We have just spent 4 nights in Paignton and ate at Henry's each evening. Food and drink delicious, staff and locals friendly and welcoming. Also not far from our accommodation. Centrally located close to the railway station the seafront, we strongly recommend tnis place.

Beautiful authentic Italian food served with a smile (and a little banter). We found this restaurant by pure luck as we were visiting Swindon outlet centre. It is a short drive from there but well worth it. I'm a bit picky when it comes to lasagne, but this one did not disappoint.. Awesome! Me and my wife had to roll out of there as we were so stuffed. Will definitely go back when in Swindon again.

We are new to the area and have past this lovely Georgian building. Today we had lunch here. Wow what a lovely place. The staff are lovely and we were greeted with a lovely warm and friendly welcome. Mussels and the most delicious chunky chips and ciabatta and he had the lobster ravioli in a prawn sauce with a cheeky side of garlic bread. It was delicious. Just the right size portion of mussels and cooked to perfection-not a closed one in there and no beards or grit! Delicious sauce too. The lobster ravioli was also delicious with huge prawns in the sauce. A glass of wine each too! We will be back

Lovely village pub which was walking distance from the cottage we were staying at in Winsley. Visited on a Friday night which was very busy but service was prompt and friendly. We ordered Chicken Curry and Soup (which I had as a main course) Unfortunately I forgot to ask before ordering what the soup of the day was and when it came it was a spicy curry flavour which I was unable to eat - this was very kindly removed from our bill without us asking which was very much appreciated. We would definitely recommend this pub and would visit again if we are in the area.

Using the online booking system is easy, and the reminder a good idea. And it's worth it as the food is excellent, as it's December I had the turkey with trimmings and my wife the fish balti, which also came with all relevant trimmings, not just curry and rice dropped on a plate. The prices are ok, not the cheapest locally but well worth it.

This is so disappointing to have to write this review about this restuarant. This is the fifth time we have dined at Sea Beats and have to say after this time we will not be visiting again. We booked a table for last Saturday night for four persons @ 7.30 pm. Prior to going my wife looked at the Menu online and it is still showing a wonderful array of dishes. When we were seated the waiter gave us four set menu's that showed quite a limited choice and immediately told us that there were no more Scallops for the starter and this was at 7.30 pm! My wife asked why this was a different menu to what is online and his reply was "online is the Summer menu with much more choice but now we are doing the Winter menu" ? In that case put that online rather than misleading people to what is available. The service was also quite slow ans quite a long wait between starts and mains. Our starter was Salt & Pepper Squid with chili jam. The portion was meagre, four tiny bits of battered Squid with very little Chili jam. My main was Prawn Linguine which was okay apart from the were the tiniest Prawns I have ever seen and in fact I would say they were Shrimps. It was also flooded with cream, far too much for the dish. My wife had mussells for the main and unfortunately they were only warm and not hot. Overall a very disappointing evening, such a shame because this was one of the stand out restuarants in Weymouth of which we do not have that many. Sorry Sea Beats but we will not be coming back.

Went here on a quite Monday afternoon. Service was super fast, food delicious and the hot chocolate was great too. Had the French toast which was delicious the perfect amount of maple syrup. The naughty hot chocolate with Baileys was divine. Really well decorated in a garden theme. Lots of outdoor seating with cosy blankets and lighting.
