Little wait, and a small area downstairs to eat, and large upstairs, bathrooms with only hot water and without much hygiene, for the food, only the chicken wings were good and the cubes, the rest were terrible.

Absolutely shocking with food portion. Hot wings were cold shaggy. Went to counter for this and gave us “ Dont care face”. Not going here anymore. This needs to be addressed.

This must be the worst KFC ever! Messy, chaotic, loud. The food was tasteless, the service appalling. There was a very loud member of staff, constantly shouting behind the counter. At one point he started having a loud conversation with a customer and threw at him a couple of dips hitting another customer. The dips splattered on the floor. What a mess!!! And what a shame for a great city like Bath to be tolerating such an embarrassment of a food place.

I ordered food yesterday for £29 .The chicken fillet was tasteless and too salty .Fries was very cold and out of 12 fillet we had only 5 fillets and I throw the remaining .Nothing was good .Don't try from there

Worst meal ever! Waste of money and pure frustration as no refund offered(£27). Cold and soggy food, tasteless and inedible. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from this KFC and each time been disappointed, but kept hoping. Definitely, was the last time now.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Food arrived cold and soggy, they tried to blame it on the driver but I watched him arrive, leave straight away and drive straight to mine within minutes. They're just leaving the food on the side to stew. Money wasted, buttoned me on the phone as soon as I explained that I watched the driver. Take some responsibility!

Had to drop my stepdaughter at work at around 10pm so having a 40 mile drive home I thought ah a KFC. Tell you what I wish I hadn't bothered. The guy walked up an said we got no burgers he hadn't even asked me what I wanted. He then went to serve the people behind me they kindly said I was 1st so I asked for a 10pce family feast he looked back into the kitchen then said we only got 5 pieces init mate. I just walked out in disbelief he didn't offer to cook some. I was made to feel irrelevant. This was this evening sunday 4th Feb just after 10 pm. This place is rubbish and had rats running around at the side of the building the bins were so full.

Waited 16 minutes for cold box meal , Hottest thing in it was the pot of beans .

It's one of the worst places you could it in. KFC is going downhill.

I would’ve given 0 if I could!! They have never delivered anything according to the order! Also, they decide to close off whenever the staff fancy they had enough! Sadly I do love a good kfc, but as a local, would never ever order or try to visit this shop. Super rude staff also!

I had the opportunity to visit this KFC during the Bath Christmas Market and i want to mention the meticulously maintained restrooms and served deliciously warm food. 🚽🚽🚽🍲 The overall ambience of the place was enjoyable, and the view from the second story was absolutely breathtaking! 😍🌆🏞️ However, I must mention that there was a minor issue with a small draft coming from the window. 🪟 Though it was a slight inconvenience, it did not detract from the overall positive experience I had.

Cold chicken wrap. Watered down coke.(coke was changed) Serving girl was lovely. Rude cleaning staff, asked my sister to move seat mid meal. Cleaning our table was an effort for her. Eat elsewhere

There's a weird Chinese woman who's a cleaner and she shouts at the customers as soon as you walk through the door,very odd behavior.

Yesterday I ordered buckets for 23.99 for takeaway. They provided food with in 5 minutes and the food was reheated and very oily chips and saughy. When I went back to the store and showed them the food ask manager he is declining for everything he said it took 15 minutes to cook food so I told him to check the camera but he didn’t check he was very rude. I want my money back

Located in busy area with only one kfc in 4/5 miles radius. Disable toilet broken.

Could do with some attention to detail in the seating area, dirty tables, bins overflowing, light bulbs out, walls dirty.

Went in and they had no chicken left, so we got a sundae. The aero chocolate was horrible and crumbly as if it had been left out for weeks. They also had no spoons. Instead of trying to rectify the issue they stated "good luck trying to eat that". Would you not check beforehand or offer us a refund? Pretty miserable experience.

The first time we ordered it was late and cold. But last night we thought that we’d give them another chance. But never again the chicken pieces were cold and the chips were even colder. My wife also noticed that in the delivery car that ours was not even in a insulated bag. A very bad service.

Without a doubt the worst experience ever from a resturant anywhere. 2.5 hours to despatch food only for the order not to turn up. £40 paid to get nothing but a long wait. Although judging by the reviews, they did us a favour by not letting us eat their food. Neither KFC or Justeat accepting responsibility, an absolute joke. Screw the customer as long as they get the money seems to be their business strategy.

