. They not look happy when see a customer at all. Not even say hello when I walk in, nor even look up and acknowledge somebody is waiting for service. When I asked about allergens they dont know the answer . The sfatt is not friendly, and makes me feel not to go back there at all. They scare away customers with this attitude.

It's subway it sales sandwiches of your choice good food nice staff if you've never tried subway!!! Where have you been?? Living in the wild maybe?

The place was grubby and the staff looked that way too. Very rude, could not be bothered to take our order. We were the only customers there. One of us used the loo which was filthy. We left due to this. Not that they noticed. One was busy on his phone and the other one busy ignoring us.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE IT IS INFESTED EITH ENORMOUS RATS!!! All out the front there are rats. Climbing fences to get in the bins, running all out the front not even out the back! Horrific, disgusting and caused me to have a panic attack due to a phobia. Subway PLEASE, PLEASE do something about this.

Staff refused to even serve me, saying that only Uber orders were being taken! Ridiculous and unfriendly.

This is one of the most miserly, penny pinching and awful subways I've ever been to anywhere in the world. The staff are sour, argumentative and they'll barely put a salad leaf or a jalapeño in your average sandwich and will argue with you when you ask for more - utterly terrible. Dont bother

Worst Subway I've been too! Although the food was the standard Subway protocol. The service was terrible! I felt like doing something wrong by placing more than 1 order. At one point the huffed at me because i added another sandwich. Normally they ask if they should change gloves as 1 meal was plant based. Never got that option! I asked for potato wedges and the guy said No! I asked why and he said it was extra!!! I told him i know and he reluctantly made the side. (Undercooked) with no offer of a side sauce. I would usually base this level of service on it being busy. But there were no other customers in there so I can't excuse this service. Another colleague did the payment and seemed a lot more with it. In a time with tight budgets and lots of competition, customer service is so important for customer loyalty. Don't think I'll return to this one again.

The worst Subway I've been to. Ran out of bread once, staff behaviour is terrible. No sense of customer service. Ordered on the app when I got there, they hadn't bothered to make it.

Sheer inability to read a simple order. Half my order missing, food slapped together in any order (mixing orders) and including items I'm allergic to and didn't order. Never leave reviews but this has left me seething. Could have left me seriously ill.

Bad behaviour of staff. I would have ordered a sub just now but the man running it was incredibly rude when I asked to use the loo and I didnt trust him to make my food after that so walked straight out the door again. You should hire ppl that know what customer service is

The food pattie was UNCOOKED!!! The Bread untoasted and STALE. No cheese let alone not grilled. Telephone not answered so I cant complain. This is the worst food and service I have had. Completely inedible and I cant get a refund!!! DO NOT USE!!!!

I spent £30 for 2 footlongs and 2 6 inches and when i say it was bad there was like nothing in the sub that you could fully close were as other subways you can Barley close them i will not be ording here again DONT EAT HERE

Second time we have been where the staff have been rude and seemingly annoyed with us ordering food..... Unbelievably skimpy with the amount of salad, 10 bits of corn. Not going back.

Ordered a platter to share with friends. Freshly made tasted lovely.

The employee on the day was completely uninterested and put in very little effort, and has questionable listening skills.

Brilliant service and very friendly staff....food was amazing as always!!!

No complaints, smaller selection of salad to other Subway's, but the sandwich was as expected. Also has a toilet which is a bonus.

We all know subway is good does great sandwiches toasted or not. They were short staff on a hectic weekend due to festival across the rd, but the guy there even though was under pressure remained his cool and provided great customer service!

This was the worst Subway I've been to and I go to a lot of Subway's. so let me just, I walked in with my dad asking if we can use some coupons and say just said no?. First off the coupons were valid, they just couldn't be asked to make 4 sandwiches. THEN we said we'd just pay full price so I ask for a meatball sub, and the ladies goes "hmmm, I don't think so" then checks the pot and goes "fine.". And the whole time neither of the man or woman working there could be asked, they were rude, didn't listen. so instead I went to the subway in fishponds, who DID take our coupons and I will be leaving them a 5 star review. DO NOT EAT HERE. The staff were vile and I'ma be real with you I didn't even order there because people that rude and unhygienic definitely shouldn't be serving food. I feel ill just thinking about it. So yeah don't go here, the one in fishponds up the road was excellent and the staff even made fresh fillings for our sandwiches

