We always order from here, fast delivery, good food, no complaints.

Order chicken kebab and chips Was served with no pitta bread in a takeaway container, kebab was so hot like they had reheated chicken in microwave, it was the worse food I have ever been served in a takeaway outlet , ended up throwing over half the kebab away it was that bad

Very clean, food was a bit bland but u can’t complain for the price. The staff were also very kind and talkative.

Food was absolutely awful dry as anything And the customer service from the delivery driver so rude Never order from this place again

Very very over priced £10 for a medium sized mixed kebab and £10 for 2 bits of cake at retail would cost less than a pound for both. Rubbish.

Food is generally good, meat is well cooked. But these guys will cheat you with the sides if you don’t watch them. Ask for all salads, and all you get is a pile of shredded red onion, no tomato, cucumber or lettuce, they know what costs what!!

Ordered on Just eat for delivery. Pizza, 2 chicken kebabs, chips and garlic bread all food was cold on delivery. Both chicken kebabs had no salad. Called the store to complain only to be told it was our fault not theirs. Will never order from this place again. Shocking food and awful customer service.

I am lactose intolerant and was told to call into Avonmouth before ordering to check if there is dairy in the item I wanted. I called and the man did not understand me and proceeded to say he could only speak to me if I ordered. I told him I refuse to order until I know for certain there is no dairy in the food or it could make me ill. He then hung up on me.

On 2nd October it was my birthday and being that I am temporarily disabled due to an accident at Warehouse I thought I would order some food from them. Having phoned I was rudely asked "What do you want" and when I tried to place an order I was told very rudely to GO AND HAVE AN APPLE !!!! The so called business men are a waste of time and are far from suitable to serve people who go there to spend their hard earned money !

Order done online was an hour and a half after I ordered on a Tuesday night and it was cold and wrong

Absolutely awful, ordered a pizza twice and both times it came up wrong, tried sorting it out but but the owner started being really aggressive and swearing over the phone! Do not recommend!

M&M Kebab Avonmouth ARE the worst takeaway service i have ever experienced they messed up my order 3 times and the guy over the phone was very rude and aggressive. The food hygiene is terrible, I really wish i read the reviews before ordering here, this will be the last time. Actually disgusting these guys are still in business. Save the trouble and order somewhere else!

The order I placed was incorrect and when I phoned them, the owner was swearing at me through the phone and told me not to phone them again. Considering I was being calm about the entire situation I wonder how people still go to this place. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING… If you are thinking about ordering food at this place, PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT! Save the hassle and time and money and go to another food service.

Order was wrong 3 times, poor customer service, was blocked from calling so had to block my caller I.d to get through, swore at and was told not to call again. Will not be using again

Just received our food. £30 for a kebab, pizza and chicken nuggets and chips. I've ordered the exact same from.henbury m&m and never payed more than £25 so I don't understand the price difference for starters. Then our food arrived over 1hr 15 mins later and the kebab was wrong we ordered mixed doner and got a mixed kebab. Anyway that's fine but the meat was gross really watery and gristly. Defo won't be ordering here again

I just had a kebab delivered. One of the worst I've ever had. Never ordering again I'm sorry. However, maybe the do better pizzas so that's why I won't just give you one star.

one of the best local pizzas I've tried.. try the Bozos..its my favourite..amazing...always helpful and friendly staff ..even throw in a free can of coke ...cant fault them ! Try the Bozos pizza !

Orderd food at 12.40 it’s now 14.30 no food no communication from this restaurant not answering phone used them 3 times before without an issue will not be useing again avoid avoid

Long wait as very busy no salad on my kabab and chips and no salad on my partner's kabab but over all very tasty

had a large doner wrap with chips and drink came to £9 the meat was cold and tasted like it been stood awhile the chips were over cooked and i dont think it was good value for money was left still hungry very poor kebab shop

Ordered a "Roast Chicken" and chips which they charged £5.50 and what do I get??..... a "Deep Fried" chicken soaked in oil. I asked for some Mayo and some sauce and guess what they charge me another £0.50. Well Thank you...Also the staff need some serious lessons on how to be courteous!!!!

Went to order everything we wanted and put card details in and the page crashed so we wasn’t sure if the payment had gone through so we phoned and asked if it had and the man was so so rude on the phone that we’re not even going to order from them. Also just eat says delivery and he was arguing that we had to collect. Don’t advertise as delivery on just eat it you don’t deliver.

