Pedí en Deliveroo, llegó tarde, el pollo estaba flojo y grasoso, la porción de papas fritas era pequeña y faltaba una porción, también faltaba la ensalada de col, realmente decepcionante.

Awful dry Chicken and the chips were undercooked and cold. It’s the worst KFC we’ve ever had. I did contact the kfc care team but they just passed the problem onto Deliveroo.

Disgusting. Do not use them. Appalling customer service and food with hair in. The app charged us twice and ordered the food twice. When collected, they refused to help and said it was our problem. When we got the food home, they hadn’t even sent the whole order and we had to pick human hair out of the potato wedges. When we called to complain about the issues, we were passed from person to person on the phone, each of whom claimed to be the manager but none of whom did anything about it. They laughed about hair in the food and said there is nothing they can do. We have used Dominos for years but Church Crookham is nowhere near the quality of other outlets. Avoid.

Didn't get food. Left it on someone else's wall and sent pic of it. The delivery guy didn't speak any English so couldn't direct him to correct address