I normally like KFC, but I wish I had read the reviews before I got in there. The food was bad. I was cold when I've got it. It was very badly made and had a hair in it as well.. People didn't seem very friendly and shouting aggressively the orders. Cleanliness needs to improve, too. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Bad timing or I dont know what but I arrived in the middle of a friendly fight with chicken popcorn between the kitchen and the cashier staff. They probably had good time launching the food toward each other having no shame that me as a customer can see them. I just hope that hose bits of chicken wont be served to someone else after they've been everywhere. Moreover the chicken was almost black which means they did not change the oil or it was sitting there in display for ages. It was fairly cold as well. The toilet was really smelly and no soap available, not even an empty dispenser. It looks like they never use soap for washing hands so the customers would do the same. Really disappointed.

Place was not clean, food was cold and undercooked and the food took for ages even though it was not busy.

Service was on the slower side to other KFC restaurants I've used, would recommend as the food came out great and was worth the wait, though we did have to eat on the train.

Touch screen system wasn't working correctly and it was a takeaway. Kids enjoyed the food though.

A decent space within the Bath city centre. Easily accessible from Bath spa and Bus station. It has one small seating area on the ground floor and a large one on the first floor. Staff service is pretty good and they make it as quick as possible. There are self order facilities on the ground floor as well. The food has a decent taste, but the chips are not that great. Washrooms are available to use for customers.

it was terrible, my partner has recently had an operation and can't drive anywhere so we decided to order. first of all, our order took a little to long to arrive which I understand happens but as I open my order I had so much food missing and there was nothing anyone could do about it as I had 'already claimed my order'. the person I spoke to on live chat was helpful but there wasn't anything they could do, which is not right as I have paid money for this order and the people working in KFC can't even be bothered to make sure everything is correct.

On visiting Bath today we decided to pop in and enjoy a KFC. SHOCK HORROR surprised this establishment is allowed to remain open. If I could of rated it 0 I would of done. Place was filthy, food was stone cold. So disappointed we decided just to bin our food and leave.

Made an online order on 6th July, Ordered 3 original recipe chicken, fries. But the chicken were smaller than the wings (like 1 popcorn chicken ball). Not sure it was by mistake. For 3 chicken popcorn balls, I paid 5£

Shocking health hazard. Filthy toilets and manky food. Took my grandson in for some food. I spent most of the next day on the toilet as did my grandson. How bath council allow this place to stay open is beyond me. Cleanliness is not there priority.

Was working in the area today and thought I'd pop in for dinner...I used the toilets and was scared to touch anything it was so dirty and clearly not cleaned for days...when I went out to order food I noticed the restaurant wasn't much better...didn't order any food, if its that messy where its visible to everyone to see how badcis it behind the scenes. Not even busy in there. Poor all round for such a huge chain that makes millions every year not to have permanent cleaners on the shop floor.. or just poor management 😕

It's KFC - what more do you want to know

For a KFC and ive been to a Fair share of KFCs, this one is the worse ive ever been too. The chicken was very dry, the fries mushy and soft. The staff were very slow and unorginzied. They looked like they were forced to be there. We didnt get given any Salt or forks for our salad and the atmosphere was very eery. Half the table were dirty, had to clean one my self to have a decent table to eat on. Over all wouldnt come here again. Better to go to the next nearest KFC

For my sins, I'm a massive fan of KFC and, on the odd occasion that I have fast food, it's my restaurant of choice. The chicken here was as good as anywhere else, better than some of the other city branches I've visited, but the cleanliness left lots to be desired. Having read the other reviews, this isn't a one off either. There were chips all over the floor, tables laden with chicken bones and paper. Both bins were full, the one by us had rubbish precariously balanced on top as well. The toilets were almost on a par with the ones in London, filthy as all hell with a blocked sink. If the customer facing areas look like that, heaven knows what the food prep areas are like! When we left, 2 team members were leaning back against the counter, having a lovely old time nattering, seemingly oblivious to the destruction that surrounded them. Obviously too busy to notice, or too unmotivated to care.

Gents toilet was disgusting, bloody paper thrown on the floor, what looked like feces on the floor, blocked toilet, the worst toilet I've come across. Hygiene not a priority in this branch of KFC.

No hygiene at all. Every single table filthy with rubbish left. Floor was gross, glass gross, stairs gross. Toilet was vile. Wasn't even busy so clearly hadn't been cleaned in some time. Really don't understand how it's even open.
