KFC Bath - Lower Borough Walls in Bath and North East Somerset

Toilets were a disgrace. At 4pm they clearly hadn’t been cleaned all day. A tower burger still wasn’t ready after 15 minutes yet 4 workers were eating in the food preparation area! The manager didn’t seem to care. I did get a refund though. One worker even said. “Sorry mate we are not very good here!” Avoid.

Disgusting dirty establishment. Went in there with the family and stepped on various nuggets. I've never been a KFC guy. Disgusting.

This KFC was very dirty with food on the floor and all over the tables. It's the worst state of a fast food restaurant I've ever seen. The toilet was also in a very bad state despite a sign saying they are checked regularly. It wasn't pleasant eating my food in there and it looks very poorly run.

Crap all round! Do not bother at all. Management clearly do not care as appalling reviews have been left for months now and clearly no change.

The food looked and tasted like it had been reheated for the second time, the restaurant wasn’t busy ,but there was 5 team members standing around at the counter whilst every table in the restaurant was dirty and the bins were overflowing.

we went to kfc bath yesterday 9/1/2024 at 1:20 pm after made a order whilst getting the order the staffs at the counter just given the food in hands without a tray , my question is then why you input a machine over there to select whether it is takeaway or dining in if you guys wanna give the food on hands without tray , and for the coke the staffs didnt give a straw i donno whether you guys drinking the whole cold come directly in one gulp to mouth ,asked for tissues asked for tray but the counter staffs are busy in talking with other colleagues, if you taking money from us we expecting good service though.(i read the reviews the owner is replying and reassuring to every reviews but still no chances you made in ur kfc , staffs treating people like beggars how unprofessional sorry to say this ), we all are humans treat in that way

Came on Tuesday, went to order my food and noticed a horrible fishy smell, looked around and it was disgusting, food and rubbish everywhere, the tables, the floor everywhere had rubbish. You could hardly see the bin as rubbish was stacked up high on it and piled around it. My daughter pointed out a rat dragging a chicken drumstick up the stairs. We left immediately. This place is disgusting, how can this place be aloud to be open. Many others walking in and straight out as well.

6 legs in a box of 10 pieces, outrageous!!!!! Chip bags not full. Signs up on the counters directing people to the machines. I won't be back!!! I'll go to Keynsham instead.

Me and my family visited here for the first time just before Christmas and we will not be back. I ordered on the screen and the service was fine, it wasn't overly busy and they got the order correct, which other places usually don't. However the chicken seemed undercooked so we didn't eat it and didn't chance asking for more, we notice another couple with the same problem downstairs as we left. The upstairs ladies toilets smelt of urine, had urine all over the floor and side of toilet as if the men had been using it and the toilet seat wasn't even attached! Absolutely vile!!

Staff were friendly enough, although they only had 6 pieces of chicken left. The chicken was pretty juicy and tasty though.

I don’t think they know what a fast food restaurant is. I had to wait for close to 30 minutes for my takeaway . The food was so cold after the 30 minutes.

I got AWFUL food poisoning from here on 25/11/24. The food was cold and the chicken was chewy. I have reported it to public protection

Run by kids without any training. The rubbish bin has so much rubbish it was impossible to find any more room. No serviettes, I asked they told me they ran out. Hatful experience.

Food was very tasty ,although not a great deal of chips.did have a problem with toilets,they were really disgusting,the walls and door frames haven't seen a cleaner in a long while,the actual toilet itself was filthy and to top it all no toilet rolls

This is probably the worst KFC I have ever been to. To start with we place the order on the self order thing and didn't get a receipt. Then once we were given the order there was a hot drink missing so they then decided to say they don't have them.. so we were given a cold drink instead but couldn't get a refund for the difference. Once we sat down we noticed that one of the orders had the wrong extras with it so asked about that and got told we must have ordered the wrong stuff..... So all in all I wouldn't recommend going to this one, save your money and go else where.. Well do to the Bath lower Borough Walls one, you are probably the worst KFC I have ever been to.

What a smart KFC, if there was such a thing, the food came fast and very hot. Seating a bit limited but managed to find somewhere.

It SO diety place ever eating I left the food when I go to toilet so dirty should be clean but DOS a lot of dirty things on the sink I will never ever eating again in KFC in this place so dirty people go to check disable toilet and changing nappy for a baby. I don’t want to do it here.

I bought a chicken burger and when I bit into it it was pink. I showed it to the manager and he said it wasn't true and the manager was very impolite.

Ordered a tower zinger meal for takeaway. Walked back to work opened the box to find the smallest bag of chips and 3 bits of chicken. I couldn't go back as I didn't have the time sick of these fast food places ripping you off.

Issue: My card was charged for £57.93 but. I was told the transaction was canclled. I never got a receipt that showed cancelled transaction. I needed to catch a 20:01 train so I paid cash and the cashier promised if the money from the card comes in it will be paid back to my account. The money still shows successfully debited from my account and it has been 8 days since. Plus the sides including creamy mash wasnt in the pack. I have been trying to get in touch with KFC Bathover the phone but nobody picks the call. Bank says the money was transferrd successfully. Zak or the employee lied to me to make quick money! shame!

