On arrival to sit outside the table required cleaning. We asked the waiter if he could possibly clean the table (politely). He replied he was too busy. No other communication and never returned. We asked another waiter to wipe the table which he did but with one wipe. I live in Bath and proud of the city attractions. I was accompanied with friends from another part of the country. Not a great impression. Staff need to be trained not only in how to clean tables but how they interact with customers. Regrettably on this occasion it was poor!

Visited table for four took 15 minutes to take order 20 minutes to get starters then 30 minutes for main complained to manager who came up with a check list of times to show it was not slow with the comment this is not a fast food restaurant it then continued with coffee first then one sweet 15 minutes after that the rest of the sweets never had coffee before sweets before. Other people in restaurant seemed to be one course ahead of us yet we were first in restaurant . I think it showed a lack of management control and I felt that because we complained the service got worse. Food quality was very good but for the price I would expect a better service. Having eaten in a lot of top restaurants I would expect better. At no time was the staff going to accept that the customer was correct , just wanted to cause a confrontation over the timing . We will not be going back although the ambience was lovely cannot forgive the service.

You guys ALWAYS forget items in the online orders. It’s really frustrating and just poor when it happens multiple times.

Okay, so I can't comment on the quality of the food because after waiting three hours for a delivery order to arrive Yummy House decided, after ignoring their phone for hours, to cancel my order. No-one to answer their phones, and no explanation.

Overpriced, unoriginal and small selection

I visited this KFC during a quick trip to Bath. Fast service, and the food was hot, crispy, satisfying. However all chicken portions are fully oily. Not too rush while visit and good ambiance.

Viajo por todo el país y este lugar gana el premio no solo por el KFC más sucio, sino por el lugar de comida rápida más sucio que he visitado.
