Really tasty food although smallish portions. Amazing atmosphere and great staff.

Popped in for a drink and dinner for date night and had the loveliest, most welcoming experience. Our server Maisie was so kind and made sure we were looked after, and the food and drinks were amazing. We will definitely come back, 100% worth the visit!

Service was a little slow but the tacos were honestly incredible. What delicious food! Totally worth the wait! Staff were warm and friendly. Hard to find a good no fuss place to eat in Bath!

The food here is delicious and the staff are so lovely and helpful. The only problem was that the portions were quite small for the price, my partner payed £6 for a small can of beer. However we thoroughly enjoyed everything else.

I love TACO 🌮 I LOVE TACOS 🌮 😋 MY DAUGHTER AND WIFE TOOK ME FOR MY 40 SOMETHING BDAY WE shared tacos pork , chicken , bean and a bowl of nachos and chicken . We all shared the food till I had the pork tacos at which point I ordered another plate just for me I loved it 😋. Staff where brilliant and very attentive could not fault in any way. We had such a wonderful experience at Dos Dedos. From the moment we walked in we were warmly welcomed and found a seat quickly. The atmosphere was so much fun. The tacos and cocktails were faultless. We really felt like we could have been in Mexico! Such a quaint little gem and so glad we found it. Next time we are in bath we will Be sure to return!

Genuinely excellent, what a hidden gem. Chef Tristan makes of the most delicious chicken tacos I’ve had, beating out all the tex-mex we had on our tour of Texas. Thank you Maisie and the team for some truly delicious food and cocktails. Do not miss out, run don’t walk

Dos Dedos is one of my fave restaurants in Bath. Always delicious food and especially great for me as I’m gluten free. So much to choose from. The staff are always friendly and they know their tequila! We were told one tasted like liquid tirimisu and he was 100% right - delicious. Love the atmosphere here and will be back.

Seated quickly just after opening and it filled up quickly. Amazing atmosphere, great service. We got a Catalytic Converter cocktail which came with a tortilla chip, the beef tacos and the chicken which were all amazing. Never had anything like the cocktail and highly recommend if you’re around.

Okay WOW the cocktails not only sounded fantastic, they tasted it too. The corn + pineapple one was probably the best tequila based cocktail I’ve ever had. (Sorry I forgot what it was called!!) Sadly the guac had peas so we had to skip, but the tacos were scrummy. We both agreed the chicken was our favourite + your pickled onions were awesome. Thank you for the tequila recs too! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Bath (or living there) Cheers lads

this is the only good mexican food i’ve been able to find in the UK. the salsa verde is very yummy. portions are a little small but still enough food for a meal. very fun vibe. great classic margarita. friendly and helpful staff. great happy hour special if you get here early enough

Popped in for cocktails before dinner. We were a bit wary because there was loud music playing and we're kind of old. But we took a firm grip of our zimmer frames and sallied forth. Very amiable welcome, nice table and ordered 2 margaritas. Absolutely delicious. I fancied a nibble but, as we were in public, I ordered nachips instead. They were so-so, not really an eating place more of a bar. A young clientele as one would expect, including 2 inebriated young women who were loud but not intrusive. 2 more drinks and we were set for dinner.

Drinks were nice but the food was only ok, especially the vegetarian options for the tacos were kind of sad and one set we ordered were super burnt. The service was quite slow, although it's a tiny kitchen so was understandable from a practical point of view. I would maybe try it again and just eat more nachos. For the meat eaters, they said their tacos were excellent.

Cannot recommend this place highly enough, it’s a must visit if you are in Bath. The staff are the nicest people, could not be more friendly or fun, we actually ended up coming here twice this weekend because we had the best time! The drinks were amazing some of the best margaritas I’ve ever had (high praise) and the tunes were on point. The vibe was just so lovely everyone in the bar so friendly, special shout out to Fitzroy for looking after our stuff and making sure we were having the best time. The best team! Thank you all for being so welcoming and we’ll be back again (post wedding) for sure.

We came across this bar whilst wandering around looking at menus for our evening meal after spending time in the Thermae Spa. What a great place! From the moment we stopped outside, we were greeted by the doorman who was moving to the music and you could see inside this small bar that the vibe was happy and that everyone was having fun. We were first offered a standing space to wait for a table and ordered our cocktails from there, whilst browsing the menu. It wasn't long before a table was available and we could order and enjoy our tacos. Wow! We chose a portion of the special (lamb) and one of the beef taco (2 x tacos per portion). I can honestly say, that I have never tasted tacos so authentic since my trip to Mexico in 1992! I was blown away with the flavours. The staff are so friendly and fun - you really must try Dos Dedos.

Had such a lovely evening at Dos Dedos! The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable about both the mezcal and food. I’m dairy intolerant and they were really accommodating. The tacos were 10/10 especially the plantain ones. Highly recommend taking advantage of their Sangria Sunday offer too!

