Grim toilets! Dirty, lots of cubicles without any toilet paper, out of order taps / hand dryers, and toilets with broken toilet seats etc. Really quite unpleasant!

Nice lovely and clean place a kfc, burger king, whsmith,waitrose here a small service station toilets nice and clean a nice big disabled one as well rador key 🔑 needed shower facilities on site lots of space for dinning 🍽 in and out brilliant petite service station with disabled access available

Plenty of shops and food outlets. Toilets clean.

Great place to stop we always stop here and to be honest from a child I'vever only ever remember stopping here best services so far

These are our preferred services when heading south because it never seems overcrowded so parking is a breeze although we do generally visit outside of the main busy fortnight.

What I want from a services. Parking close, clean, clear directions. Outdoor space to enjoy your burger al fresco.

Lots of places for trucks. The cost of parking with a voucher is £34. The parking lot is clean and lit.

It’s clean and tidy just and the usual over priced UK motorway services.

£56.00 for one coffee, two soft drinks, two ham and cheese panini's and 4 bags of chocolates - ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!! Oh and a cookie!! Date of Visit - Saturday 7th Sept 2024

As services go, this is a good one. Always stop in for a break on my way to Cornwall. Good choice of food outlets.

Nice place as services go, but absolutely no attraction or benefit to HGV drivers.

A stop on the way to Weston, very inviting. Lots of food services, different selection of dishes. It's very bright and clean. There's multiple tiolets in the ladies to use. Though they need a check on the loo roll.

Nice clean and good for dog owners

The ladies toilets are a disgrace. The toilets are the size of children’s toilets. There is toilet paper stuffed in locks to help lock the toilet doors. The bathroom sinks have huge cracks in, filled with dirt, the soap dispensers are empty and the walls are filthy.

Burger King terrible no drinks bad buns and chips will never go again to that place toilets were disgraceful don’t go !!!!!!!

Great Vodafone signal 5G always stop here for teams meetings on the go.

The Burger King here is horrible no worker only 1 person and the food was cold all dry and not edible the drinks were mixed with water and the service really rude and bad

Careful when leaving slip road has big pot hole burst front tyre south bound cost me 85 pounds for a new one very dear KFC

Place is looking a little tired but has everything for your travel needs.

Clean, tidy and not busy when we arrived. Plenty of parking spaces and the toilets were clean. As usual it's completely overpriced but no more than any other service stop

Convinient services with plenty of facilities and businesses

Over charging, dirty toilets and a shadow of its former self. It’s ok for a service station. But if you going south just go to Gloucester services. You pay the same but the food is actually real.

If going for food can be waiting a long time. Had time to scoff a cheeseburger 20 mins before the one on right handed over menial grub.

Nice clean place prices could be better and some special offers would be lovely

Just another motorway services, beware if you are desperate for the loo, make sure you park near the main building. These services have a long carparking area.

Terrible place if u want to go north.

as services go this one was quite good. had a bucket of kfc which was good and a starbucks coffee. entrance to carpark needs to more clear as a tired driver can miss it and have to go around again.

our dog slit his paw but the staff helped us gave us first aid and cool water as hot day much appreciated. everyone was calm and well trained for a thing they never thought they’d have to do.

Clean, spacious and plenty of drink and food options. Staff were friendly and offered assistance without prompting. It was hot and busy but there was plenty of space, seats and toilets so no queues.

Lorry parking is a lot smaller than it used to be can get quite busy here in the summer months.

When used at 2am having waiting for a couple of hours for breakdown service , a bit like the Marry Celeste , open but no service not even a cup of coffee available NO WAY TO RUN A 24 HOUR SERVICES THE WORST ON THE MOTORWAY , THE best being Gloucester and Tebay !!!

It's a service station selling overpriced goods and fuel, generally ripping off the population. Thankfully, I only stopped to use the toilet, which they don't charge you for, Yet.

Our usual M5 stop always stop here. Good choice of take away food from various outlets.

Car park can be a little confusing and there isn't a lot of choice.

Although it's an ideal place to stop before negotiating the M5 around Bristol and round to the Avon Bridge, it is now dated and in need of some money spending on it. The quality of the facilities no longer match the high prices charged for everything once you go inside. Surely they would want to rival Gloucester services, just fifteen miles away, to capture some more trade.

Stopped to use chargers . All worked fine and quick charge

I don't like these places just stop for toilets on coach holiday

Staff were disgusting , need customer service training badly . Ordered a cheese burger paid for it then was ignored. Had to ask where is our food and somebody shouted got no cheese, don't know who they think they are. Some one else came to us and said no cheese what else do you want. I had to ask for refund and he asked why 🤬. Very rude staff, never will go again worst motor way service we have been x😎

Very expensive the toilets in the women's toilets are disgusting & there was a smell of wee toilet paper all over the floor

It's got what you need, clean toilets & places for food & drinks. It also has benches outside to get some air

Pretty good for a service station

This place is handy for fuel when traveling on the M5 near Gloucester. There will be cheaper fuel off the motorway if you bothered and/or have the time to find it. I went there with a work colleague at about 2 am to get diesel for our vans as our company uses UK fuel cards which are accepted here. ⛽UK💳 👍

Great services always stay overnight with our caravan on our way to Cornwall

Absolutely disgusting Services. We had to park up with the lorries as we were towing our caravan. The smell from outside was disgusting - in fact it put us off eating our sandwiches. Clearly proves that lorry drivers are not using the proper toilet facilities! We will never visit Michael Wood Services again. Unhygienic place. Don't bother!

Clean, decent coffee well signed car park especially car and caravan area.

This service was okayish. They provided washrooms. The washrooms needed to be clean. The food court is not Halal. Hopefully in next visit they rectify these small small mistakes.

My kids needed the toilet so I took them and we also had a shower

Only stopped for a wee. Just seemed to be a big Starbucks (yuckie), with a WH Smith's, Waitrose & a handful of fast food outlets. The car parking spaces are small (and I've got a smallish car), so be prepared to have to wait for the inconsiderate driver who's parked next to you, after you've gone inside, to also return to their car, so you can get into your car (I couldn't even get inbetween the cars, never mind getting inside mine)

I like to stop here for a luxury jimmy riddle when heading to the west country

Good service station with a reasonable selection of shops such as Waitrose and Starbucks among others. Easy parking and doesn't seem to be too busy which is always good as it's more accessible than some service stations. Driving nearby and looking for a rest stop, this is recommended.

Impressed with this service station. Nicely laid out, bright, clean and welcoming. Great selection of eateries and facilities. Grass area for dogs, with plenty of bins and they allow dogs (well behaved ones) inside so us humans can use the toilets.

Had to meet up with colleges for a business meeting- went to KFC for luncheon - was served by a young chap called Talha- what an absolute credit to you, very polite, very professional, very quick !

It's a services over price every think

Toilets are quite old and run down. They are often considered a reflection of the whole establishment. Shame, wouldn't take much to improve them.

Stopped here to use EV charger. Only 2 available but are in the process if adding more. 👍

Stopped to charge our EV. Luckily, there was only a short wait for the two chargers currently available. We could see installation of further high speed chargers is underway, so hopefully they'll be up and running before our next visit.
