Best cornish pasty I've had, so far!! And I've had 4 others! Recommended 😋

Superb traditional Cornish Pasties and cakes. Also many different flavoured pasties.

Great choice of flavours and it's always difficult to limit ourselves. Invariably end up with a large bag to take back home up country. Nothing beats one of these pasties hot and fresh as soon as they open after a 5hour drive or after a good surf. Sorry but pasties from anywhere else just don't cut it.

Cornish Pastries were very tasty would buy again from shop But hope Iam Offered a bag to put the Pastries in next time i visit Prices reasonable for the area Had a normal Cornish pastry and a Lamb & Mint pastry & Two sausage rolls price came to £13 pounds

The name doesn't lie - bought a few different pasty flavours and they were all delish. Definitely worth the trip up the High St to here instead of the other pasty establishment in town 😉

I was visiting Bude and was in the toy shop around the corner. When we came out it was like a scene from the old Bisto advert. I could smell fresh backed pasties so followed my nose and it led me straight to this bakery. So glad I followed my nose, the pasties here are some of the best I have ever had. Good sized, good variety, fresh and tasty. We will ve back, love it when you stumble accross a gem like this.

I met Steve (owner I think) with my dog in the beach car park and I discovered he had gluten free pastie! It’s so hard to find these. Steve told me they need to be pre-ordered if I wanted it hot, so I said I’ll be there at 9.30am. Steve did not disappoint! His gluten free pastry was yummy, it’s not easy to make a gluten free pastry that doesn’t either crumble to bits or be too pasty or hard but this one, although it’s not as nice as a wheat pastry it did hold up against one. There was lots of filling - I had a steak one - and was hot!! I really enjoyed it, it was. A great breakfast!!! Thanks Steve

Great place for the best pasties

After visfor the first time in January I decided to order for delivery. After an initial hiccup with the delivery firm not collecting on the day they should have I have received my order today. The food is packaged superbly and secure with a thermal bag and ice packs in the box. The communication from staff was brilliant providing updates regarding my order. If you want delicious corniche pasties then this is the place to go, and if you can't get there then delivery is great as well. We are already trying to decide what to order for next time

Collected 100 pasties for an event on a Sunday. Ready for me at 9am and even helped me load my car. Cracking pasties & good size too. Lovely people to do business with....highly recommend 👍.

Had the all day breakfast pasties roughly 13 years ago when I lived in bude for a small time. Returned roughly a year a go and had it again . And returned this weekend and had it again. Spot on everytime. Cookies spot on too. Personally my favourite pasty shop ever.

The best pasties in Cornwall, no competition. Even having one of their giant ones will leave you hungry for more. Definitely worth its cost, so make sure you go out of your way to find this place if you find yourself in Bude.

Just had a large steak pasty from here, £4, hot and delicious, loved the flaky pastry and the filling was really tasty. Friendly service, would definitely go again (probably tomorrow)

Husband and daughter really enjoyed the pasty and sausage rolls. Was nothing for me to eat as I don't eat pastry, but can't expect them to do baguettes as a pasty shop!

These pasties were the best I've come across in Cornwall and I've tried a fair few. These were crammed full of meat and veg, pastry very good too.

Stopped off in Bude on our way home, back in July. We usually go to another pasty shop but decided to try this one. So glad we did. My eye was caught by the brie and bacon baguette which was large and well filled. The pasties went down a treat with the rest of the family. And the sweet treats we bought were delicious, too.

We came here due to the good reviews, when we arrived there was two female staff members chatting in the doorway not very welcoming they didn't really want to move, the gentleman who served me was polite and friendly, my partner had a steak pasty and I had a cheese and onion pasty, we were very disappointed we have tried lots of pasties in Cornwall and these have to be the worse we have eaten , the pastry was soft and there was more pastry than filling which didn't taste that great either, we would not come back again, wish we had tried somewhere else.

We were in the area as they said the best Pasties.. well my opinion I think it wasn’t but i can see why people like them but as I have read some reviews I think is true not enough filling for the price and the taste was OK Service was great very friendly and kind. Do I recommend it well looks like not need as always if full and queue but it does move Do I return well I guess I will try something different

TraditionalCornish pasties with loads of fillings to chose from. Gluten free available to order just a 1/2 hr wait. The queue out of the door and down the street speaks volumes.

Bought six large pasties for the family they were very good. And very large. Wondering if I should have tried the giant size?😁

We came as a group of 5 and got a variety of pasties between us. All were hot, fresh and perfectly flaky! Each one had amazing flavours and would love to go back to try them all. Service was very quick

My wife & I had a giant steak pasty each,whilst on holiday last week. I couldn't finish mine,& had save the rest for later,lol.I returned on the morning we were leaving.Bought 6 giant steak pasties & 2 dozen large.The order says it all.Super tasty& plenty of filling.A nice takeaway to Scotland👍🏼😉🥟

That was the worst L+M I've ever had! Half had no filling and the half that did was two individual clumps, one potato and one meat, with a gap between them. I'm shocked this is rated best in bude, its not but expensive bird food

We tried a Pengenna pasty but it was dry and had hardly any meat in. We then went to Tasty Pasties. This is how pasties should taste! The cream tea pack of 4 scones (plain or fruit) with jam and clotted cream for £5 is an absolute bargain. Highly recommended!

Great selection of pasties. Tried the Moroccan with chickpeas and sweet potato, spicy. Also tried the Chillie beef and cheese. Great value.

Fantastic place. Doesn't look like anything from the outside but this is an old school bakery, selling pasties, morning baguettes and and scones etc. Value for money is good, well worth a visit. PS: Steak pasties are a steal at £4 for a large one.