Absolutely class hidden gem of Bath! Mexican restaurants are few and far between in Bath with just the usual chains present. This is worth seeking out, a simple menu with tonnes of flavour choices. Atmosphere is excellent with classic hip-hop tracks booming through the sound system. Excellent waiting staff and a huge selection of tequila and mescal to get the night started. 10/10 choice for a night out. Enjoy

Came here for my birthday in January after accidentally spotting while walking past. Cannot recommend this place more. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The place is also very suitable for vegan diets.

Hired Dos Dedos out for a private party of about 45 people. Billy and his team were outstanding. They made sure everyone had a drink in their hand all night, the food was amazing and kept coming and they even came round taking personal orders to make sure everyone had had enough. I would highly recommend hiring this place out, it was brilliant.

We went here for a special comedy night with Belly Laughs, to raise money for Julian House, and had a great time! The food is really good, with a good choice of beers and an excellent mezcal margarita. The service is very attentive and food comes out quickly and feel healthy but tasty. There are plenty of gluten free options, and I think the kitchen might be totally gluten free. Also very easy to get to from the train station for those in Bristol.

This place is amazing. We have been here twice. Get prepared to be blown away by their amazing (and reasonably priced) tequila cocktails and their tasty nachos and tacos. This place has great service and a great atmosphere. The waiters were super friendly and charismatic despite being rather busy. The music was excellent. On the whole I would say that the vibe is relaxed and unpretentious. It's hard to imagine how you couldn't have a good time here. Our favourite tacos were the pulled pork tacos but all were delicious. We left with a smile on our faces and our bellies full. Unforgettable.

What a hidden gem! We were really lucky to turn up at about 6pm when there was plenty of space - within an hour the place was packed! It’s clearly a hit with locals and we can see why - the food and drinks were great, the service team so welcoming and the atmosphere great. The tacos and nachos were amazing - very different in style to the cliched pub version and far more authentic Mexican - and the cocktails with a Mexican twist (like tequila or Pisco as the base) were delicious. It’s small plates, but perfectly formed - so much so that we had a second round! Definitely a top place if you can get a table!

Dos Dedos is one of the most incredible dining spots in Bath. My girlfriend and I have eaten here on three occasions and the service, food and drink is exceptional. The passion that Billy the manager gives off is so infectious. He and his team provide an incredible dining experience that we have never felt with another bar or restaurant since. Anyone visiting Bath this is a must go!

Saw a good review of this place on Reddit, whilst visiting Bath for a long weekend, and I’m very glad we went! The tacos were lush, two to a portion, well filled with delicious toppings in fresh tortillas. You could smell the freshness of the tortillas when you walked in, always a good sign. Good selections of cocktails and mocktails. Service was super quick and very friendly, despite being a busy Saturday night. 10/10, would recommend. We paid £60-odd for 4 tacos, a cocktail, a mock tail and 2/3 of beer. Also, the vibes were great. A nice neighbourhood hangout.

Stumbled into Dos Dedos by pure chance on an early afternoon stroll through Bath. We love authentic tacos ever since having been to Mexican restaurants in Madrid. Tiny place with just a few tables but lovely atmosphere. Very friendly service, great Margherita (pays off to use high quality Mezcal) and amazing tacos. Easily up there with the best we've had so far. Spices and flavours perfectly balanced. And all being created in the tiniest of kitchens. Bravo!

A great fun, off the wall independent tequila and Mezcal bar doing it just the right way. We came for happy hour which got busy really quickly, we got a great seat where we could see everything and got great service from our guy we'd met a few hours earlier and who'd told us about happy hour (5-7pm). We ordered two Merzcal Margeritas (£14 for two during happy hour) , these came in traditional margerita glasses, really very very nice indeed and were delicious, absolutely perfect. Its a cool place, its got a great vibe, everyone was happy and you've got a great choice of drink or Mexican inspired snack and meal menu. If I had one thing to improve, and its only small. Happy hour is very busy and we'd have had another drink but ran out of time due to waiting. Could do with more than one person making cocktails Couldn't recommend it more highly though, its a joy to visit

Ate here this evening after a long drive from Cornwall. The drinks are real good!Generous with the tequila and really delicious. My wife had an non alcohol margarita and that was super tasty also. We had the plantain, pulled pork and brisket tacos and they were all amazing. Staff were nice guys and the vibe was really cool and a relaxed.

Amazing little cocktail and tapas in this almost hidden gem at the northern end of the city centre. Exceptional service and quality. Gets busy (rightfully so!) So there may be a queue to get in.

19-August-23: Late lunch/early dinner with my nephew and his daughters (and one of their boyfriends). Lots of drinks and some loaded nachos to start, then various soft tacos. They all loved it but not really my thing food wise but was their choice for restaurant.

Waited in the queue outside for food for 45 minutes. Finally got in and were waiting for drinks. The waiter told the people ahead of us they had no food left, then told us they did have food left and tried to make us buy drinks? We had to double check with the chef- where he confirmed there was no food left. Really bad experience, they knew they were running out of food and had a queue of about 7 groups of people waiting for food and decided to say nothing.

Fabulous food and drinks were brilliant. The tacos and nachos were out of this world. We had to wait for a table but were welcomed and waited with a drink and the staff were so accommodating. A real gem in Bath, can't wait to return! Thank you!