I went with my partner for a walk in Eastville park, and we fancied a sandwich from this shop. With such bad luck that we entered and the staff who worked, a boy, did not wear a mask, nor did they intend to put it on. There was also a client inside and the mask had not been required of him either, since he was not wearing it. Then another boy came in and they started talking about his life and also without a mask. It was a very unpleasant treatment since he did not even say hello or attend us or tell us to wait a moment, he attended to the girl who was there and continued to place orders for delivery. We will never ever return to this place. we are in a global pandemic. Very frustrating

It was 10 Wednesday of March 2021 around 4:20pm I was waiting for my order to collect I was waiting 15 mints and after 15 minutes the staff was tiling me on an exsptble behaviour to wait aunher 15 minutes I TIL the staff can u TIL way u not TIL me before so I can diced to sty or cancel my order his reply was unexpected and was don’t hav the customer skills hi was not fit for this job I deply requested manager to fiar this stuff thank u

Half of the toppings missing from the order. Tried to call and its like its been cut off.Look at the state off it ! They have even added sauce that we never asked for .All staff working on the 09/02 /21 @ 15:31 should be sacked.Should be ashamed of yourself. Plenty of people have been made redundant and people that have their jobs cant be bothered. Hand in your notice and DO BETTER!

There was meat in the vegan sub. Made it very clear that it's supposed to be vegan but there was extra ham and stuff on it. Thats honestly careless to ignore people's dietary requirements, i could have been allergic. Never going to go here again.

Love subway. However this particular branch is absolutely shocking, rude rude staff, on the phone, half of the breads and ingredients missng but could see them unchopped behind them. No salt and pepper! Overall appauling communication. Not one for negative reviews but I genuinely feel ripped off today

Poor customer service..rude behaviour.

Card machine didn't work, and didnt put a sign on to say this or give a shout to the queue of the people waiting. Inefficient and didn't seem to care much. We left hungry!

Terrible Terrible service, Speaking different languages in front of customers. No face masks, not changing gloves, One of the workers was on the phone in his ear having Airpods in. I can't actually believe how bad this was, one person in the que infront of me but ended up walking out due to waiting ages!

Veryy bad behaviour of staff at 6 pm and he is so rude and we cant able to redeem our points on subway bad subway i ever gone ...speaking to phone when customer inside and asking for sugar for hot chocolate he is arguing that it has already sugar in it ...thats our wish and i m paying for it too too bad staff

Rude staff, gave me the wrong change, not one of them were wearing face masks correctly and one of their staff wasn't even wearing one, we didn't get asked to do track and trace, just ignorrent.

First of I'm only giving it 1 star because that's the lowest rating. I don't go into subway often I think this is probably why. The staff was very rude. There was no queue we were looking at the menue trying to decide what our two kids and ourselves wanted the staff member was being pushy said yes what do you want rolling his eyes at us this went on throughout our service I didn't get what I wanted due to the fact we were rushed and we didn't understand them and he wasn't very good at english . I had to ask twice for a toy for my kid.

We dont usually go to subway but tried this one and will probably never visit again. The staff were impatient and rude and were hurrying us to order which is difficult with 2 kids. Made worse by the fact that we were the only customers there. We had to go back and ask for the toys that came with the kids meals but they couldnt find them so searched out back and came back with 1 crayon and a pamphlet to colour in. Food was meh Service was difficult Always end on a positive so have to say that the place was clean at least.

One of the best Subway in Town.

We ordered two Subs at 8pm via Uber Eats and were constantly delayed. This continued until our sandwiches were due for 10:47. I'm no Gordon Ramsay, but I'm almost certain you can make 2 sandwiches in less than 3 hours. Ps. The Subway is now closed and we're still awaiting that sweet doughy meat boy. What an absolute stain.

The woman who made my sub must have been a trainee as she was very generous with the meat but didn't put on much lettuce. Was pretty yum though. It's close to the park so an ideal location really.

It was new, it was fresh, it was nice. Better than many Subways I've been in.

Complaining that is too much salad in my sandwich.. shouldn’t work at a sandwich shop then should you mate?
