Second visit hoped it had improved but it hasn’t carvery needs a lot of improvement roast potatoes we’re dire and gravy very thick .server not very welcoming. Both my brother and I used the toilets which were not very clean intents floor filthy. Will or go gain or recommend.

Desayuno a buen precio, come todo lo que puedas, buen sabor, no hay mucho personal que te moleste, pagas y luego comes, necesitas música para crear el ambiente, necesito refrescos ilimitados, no mucha elección para mí como no bebedor de té (le gusta pepsi max) no siempre disponible.

Si quieres comida mala mala atención al cliente una solución pobre servicio y perro s ** t en el Garden Pub es el lugar para ti. Si no - evitar a toda costa!

El carvery solía ser sabrosa y bien presentada, visitó después que se ha modernizado, una mano de pintura y s pizza bar, no parecen tener como muchos lugares para sentarse, el asador era insípida, salsa de elección era agua de color! Sin sabor, la carne de vacuno en oferta el aspecto seco y graso, así que nos fuimos para cerdo y pavo que era sosa de sabor. Muy decepcionado Cross este pub de la lista lamentablemente

Vine aquí hace poco para el almuerzo, ya que uno de nuestro grupo había sido antes. No fue una mala experiencia, no comparado con algunos de los comentarios anteriores. La mayoría de nosotros optamos por asados, y que estaba bien. Como hemos llegado a esperar de un asador de carne fresca, y una buena selección de verduras, todo bien caliente. Algunos de los huéspedes más jóvenes escogimos tener pizza (que venía con una opción de autoservicio) de nuevo, todos ensalada fresca y entusiasmadamente demolida! ! ! Comida y bebidas tenía que ser ordenados desde el bar, pero eso no fue un problema para nosotros. Nos intentaron postres, y aunque no eran de lo mejor, mi hijo disfrutamos de "crear su propio "refresco (y creo que todos deberían haber optado por eso! ! ) Mucho mejor que la carretera que era desabrida rocky sirve. En resumen, fue una agradable comida, ambiente agradable, una buena relación calidad-precio, y todos nos fuimos con estomacal, así que no puedo quejarme. ! ! X

Visita aquí utilizada para ocasionalmente cuando era conocido como el asador saludo. El servicio era regular, así como la comida. Stonehouse ha tomado con re-interior decorado además de un extenso menú. Visitamos hoy (5. 4. 17) con mi hijo y dos amigos y era menos que impresionados. El mismo personal, que parecen tener la actitud de que los comensales son una molestia necesaria que deben soportar. La comida era horrible. Llegamos a 1230 horas y los cuatro de nosotros pidió pescado, y mira, sólo uno filete estaba disponible y era la hora de cenar. Los otros tres comensales tenía una de pollo asado (carne estaba seco y duro) y dos rollos como la envoltura del Sur fishfinger pollo frito también estaba disponible. Stonehouse han gastado dinero estaban renovando: este establecimiento, pero todo lo que han logrado es para cubrir las grietas existentes. Si quieres una buena comida con un servicio decente, sugiero dar una escucha este lugar

The carvery was awful, when we did get served we found the beef very chewy, all the veg were not fresh but frozen. Can only say the roast potatoes and yorkshire puddings were okay!! Bar staff were extremely slow and not very helpful and on top of all that the heating was on full with no windows able to be opened!!

We have been to the Salutation several times in the past, and the food was ok, and a fair price. The last visit, previous to this one, we all said that the standard had gone down, but, like many before us, we ate the grub and left. This evening we gave it another chance, what a mistake! The food was tepid, there were lots of empty vegetable containers under the hot-lights, and the choice that was there was awful. Carrots that looked left-over from Christmas, all grey around the edges, dried-out peas, plain caulliflower, no caulliflower-cheese, and boulders of stuffing. The 'gravy' once again tasted of brown, I think they must use one stock cube a week. Will never ever go back, be warned.

Fuimos allí para pagar un depósito para una reserva para la comida de Navidad después de 15 minutos de hablar con el gerente, que sabíamos que nos estábamos esperando por él en el bar nos fuimos, si él no podía ser molestado por qué deberíamos? No vamos a comer ni en el futuro. También había gente esperando en el bar y mesas con sólo dos chicas trabajando, no pierdas tu tiempo en vez de ir a Greggs

Been here on many many occasions in the past and have always enjoyed our meals but today (06/03/16) I was terribly disappointed! By the time we brought our food back from the carvery it was stone cold! The gravy, the veg, meat all cold! Never again.

Regularly go here especially love breakfast the carvery is very good to no loud music so can have a proper conversation . Child friendly my only complaint not always got breakfast until time stated especially if been busy should ensure cater until time stated

Went on a Saturday evening and wondered why they were so quiet, I now know! The whole of my party had carvery and the food was cold, the stuffing was totally dried up . The waitress was very apologetic and offered to microwave our meals and then reduced the price of the sweets to offer us some recompense. Very kind of her but unfortunately we shall not return.

One of the best carvery's my mother and I have had in a long time. Not stingy with the meat and plenty of different veg .Great value for money.

The meat is good if you manage to get there when new joints come out from the kitchen.The veg is very dried up so although you can go back and fill your plate again,I don't think you would bother.Overall not a great experience.The waitress was courteous enough to us but there was another girl there who was quite abrupt.

Very busy and quiet noisy with lots of children as quite early evening. Food reasonable and plenty to eat, good gravy. Rather short of staff but those who were on duty were pleasant

No tables had to eat in bar told we should have booked we tried to told don't take bookings.Rude staff asked for veg to be told wait I only have one pair of hands. Meat being weighed this was unbelievable wafer thin would have more meat in a sandwich.Food cold whole food area messy.We won't be back and will now think twice about visiting a Toby restraint.

fancied a roast dinner , came at 5pm food not very appetising , stood at the carvery waiting to be served , waited about 7 mins chef talking to what appeared to be his mates in the pob, so we walked out and will never return ,

Excellent food, good service, can't be bettered at this price. I can only think that those who moaned about waiting went at very busy times.

we arrived at 1830 and noticed the place was only a quarter full and we were left for some time at the booking table.The waitress was pleasant and courteous but the food on offer had been under the lights for some time and looked dried up. The beef was stringy and fatty the red cabbage different shades of red to black, the carrots soft and spongy, the turkey looked like road kill, the the roast potatoes white and dried out. We noticed a family who arrived after us look at the carvery and just walk out.The knickerbocker glory was fruit salad with ice cream on top and not very appetizing at all.If you eat there go in at the proper time 1200 till 1330 or 1900 till 2000 or you will get what we didnever again

Went here for Sunday lunch and it was very tasty, unlike some carveries you can pick your own vegetables. Despite it being busy when we arrived the food was piping hot and the queue was not too long. Only criticism was when we had finished we had trouble finding our waitress to get our bill and pay, otherwise would certainly recommend it.

The food is not too bad but the service is terrible. You can spend 10 minutes stood waiting for a table just being ignored by the staff
