Bueno para pasteles de niños probablemente.

Too many times I've ordered a Latte and it just tastes like hit milk. No coffee flavour at all. Won't bother again. I'll go somewhere else in future.

Si no vas allí en el momento adecuado, cuando los pasteles se sacan del horno, los tendrás fríos, ya que la gran empresa decidió no molestarse en mantenerlos calientes como debería ser. Ya te imaginas el gusto que tienen... Los he puesto en la primera papelera... vergüenza de ustedes Parsons.

No me impresionó nada. No hay asientos al aire libre, apretados e incómodos con sillas que son tan altas que mucha gente no puede usarlas. Personal grosero. Actitud hostil a fumar a pesar de que la comida es toda grasa, grasienta o azucarada. Si quieres un buen café en Westbury prueba The White Horse Café, es mucho mejor.

No compre su comida aquí , Evite este lugar como la peste consiguió CERO estrellas por calificación de higiene del consejo de Bristol que han sido advertidos

I bought a steak pasty from the lodge causeway. It was the most tasteless pasty I've ever had. Undercooked veg and no seasoning. Also lacking in anything resembling steak! 🤢

Have you turned down the temperature on the coffee machine- in particular the milk frother? Seems impossible to get a hot latte anymore.

Ordered a pasties ,it was cold asked to heat it up for me was told they did not have a microwave,I asked if I could exchange it for a sausage roll which they did,that was warm but not the best sausage roll i have had,will not be going back to Parsons in portishead

Great bread and lovely cakes along with good coffee. Recommend breakfast or chicken mayo roll and cherry Danish.

We visited the bakery in Princess Victoria St and tried 3 different hot pastries plus a custard slice with jam in the bottom which was delicious. Our favourite hot pastry was the cheese and bacon wrap, but they were all really tasty.

Went to the one in Bath Road Cheltenham . Had 2 chicken and leek pastie’s they were barely warm tasteless and the pastry was heavy. Will never buy from them again.

Just wanted a Flat White and Traditional pasty. Pastie was cold and when i asked why she replied “it’s supposed to be cold” ?? Too heavy with pastry and little filling, will not be buying again. Coffee was up to brim in small cup. Cracked plastic lid not on properly, got 50 yards and it all spilt out burning my hand. Definitely wont be going into Portishead branch again!

Always great service while grabbing a bacon sandwich and a flat white in the morning! Always happy for a chat and a great start to the day.

Ordered food to collect this evening. Said they accepted are order so me and the kids got in the car and drove over. Whilst we were parked up outside waiting for our collection time, they cancelled our order. Unorganised waste of time.

Called in here after a long day roofing for a hot snack, I asked the lady behind counter if there was anything hot at all ? She said no we don’t have anything and we don’t heat anything up and we’re closing soon so there. I left empty handed at 4pm , dreadful service and attitude.

I bought a 'Traditional Steak Pasty' that contained no actual steak, just chewy pale mince. To make things worse it contained carrot. Shocking.

Unhygienic staff. Was waiting to be served, very slow. One particular female member of staff thought it was appropriate to scratch her armpit under her clothing then touch food on display. Decided to go to coffee 1 after that.

Bought two so called “Hot” Chicken Takeaway Pasties from the Gloucester Road, Bristol branch yesterday lunchtime for partner and I to eat on our way into the city centre. They were not even luke warm. They were cold and were tasteless. All we did was take a few bites and throw the majority of them away. God only knows how long they had been sitting on the counter for and if any temperature checks had actually been carried out on them and other cooked pasties on display. Yuk they were disgusting! Have written to the company about our experience but so far they haven’t even bother to reply so save your money and and go elsewhere!

Bought a steak pasty as it said "Juicy steak meat and Vegetables" worst Pasty ever as it didn't contain juicy steak but instead contained cheap minced meat which was full of gristle. would of bought something else if I'd known but saying that they haven't exactly got much to choose from in the way of pasties, even there steak and stilton contains minced meat, who wants to eat minced meat in a steak and stilton pasty for goodness sake. not worth the money paid!

north street branch. had a banoff slice £1.80, it was probably the most vile cake i've ever tasted, have heard it said their cakes are a bit iffy. i know there coffee tastes dirt cheap 2 pieces of flaky pastry that was solid [bottom piece] with synthetic cream in the middle and tiny bit of hard toffee on top, synthetic cream was the most vile chemical product ever, with a nasty synthetic chemical taste... unless this was an attempt to disguise with flavoring their site says artisan bakery, award winning, filled with love...three bare faced lies in my opinion, asking people to believe that is an insult to their intelligence. have worked in catering for years and can appreciate they need to make a profit but there's a limit to how cheaply u can produce food before people stop coming through the door.
