Ordered mac and cheese for the kids. Looked like the stuff from their savers meal, was awful. £3.75 for a kids meal, not worth it. Coffee machine not working.

We ordered two full English breakfasts, and two teas. The tea was awful. Cheap teabags I assume. And the breakfasts urggghhhh. Bacon was rock hard. Sausage was burnt with the burnt bits flaking off. Undercooked mushroom. Greasy hash browns. Raw toast. Burnt egg. Most of it was inedible. The cups and cutlery were grubby. You get rationed with the condiments! Needless to say we won’t be returning. And it wasn’t cheap either.

This used to be a brilliant place to eat but it has gone down hill so much. Coffee machine doesn't work. No hot food as they dont have the staff to work properly. Couldn't get bacon butty as the cooker wasn't on on a Sunday morning!

Absolutely ridiculous! We ordered on the website as it said the shop was open both on the website and google maps. They took the money from our account. Waited two hours for the delivery. Nothing. Called the shop and no answer. We had to drive up there just to see that they’re not even open!!! You need to update your opening hours and seriously stop taking money from customers without confirming the order!!

11-16 Dighton StDreadful. Kept waiting far too long, watched an incompetent fool trying for 2 minutes to shake a pizza off the rack it was cooed on so pizza was cold by the time we got it home. At home found there was no stuffed crust which we ordered. Called them, they said "It's OK because we didn't charge you for stuffed crust." Total idiotic logic… if you buy a car and it only 3 wheels, you can't drive it, so it they charged just £200 less for the missing wheel, does that make it all OK and a good car to buy?