Have been using this take away for years!! it's always been really good, the kebabs are brilliant and BIG! Some times I pick up and other times they deliver and are always quicker than they say there going to be!! In all it's a very very good take away, give them a try!!

So i there was a salad missing from my order which i paid £2.50 for. Boohoo yeah its only £2.50 but regardless give me an option to contact the restaurant and make amends. Its 11.10 and the restaurant closes at 11 so i understand you dont pick up cause you think im ordering but what do i do? Im now out of pocket and im missing a salad. Ill call tomorrow to see what is said but if nothing is sorted i will be making another review.

Another annoying experience within Avonmouth, I ordered a keebab and chips, the person serving then placed mayo and other rubbish all over my food even without me spotting him, i drove home, got annoyed, drove back then the man persisted on arguing with me that i asked him to put it on my food. Another place i wont be returning to.

Just opened a large doner and a large chicken shish kebab after collecting it tonight Friday 7th Sept. So small, tiny chicken pieces, meagre serving of lettuce, no tomatoes, cucumber or chillies despite asking. Very disappointing and poor vale for money. To be avoided.

It's fresh, phone in collectable, well heaped, clean, Vegas Les are juicy and fresh and we'll looked. Open flame grill and charcoal pit too giving the best takeout flavour for sure

A kebab shop in Avonmouth; it's exactly what you'd expect, although they do close a bit early (11 P.M.). Donner, soda, two tables inside. I'll try the pizza next time.

Chicken is lovely from here but the lamb Donner meat it's rank trust me don't eat it

I've given this kebab house the benefit of the doubt a few times. Mainly because it's the only one to deliver to our area. But it is horrific, and definitely on this occasion I've decided I'd rather drive miles than eat here again. £7 odd for the smallest lamb shish with 4 pieces of fatty chewy meat on... was watery like someone had gobbed on it which put me off eating it at all in the end. Pizza meat on their "M&M Special" tastes odd too... i don't trust their produce what there using. AVOID.

Pizza is great now! Has definitely improved in the last couple of years. Base is crispy but not over-baked and cheese is just browned enough.

Just ordered a double pepperoni pizza, 12 inch for £7.50. Ready in exactly 10 minutes and served boxed piping hot. A little salty but otherwise delicious. Amazing value, loadsa cheese, enough for 2 almost....

Food is great but been dissapointed with the service too many times. Food is always very very late on top of the extremely long waiting time (1hr 15min) and last time they forgot part of our order and had to go back for it...by which time we had eaten most of the food wich it went with.

Horrible food, chicken was dry/stale, chips were stale and rubbery, burger was cold! Wouldn't recommend, would also not feed to my dog! HAD TO GET A REFUND!

Order from here on occasion and their pizzas are fab. We have also had the chicken burger and that too is yummy. I think they need to work on their chips and garlic bread though. Not equal standard to their pizzas!! Friendly delivery and sometimes a freebie depending on the size of order.

The pizzas here are legendary! Can't comment on the kebabs but from what I have heard, they are also great!

I use this place quite a lot. Have tried the kebabs, pizza and burgers and of all the occasions I've used them, I've only had one kebab that didn't quite come up to scratch. Their chips are lush- crispy on the outside, not soggy like other places and always hot whether walking in to get an order or having it delivered.plenty of staff on hand to make sure you arnt hanging around

As far as kebab shops go, the food here is pretty good. It was delivered fast and it hit the spot. The price was reasonable though I would have hoped to get a little more for my money. The delivery driver however clearly didn't have a clue and couldn't be bothered with his job. Despite me leaving clear instructions on the drivers note on how to get to me, he pulled up 10 metres away, sat in his car, rang me and asked me where I was... I went out to him, he didn't even get out of his car and I had to specifically ask for the receipt which was met with an odd look as if I was the first person to ever ask that. They were really let down by their delivery staff

I admit I was a bit "merry" when I ate this, but it was hands down the best kebab I have had in years. I had the Doner wrap and would happily go back when sober to demolish another.

what else can you say, tasty and reasonably priced, friendly staff always chatty. Popular with locals so an indication of the quality and prices. I visited twice during my stay locally.
