Beachlands Hotel in North Somerset

Thank you to you all for making my partner John Dando’s 90th birthday with afternoon tea A great success. Oh perfect setting with excellent food A wonderful venue for all occasions.

Just love The Beachlands. Homely with the special touches, super comfortable beds and great en suites. Stayed with teens this time and they loved it too. Very good all round establishment. Great location quite close to the beach. If on a golfing weekend, superb with the golf course straight over the road. The town centre is situated about a mile away. With a lovely walk from the hotel along the seafront to the centre.. The food a service was 5 star. A lovely homely feel to the hotel. I would definitely go there again. Superb.

From start to finish the whole experience was pleasing. Booking was simple, direct of course, and they rang me the day before to confirm and ask if we were dining. I’m so glad we did. The food was really good, obviously use good ingredients and the chef knows what they’re doing. The room was spotless but needed updating, service was friendly and professional start to finish. The hotel was decorated for Christmas as looked beautiful. Someone knows what they’re doing. Highly recommended.

What a beautiful hotel, boutique-like in style/the aesthetics, each our of rooms was different/had their own unique touches, themes and furniture. The bathroom was very modern and clean too. The staff were great/very attentive. Members of our party used the sauna and pool and said it was great. Only downside is the location, it's quite a walk into town (about 30mins but not a problem on a nice day). The evening meal was lovely just could have done with a few more traditional choices for the less adventurous ie burger, pie, lasagne, pizza, fish and chips etc. That said, the food was very tasty and well presented. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!! Thanks so much to the staff!!

Stayed here with my partner, First impressions was stunning hotel, friendly staff who made sure we knew all options available. The room was perfect 👌 bed was 10/10. We arrived an hour before check in. yet they happily made sure our room was ready early. Went down & had a romantic swim & used the sauna 🧖‍♂️ for the price of £120 we was honestly impressed. Only criticism was no smart television and hardly any channels that worked on TV. The morning of checking out. Wow! The breakfast was absolutely perfect. We decided on staying here every time we have to travel to Weston. Lasting impression

Been again for a couple of days 4th visit, as usual the service good lovely staff, food excellent, we enjoyed our break, nothing is too much trouble, well worth a visit.

Beachlands Hotel offered an amazing service, the hotel was very clean and well presented. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The facilities were great with a good size pool and sauna. Breakfast was amazing with quality products. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Another excellent Sunday lunch. Even though the restaurant was very busy the service was excellent, as was the food.

My room stunk of sweat for some reason staff eventually moved me to another room. Rooms were boiling hot during summer even with fans. The waiter in the restaurant particularly the elderly somewhat camp and decrepit old man (waiter) was sweaty and rude throughout our meals didn’t want to look for dairy free/gluten free alternatives. There were ants in the rooms too plus sewage smells.

Hotel was absolutely nice and neat. Food was excellent too but they need to employ honest people as their staff ,literally forgot to remove my new Apple laptop charger from the socket after we checked out then my husband called the hotel to inform them. Their response was no charger in the room, meanwhile I plugged the charger next to the fan socket and all they could tell my husband was they didn’t see my charger, price of the charger in Apple Store is 140pounds . What a big shame to Beachlands Hotel

Lovely receptionist named laura helpful in all ways possible even brought a cot up for our 1 year old daughter would recommend to people visiting western supermare

Friendly, professional and happily non-pretentious. Starting with Ellie at check-in (& checkout!) the great staff build a relaxed atmosphere throughout the spotless public and personal areas. Lovely room, bath and shower, armchairs and large, comfy bed. Breakfast is an experience... genuinely fresh-cooked food of your mix and match choice from an extensive menu. Evening meals are equally appealing. Interesting selection of beautifully cooked and presented dishes at sensible prices. Super sauces with main course meals... Comfortable lounges, a well-stocked bar and a garden for sunny days. A lovely swimming pool too. A five minute walk to the beach and promenade leading to the town centre. The hotel is, in a word, delightful.

Just had a meal in the restaurant it was delicious, well cooked and presented with a good portion of veg on the side ,in the recent past I've eaten in fine dining restaurants with art not food and over priced side dishes like the story of the Emperor's new cloths no one seems to say what rubbish fine dining is ,keep up the good work chef thank you 😀

Helpful friendly staff, good food and pool & sauna. No USB A or C sockets in my room but very comfortable.

Just had a wonderful weekend here. From the moment we walked in until we checked out we felt at home. The friendly staff really help make your stay special. The food in the restaurant was amazing (Best steak ever), and the bar is well stocked. The room was very sweet and comfortable with a huge bathroom and lovely fluffy towels. The only thing l could say against this place is it needs a bit of TLC as some cracks are starting to show, but all in all we loved it. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Oh and only a 20min stroll into town.

We are always made welcome here by the staff, and are able to relax straight away 😊

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! So well done out, made to feel at home immediately. Menu looks really special too.

Stayed in room 21, very clean great service and great food. Pool was lovely and warm.
