The staff was not patient even when there was no other customer at the time, also didn’t know like their attitude so much. There rice tasted stale and the burrito was also pretty underwhelming.

I’m a frequent customer at mission burrito bath, but fair to say I was quite disappointed with my visit today. I usually get the small beef burrito but decided on a regular/larger size today. I was quite disappointed as the burrito was the same size if not smaller than the actual small I usually order. The server was incredibly tight with the ingredients and barely put any in and even more upsetting was that the usual beef was tasteless and mushy, and none of the other ingredients had any flavour at all. I ordered the crisps and guac too, and for an extra £3.45 I was so disappointed with the sad little bag of crisps I was given. I was so excited for the little burrito pick me up, but when I got home to tuck in it was wet, and sad. Love the flavour of nothing. For almost £15 I am a very upset as a loyal mission burrito.

Unfortunately what my boyfriend and I got was just not that good - what was good was the size of the burrito so you do feel that you’re getting a decent amount for what you’re paying. but flavour wise it wasn’t great and the rice was really over cooked and mushy (but this could’ve just been on the day that we went)

A really disappointing lunchtime snack before the rugby. A sloppy tasteless mess which was impossible to eat with your hands. The wrap just disintegrated into dough. One to avoid.

The chicken was chewy and tasteless. In fact the whole burrito lacked flavour. I could only take a few bites and had to discard it. I won’t be going back again!

Regular at mission burrito in Bristol, never had an issue and somehow it is far superior in service and food etc to this one in bath, burrito fell apart and was completely ripped and portion sizes are different which is weird, strange interactions with staff aswell just seem rude, won’t be coming back

Just got a chicken tinga box and the box is more than half a size smaller than the last time, tiny portion could see the bottom of the box when opening. Many things not available on the menu either.I normally pay extra for more meat and couldn’t even do that today. If you haven’t enough food then maybe close the shop for the evening? Really annoyed and still hungry

I had a regular chicken burrito. As a student, I got a student discount, so it was very affordable, and for how big the burrito was, it was very worth it. There's a wide variety of fillings that can be chosen. The atmosphere is decent, there's not a lot of space to eat and the seating is either like a bar or benches so it's not really a place to hang out for long.

Simply delicious and perfect to eat before a busy social do in Bath. One of my favourite go-to staples and never disappoints. Doesn't break the bank either, which is a bonus.

Edit... Changed review.. Again! Burrito half the size it used to be, not wrapped like they used to be, ingredients not mixed again like they used to be... What's going on? Used to have two lovely ladies always there who knew what they were doing. Where have they gone? Get them back please and teach the new guys how to make better burritos. Really sad when something you love goes backwards.

The burrito I had was tasty but I had to get a spoon because it was so wet and sloppy! There were 2 staff on that day and one was friendly enough, the other quite standoffish and cold, which was a shame.

Pretty standard burrito you would expect from a chain but it is relatively in expensive, very quick and great for something on the go walking around town. You get to choose the level of spice and I love a challenge so it was the spiciest one for me. Great kick!

It was overall amazing, the service was really quick and the people who did customer service were really smily, patient and helpful The food was amazing at first I was a bit sceptical because the price was ,in my eyes, a little expensive BUT I WAS DECEIVED the food price was definitely worth the price because it was packed to the top, for the most part I think the only thing to improve on is to make sure we actually know what’s being put into everything like for sure they did a great way of displaying it but ima be honest I had not a clue what was in the black beans or the other option I just heard “beans” and I was like :0 yea I know what that is For the salad I was a little silly at the start by not mixing it (that isn’t the server’s problem I preferred it being laid out nicely) so remember to mix the salad or the rice box if you get one The overall atmosphere was really nice I think the setting was pretty and the lights made it cozy

Delicious burrito, left a water bottle here and they looked after it until we could collect it the following day! Great service and nice clean place.

Having had burritos from here regularly, today I was left disappointed. The girl filling my burrito with pulled/ shredded chicken clearly identified a large potion of the chicken as a solid piece clearly inedible. It was charred black and she even hit it with the spoon trying to break it up, and failing. Sounded like she was hitting concrete. Obviously inedible but she decided to leave it in there. Nearly shattered my teeth trying to eat the thing so had to throw it away. Bitterly disappointed. Will be going to tortilla instead from now on.

It was alright. The food was luke warm. One server was cool, the other was abrupt. Not great to be honest.

Great variety (even for vegetarians) and friendly staff. Do try their different salsas. Loved the habanero one!

Burrito was ok.. nothing to shout about, but more expensive than they used to be and half the size. This was appalling. Measly portion of chips - way overpriced. Staff were ok, not friendly or welcoming at all though. Won't return.

Amazing delicious Mexican wraps, tacos and rice bowls. Very fresh and clean and busy. Truly enjoyed my experience here and advise others to try. Customer service was great from.the staff. A bit expensive but great flavours and food.

Mission burrito never disappoints. Just been in for the first time in a couple of months with a friend. We each had a burrito about as big as your forearm, a beer each and change from £25. My wife and kids love it too so it's become a summer family favourite. The recruitment process must include a grumpy filter because the staff are ALWAYS lovely. Don't forget to pick up a loyalty card. Every 11th burrito is free.

Burrito has a decent size and the taste is amazing.

The tacos were good. I paid extra for the guacamole and cheese and got loads. I feel like I got my money's worth.

Had the vegan butternut squash chill burrito, with chips and guacamole! Sooooo good. They do have other vegan options. I would definitely would recommend this place. Food was tasty, staff were efficient and surroundings were comfy. You can people watch if you get the window seat

These burritos are delicious and very tasty! I have to say that the small option has a fair size and the ingredients are fresh ( amazing optional guacamole to add). The place is small and cozy, ideal for a quick stop or take away option 🌯🌯

Absolutely delicious! Picked this place on a whim with a desire for a delicious burrito and it didn't disappoint. Each of us had a different filling and I found mine to be delicious and flavoursome. We also got some chips and salsa dip which also went down a treat. I consider this place to be reasonably priced with wonderful staff and equally awesome food. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area.

I like the vibe! Kind, cheerful staff, quick service, good food; charming little place I just dropped in for a quick meal during my travel.

Been 10+ times. I think the burritos are average. Portions have been getting smaller and smaller and prices have rised crazy amounts for what they offer. Same staff for a long time and they've always been flat out rude, don't really understand why? That's my final visit. Good luck.

Delicious burrito, tacos and salad bowl. Tasty food and lovely area to sit outside. Quantity is huge!…but so tasty still managed to eat it all. Highly recommend a visit for the fresh ingredients, quick service and respectable price.

Like other Americans or people who’ve been to latin America, I have to say this was kind of disgusting. bland and soggy and the veggie option was horrible. I was craving a burrito after being here for a month and a half and this was not it. As a southern Californian, I love the UK, but continue to feel like I’m in mild state of food poisoning wherever I go 😵‍💫

I have enjoyed these burritos for atleast 2 years now. They contributed to my arrival of my son as I went for a spicier one the day before. You get a fantastic taste and a full stomach!

The burritos in the bath store are wrapped like they don’t actually want you to eat the food, the foil is tucked into the tortilla, the ends are open, nothing is mixed together. The guy wrapped it like he had a 50 person queue and we were the only people in the store, It was like he was trying to see if he could wrap the burrito without using his thumbs. His solution for his failure was to wrap it in 47 layers of foil. The food was delicious but the wrapping of it let it down.