Stopped in this afternoon for a wee treat and we weren’t disappointed I had the Moroccan chickpea and sweet potato pasty which was delicious. The pasty was stunning - the pastry was flaky and superb My mother in law had a traditional pasty and she devoured it - it was delicious!! My daughter loved her double choc cookie ❤️ We are looking forward to tucking into the Cornish tea scones we got to bring home with us We will definitely be calling back before we head home

Unfortunately, it's one of the worst pasties I've eaten. I had a cheese and onion, and my wife had the steak and gravy. This cost £7.80 which wouldn't have been too bad if they tasted good. The pastry was soggy, and I think they were reheated in a microwave so became soggy and chewy. We live in Devon, so know what a good pasty is. This isn't it. Won't go back as it's not for me. But from looking at other reviews, maybe I was just unlucky.

Amazing bakers. Best in Bude. Cornish pasties and scones are amazing!!! We were holidaying in Bude and when looking for the best place for a Cornish pasty always look for the bakers with the queue out the door! It’s a bit tired looking on the outside and not that fancy inside but not required as food speaks for itself. Lovely waiting staff and prompt service. We went back 3 times in our weeks stay!

Had a fantastic gluten free pasty, staff were so friendly. You need to allow 20 minutes for cooking time but it was well worth it.

Was down there on Friday 30/06/23 and made sure I had the opportunity to bring back some Cornish pasties back with me. So why not go to the place that is highly recommended. Staff where very helpful and welcoming. The pasties are indeed full and Cornish goodness and absolutely gorgeous. Thanks I'll be ordering some shortly for delivery. 😋😋😋😋😋 Five lick rating 😁

I had the chickpea and sweet potato morrocan pasty..I'm not a vegan/vegetarian but it sounded delicious and it didn't disappoint...absolutely delicious..I'm going to order some online. Superb.

My husband and myself try to visit Cornwall every year with the kids and usually stop off at Bude, we’ve made it a tradition to stop by Tasty Pasties every year for the last 3 years! Unfortunately we weren’t able to go this year, so I ordered some pasties for delivery for Fathers Day! Absolutely amazing service, packaged really well and all intact when delivered, taste exactly the same when reheated. We love these pasties, highly recommend

Mum was over the moon with her scones and pasties delivered for mothers day. The chocolate rose was also a really nice touch. Highly recommended

One of the best pasties that can be found anywhere.

The delivery was so quick and the pasties were kept cool and very well wrapped and packed. They are delicious but found they had less meat and more potato in them than when we were in Bude a few years ago. They were very tasty though and we look forward to ordering more in the future.

Placed an order online for pasties to be delivered to family.They were really appreciated and I am told they were delicious too. We have visited the shop in Bude while on holiday and purchased a cream tea for two which was scrumptious. Would highly recommend. Placed a second order and will definitely order and visit again

Had a week walking in Cornwall/Devon. We took a couple of Tastys pasties back to Dorset to eat when we got home Saturday. Absolutely brilliant

Went to Tasty Pasties last Thursday and really enjoyed your food. My husband and I both had the Cheese & Onion Pasty and they were really nice, tasty and warm. It has been our first family trip to Cornwall and we felt it was a Must to try pasties. I would come back any time. Best regards from our way back to Germany.

We tried the steak pasties and they were lovely with plenty of filling and the pastry light and flaky, there was an amazing choice and several veggie options, my daughter particularly liked the cauliflower cheese flavour.

Had a Moroccan Chick Pea and Sweet Potato - needed some seasoning as didn't really have any taste, just really bland. Shame as looked like great place with lots of choice. Might wanna tweak that recipe with some seasoning.

This wonderful pasty shop has been my favourite in bude for the last 15 years and I doubt that will ever change. Always the tastiest pasties served by lovely local people…..also if you have sweet tooth their millionaires short bread is to absolutely die for.

The shop has got the right name as the pasties are very tasty.

Had read reviews beforehand advising iPhone ahead for them to cook any gluten free pasties. We did this and then when we arrived to collect our gluten order alongside the gluten free it was all ready for us. They cooked the gluten free pasties on a separate tray on the top shelf of the oven, but did say gluten pasties would be underneath. That’s exactly how we cook at home and everything was good. Nice to have people who were knowledgable on cross contamination.

Very disappointed in the food and the attitude of a member of staff very rude to us when we simply asked about dairy free food. The ham and cheese/leek pasty was nothing more than potato no ham to be seen and there was red peppers...

Best pasties in Bude. Went in today having tried all the others. Trad Steak for my son and a spicy vegetable for me. Fantastic. Gorgeous pastry and tasty filling. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing. Whenever we visit the service and pasties are amazing. But better even than that every time we get an order delivered it is like we are back in our favourite family place even if we are hundreds of miles away. We can not recommend them enough

On holiday this last week in bude and whilst wandering around we stumbled on this shop, took a pic of the all the pasties and popped back on last day, took two steak ones home for a relative and the OH tried a full english, he said it was the best thing he’s ever eaten! I treated myself to the scone pack and my goodness they were the freshest tastiest scones I’ve ever eaten. I see there is online delivery, I feel an order coming on! Really friendly staff and a fantastic run business, you can see the pasties cooking whilst you wait in the queue

We had read good reviews of their pasties, so it was one of the first places we visited in Bude. Sadly my pork & apple pasty was sadly lacking in flavour. My husband had the Chilli beef but it was more vegetable than beef. At...

Pasties are first class. We got them when we were on holiday & took 10no back home us. They are large & full of meat. All taste as described ie: Steak & Stilton definitely tastes like Steak & Stilton. Don't forget to try them when you're in Bude.
