The best restaurants in Bath and North East Somerset South West

The food and drink was really tasty! The vibe of the restaurant was really good and the waitress, Bea, was very accommodating, and provided excellent service!

Went here for their folk session evenings they do on Wednesday, lovely ambience and mix of customers, some lovely draught ciders for a good price, and a very nice beer garden

Fab spot for people who like tequila. We came on a quiet Sunday evening but there was still a nice atmosphere - the staff are all lovely and friendly and the drinks made well. We had the nachos with beef which was really good - would love to come back and try and the tacos!

They have so many exciting flavours but I guess not according to my taste...

I travel quite a lot with work and like to look for independent accommodation outside of Premier Inn and Travelodge.. I stayed here last night and I found it to be a SUPERB place to eat and stay at ! Bed and Breakfast was £74 and I had a lovely 3 course meal for £32. Genuinely, I have not found a better restaurant and accommodation throughout the UK for a business trip. The rooms are clean, classy, comfortable and such good value. This, alone, would guarantee a great review but then I went downstairs to the pub for dinner. It was truly delicious and full of flavour. I learnt that all of the menu is freshly and home made by the friendly and very talented chef and each course was piping hot. As a starter, I had the mushroom with goats cheese and onion jam. Main course was pork shoulder, mash with veg and incredible gravy ! Dessert was apple & cider crumble with custard. This was a 10/10 dinner and couldn't be faulted. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming. I visited on a Tuesday night and it was fully booked. It is obviously very popular and appears to be a hidden gem. Thank you to all of the team and I hope to revisit here in the future - this is a great place to stay at for a visit to Bath !

Fabulous , Freshly cooked roast dinner.. Eat in or take away .. delicious gravy. Pre book to take away , always excellent. Appreciate how hard this team work every weekend to provide such an incredible Sunday roast. 10/10

Pedimos comida para llevar para nuestra familia desde este lugar y la comida era muy sosa y en general no era bueno. El kebab estaba bueno, pero una porción tan pequeña. Nunca antes había visto un kebab tan pequeño. Los currys de cordero no sabían a cordero, lo que era extraño en un mal sentido. Los langostinos no habían sido correctamente desvenados y limpiados, lo que era poco atractivo. El naan de queso y ajo era muy soso y probablemente el peor que he probado. En general, toda mi familia y yo odiamos la comida y estábamos tan decepcionados. También somos una familia india que siempre está haciendo y pidiendo comida india y esto fue definitivamente una desgracia.

Papas fritas irreales, malteada y servicio. El propietario es una institución local e increíblemente amable y ansioso por escuchar cómo te va. Un tipo genuino que es solo un pilar de su comunidad y que vende comida de alta calidad al mismo tiempo. Tablero de menú de estilo retro en el interior que recuerda a un verdadero manhattan diner también, muy buen lugar

I was very lucky to stumble across this lil gem in the very heart of Bath. Super atmospheric and the choice of wine by glass is excellent! And thanks to lovely Anetta I ordered a baked camembert with honey and boy that was a perfect dish for a cold rainy lunch! Will be back and definitely recommend

Lovely little restaurant, food was absolutely delicious, will definitely come back again. Very authentic tasting Japanese food.

Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who’s visiting Bath. Joya is a very nicely presented restaurant with staff who are very polite and attentive, they serve delicious food, which was fairly priced for the area it’s in. Would definitely recommend.
