Pizza GoGo in Bath and North East Somerset

Amazing pizza every time !!! I come in most lunches and haven't had a bad experience in years Ignore all bad reviews !! The boys who run the takeaway are GREAT

I ordered my food on Sunday, 30th April 2023 and I never received my food. It was confirmed at 7:07PM and was expected to come at around 8:00PM, but it never came. I then waited another 2 hours and there was still no update. So I just paid £26 and received NOTHING. I called them so I could receive a refund and they said that it wasn't their fault because I ordered through Deliveroo, even though it was THEIR OWN DELIVERY DRIVER who was going to deliver me the food and not by Deliveroo; to make this experience even better, I could no longer receive a refund due to their "policy". This is probably the worst customer service experience I ever had. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Absolutely horrendous the pizza had mould on it chips where soggy as and pizza sauce tasted like Heinz, they also forgot my wings and refused to refund me, AVOID!!!!

Cannot express how poor the service and food was, ordered a pizza and sides at 10pm and it wasn’t delivered until 2am, freezing cold. Then spent 3 hours of my following evening chasing a refund from the idiots running the place. I was personally whatsapping the manager who was clamming my order was delivered at 12am and that if I wanted a refund I needed to show him proof it was delivered after. Luckily I had a voicemail from his colleague saying he was outside my house at 2 am and he couldn’t really argue with that anymore, but it look 3 hours to get to this point. This business should not be allowed to operate and I’m speaking to Uber eats about getting them removed. Please please please do not eat here!!!!! So angry!

1:30 late and the driver refuse to give the food and after my be upset and cancel the order them dont back the money to me very very bad place and nothing is good because be drunk on the job is not good , and a said for chef and drivers

Ordered a pizza for my family. Been ordering before as well and was paying by card everyday at the door and outlet but when I order late night was made to walk to cash point to pay cash to the delivery driver as they said only cash payment no card accepted. This is rediculous. I offered to pay by card over the phone but said only cash accepted. Never going to order cos of this trouble.... thank you. If you have your shop open till 2am in the morning please do a card payment option. So that your customer doesn’t have to take trouble .

This restaurant is listed as Pizza and Shakes on Deliveroo. I paid for my order and it never arrived. Deliveroo said the restaurant does their own deliveries so they could not cancel the order or help.Basically the restaurant took my money and never delivered the food. I searched them online and discovered they are actually Pizza GoGo. This is a total scam, BEWARE!

We used to regularly get pizza gogo in Bath but the quality went downhill so we moved our business to other pizza places in town. My son wanted pizza gogo for his birthday dinner and so we decided to try it again, however one of the pizzas in the order was wrong. The driver was still parked in front when i noticed so i went out and told him that the pizza was wrong and it had green peppers on it instead of double the mushrooms as on the receipt. He tried to tell me the pizza was fine that the extra mushrooms were 'under the cheese', and i reiterated the toppings are wrong the pizza i ordered doesn't even have green peppers. After some further insistence on my part that the pizza i have ordered dozens of times wasn't as ordered he said he would call his Boss and sort it out. He then left and i didn't hear a word from them and nothing was done. Looks like our judgement that their quality is no longer very good was correct after all, we will not go back to pizza gogo again. Especially when there are so many other good pizza places in town who are much faster with delivery.

Acabo de recibir mi entrega. Estoy absolutamente horrorizado y molesto por el repartidor que me entregó mi helado y el pudín de caramelo pegajoso. Afirma que la próxima vez debo pedir pasta o pizza con mi pedido, aunque pagué un recargo de 2. 50 para poder comprar el helado. Me lo dijo 3 veces de manera agresiva, pero seguramente si fuera un problema, mi orden no se cumpliría / me llamarían. A punto de comer mi helado y la bolsa apesta a tabaco y el pudín de caramelo está congelado. Estoy sorprendido por esta experiencia y dudo que vuelva a ordenar. - Este es un mensaje que envié después de media hora de ordenar, ¡pero el servicio al cliente aún no ha respondido 5 días después! Ni siquiera vale 1 estrella.

I called them and asked for a small pizza and chicken and they tried making me pay £25 and a Ben and Jerry’s icecrea was £6 I went to order it and they ended the call on me this is a terrible take away

Wonderful pizza and incredibly friendly and attentive staff. The manager provided us with recommendations of deals which is any pizza 6.99 it is unbelievable. Thanks manager . Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in the Bath area.

I came here and received an absolutely fantastic service from the manager (the guy with a nice moustache👨🏻‍⚕️👨🏻‍⚕️👨🏻‍⚕️ ) he was incredibly polite and happy. And all around a pleasure to be served by 👍

Found a hair on garlic bread. The cheesecake were both frozen and inedible. Come on guys. Up your game. It's not rocket science

2nd time we've used GoGo since moving back to Bath. Not been disappointed with the Pizzas. All have been far superior to that of a Dominoes. Good delivery times and good deals to be had. Will defo be going back again and again

Este lugar es genial si quieres cabello en tu comida o incluso mejor, carne en tu pizza vegetariana. . . no es más barato que el dominó.