We visited on Taco Tuesday at 8pm and they had run out of some key ingredients for nachos and tacos but offered substitutions. Should have known better! We ordered the nachos...big mistake....the "cheese" was neon orange and tasteless, there was only a suggestion of guacamole on the dish and sprinkled on top with a handful of coriander...it was very dry and tasteless but the cornchips were ok. Perhaps if we'd gone earlier? Who knows, but we won't be going again to find out.

What a lovely find! It's got a great vibe and fantastic drinks and food. The margaritas are wonderful and the food tasty. It's a relaxed placed, nothing formal and we had a lovely time. Even better, everything is gluten free so my partner (who's Coeliac) could realx knowing he was in a safe space!

Absolutely love Dos Dedos, yesterday was my first time visiting and now it is my favourite place in Bath. The delicious food and atmosphere was fabulous! The service was exceptional, Billy, Mat & Ollie made me and my friends feel very welcome. They went above and beyond to provide the perfect night out :) Highly recommend visiting!

Just came back from an event in Bath where Dos Dedos had a food van set up- my daughter and I had the tacos and ice drinks and it was all absolutely delicious! We both really really enjoyed it. Really friendly, cool and engaging staff and even a great atmosphere generated around the van itself too. Next time we go to Bath we will definitely try the actual eat-in experience too!

I absolutely LOVE this place! It's SO fun and authentic food and drink and the spicy margaritas are the best I've ever found in England! It's such a cosy bar and the atmosphere is always warm and convivial. The staff are all are super friendly and happy and you are guaranteed to always have fun. They even welcome dogs into the bar!

What can I say ... beautiful little spot for some delicious tacos and dips. We also paired them with thier delightful display of tequilas to choose from. The service was wonderful and they even took a song request. The margaritas gorgeous, makes a change these days they pack a punch. Staff totally friendly- passionate about their work, actually felt like our custom was valued! Only had the pulled pork nachos... but so happy we did, unreal/memorable ... so fresh... u can feel The Love and taste the corriander. AMAZING enough of a reason to come back to Bath

Such a cool place! Lovely, casual experience full of charm and good vibes. Brilliant staff, an extensive drinks list, including alcohol free cocktails- the virgin palmos is YUM. We also had a mezcal Marg, beef nachos and chicken tacos. All amazing, we will definitely be back if we are in the area again!

A margarita and tacos bar. My friend had seen on Instagram that you could get three margaritas for £8.50 in happy hour, and indeed the menu had three types of margarita and said "all for £8.50", but they actually meant "each for £8.50". It's still good value and my margarita was very good. The food is all for sharing, although the dishes we had were quite substantial.

This is an unbiased and fair review of the events that took place on the evening of Saturday 15th April 2023. My friends and I visited Dos Dedos for a drink and quick bite before a pub crawl (around 8 of us in total). Understandably on a Saturday evening, it was busy and we had to wait a while to be seated. The waitress was absolutely lovely, and although clearly stressed, made sure to keep us updated on when we would be sat. We pre-ordered drinks and they were there on the table after we sat down around 30 minutes later, at which point our party were ready to place the orders. We were then informed that there were only two non-vegetarian options available and no nachos. Partway through the wait, two extra people in our party arrived unannounced to us, who weren't ordering anything, but we were then told that if any more people arrive "my manager may have to kick you out" which is an extreme reaction in my opinion. After we placed the order, around 45 minutes later, we still hadn't received the tacos we had all ordered but didn't want to pester as the staff looked understandably stressed out. Shortly afterwards, the same waitress approached us and said that "the tills had failed and none of the orders that were placed had actually been prepared" and none of the staff had clocked that this was the case. During the stay we'd noticed that not much food was out but maybe assumed that it was being batch cooked. As we were already 25 minutes late for our next spot where others were already waiting for us, we chose to ask for the existing bill and leave. The waitress very kindly offered us a big discount on our drinks and did what she could to try and soften the blow on our wait for food that never arrived. Then she added that we should say something next time if we don't get our food. As above, we didn't feel it was appropriate to do so, given that the waitress didn't feel very approachable in all the stress - and even so, it's not our responsibility to make sure that we get our food. Even in all of the stress of the evening, it's probably pretty difficult not to notice a table of 10 with empty glasses and no plates after 45 minutes. We didn't make a big deal of it because it is what it is, and the waitress was clearly stressed. However, as a first visit for our party, this was really not a good first impression and we won't be returning for the foreseeable.

Venture elsewhere in Bath and avoid this tourist trap taco joint. The nachos were an utter disappointment, covered in a dubious liquid cheese that deviated far from genuine Mexican cuisine. Although the tacos were passable, scoring a 6 out of 10, the £9 price tag for two scanty servings was hard to justify. The restaurant was woefully understaffed, with just one waitress attempting to handle the onslaught of customers. As a result, patrons experienced painfully long wait times and a disappointing number of incorrect orders, including both dishes and beverages. With a multitude of superior dining alternatives in the area, it's wise to give this lackluster taco spot a miss and explore more satisfying culinary experiences in Bath

Really nice and pleasant place where you can breathe Mexican air! Highly recommend!