Little wait, and a small area downstairs to eat, and large upstairs, bathrooms with only hot water and without much hygiene, for the food, only the chicken wings were good and the cubes, the rest were terrible.

Absolutely shocking with food portion. Hot wings were cold shaggy. Went to counter for this and gave us “ Dont care face”. Not going here anymore. This needs to be addressed.

This must be the worst KFC ever! Messy, chaotic, loud. The food was tasteless, the service appalling. There was a very loud member of staff, constantly shouting behind the counter. At one point he started having a loud conversation with a customer and threw at him a couple of dips hitting another customer. The dips splattered on the floor. What a mess!!! And what a shame for a great city like Bath to be tolerating such an embarrassment of a food place.

I ordered food yesterday for £29 .The chicken fillet was tasteless and too salty .Fries was very cold and out of 12 fillet we had only 5 fillets and I throw the remaining .Nothing was good .Don't try from there

Customer service/ website is difficult to use not customer friendly,service is Very poor , staffs are not polite I observed and heard very rude towards take away men , I called customer service for refund for double order no help end up in buying double order

Worst meal ever! Waste of money and pure frustration as no refund offered(£27). Cold and soggy food, tasteless and inedible. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this KFC and each time been disappointed, but kept hoping. Definitely, was the last time now.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Food arrived cold and soggy, they tried to blame it on the driver but I watched him arrive, leave straight away and drive straight to mine within minutes. They're just leaving the food on the side to stew. Money wasted, buttoned me on the phone as soon as I explained that I watched the driver. Take some responsibility!

Had to drop my stepdaughter at work at around 10pm so having a 40 mile drive home I thought ah a KFC. Tell you what I wish I hadn't bothered. The guy walked up an said we got no burgers he hadn't even asked me what I wanted. He then went to serve the people behind me they kindly said I was 1st so I asked for a 10pce family feast he looked back into the kitchen then said we only got 5 pieces init mate. I just walked out in disbelief he didn't offer to cook some. I was made to feel irrelevant. This was this evening sunday 4th Feb just after 10 pm. This place is rubbish and had rats running around at the side of the building the bins were so full.

Waited 16 minutes for cold box meal , Hottest thing in it was the pot of beans .

It's one of the worst places you could it in. KFC is going downhill.

I would’ve given 0 if I could!! They have never delivered anything according to the order! Also, they decide to close off whenever the staff fancy they had enough! Sadly I do love a good kfc, but as a local, would never ever order or try to visit this shop. Super rude staff also!

I had the opportunity to visit this KFC during the Bath Christmas Market and i want to mention the meticulously maintained restrooms and served deliciously warm food. 🚽🚽🚽🍲 The overall ambience of the place was enjoyable, and the view from the second story was absolutely breathtaking! 😍🌆🏞️ However, I must mention that there was a minor issue with a small draft coming from the window. 🪟 Though it was a slight inconvenience, it did not detract from the overall positive experience I had.

There's a weird Chinese woman who's a cleaner and she shouts at the customers as soon as you walk through the door,very odd behavior.

Yesterday I ordered buckets for 23.99 for takeaway. They provided food with in 5 minutes and the food was reheated and very oily chips and saughy. When I went back to the store and showed them the food ask manager he is declining for everything he said it took 15 minutes to cook food so I told him to check the camera but he didn’t check he was very rude. I want my money back

Could do with some attention to detail in the seating area, dirty tables, bins overflowing, light bulbs out, walls dirty.

Went in and they had no chicken left, so we got a sundae. The aero chocolate was horrible and crumbly as if it had been left out for weeks. They also had no spoons. Instead of trying to rectify the issue they stated "good luck trying to eat that". Would you not check beforehand or offer us a refund? Pretty miserable experience.

The first time we ordered it was late and cold. But last night we thought that we’d give them another chance. But never again the chicken pieces were cold and the chips were even colder. My wife also noticed that in the delivery car that ours was not even in a insulated bag. A very bad service.

Without a doubt the worst experience ever from a resturant anywhere. 2.5 hours to despatch food only for the order not to turn up. £40 paid to get nothing but a long wait. Although judging by the reviews, they did us a favour by not letting us eat their food. Neither KFC or Justeat accepting responsibility, an absolute joke. Screw the customer as long as they get the money seems to be their business strategy.

I normally like KFC, but I wish I had read the reviews before I got in there. The food was bad. I was cold when I've got it. It was very badly made and had a hair in it as well.. People didn't seem very friendly and shouting aggressively the orders. Cleanliness needs to improve, too. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Bad timing or I dont know what but I arrived in the middle of a friendly fight with chicken popcorn between the kitchen and the cashier staff. They probably had good time launching the food toward each other having no shame that me as a customer can see them. I just hope that hose bits of chicken wont be served to someone else after they've been everywhere. Moreover the chicken was almost black which means they did not change the oil or it was sitting there in display for ages. It was fairly cold as well. The toilet was really smelly and no soap available, not even an empty dispenser. It looks like they never use soap for washing hands so the customers would do the same. Really disappointed.
