Big portions, friendly owner. Little difficult to get to the bar sometimes when lots of local blokes stood there. Nice garden.

What a great place! - Pauline gave us a lovely welcome, the decor was nice, comfortable chairs, wonderful views, great service, and the food was amazing! What more could anyone ask for? - give it a try, - you will not be disappointed.

Be coming here for over 38 years we love this place can't wait to have breakfast again there the food is so good and the staff and ser6 is excellent

Great lunchtime meal. Went for the set menu, 2 courses. Exemplary service. Variety of dishes between the two of us. Finished off with tea and coffee.

Order the oxtail pasta - Delicious delicious delicious! Service was wonderful too

We had the Early Evening Tasting Menu paired with both the wine and non-alcoholic pairings. 100% amazing!!! Food was fabulous. Staff was incredible. An experience to remember... Thank you very much for a wonderful evening! I never would have believed that a Carrot XO Donut would be so delicious. Also, the best cappuccino I have ever tasted. Would highly recommend.

Great venue, beautiful location, good vibe; however, food (we had brunch) was a tad pricey and no better than you’d find on an A-road lay-by cheap greasy caravan cafe! Coffee was nothing particularly special either.

Great place fantastic music and atmosphere, come here regularly while visiting family, it's quirky fantastic menu cant fault anything, food to a very high standard, highly recommended

Went here for our wedding anniversary and had a lovely evening. We’ve been lots of times before & the food is consistently good and great value. Also my daughter has been and always had good food too. The service is great and the owner gave a this cocktail each for our anniversary, such a kind gesture - thank you fish bar keep doing what your doing! See you soon x

I like this small cafe with outside tables when the sun shines. Very good menu, large teapots and very friendly staff. A personal touch well appreciated

Really tasty pizzas. We had a smoked salmon pizza and a calzone. Both were great. Not dry or burned like pizzas I've had in other restaurants.We will be going again.

Amazing friendly staff. We ordered the seafood platter and when we asked how many people it was suitable for, they told us that while it was meant for 2 people, they'll throw in some extra stuff and make it sufficient for our party of 3 which included a pre-teen. When the food came, it blew our minds. Every item was delicious, and this was perhaps the most perfectly cooked platter we've ever had!

The perfect family friendly pub, with separate play area for the children to play in which they loved (aged 4 & 5), the staff were friendly, very helpful and made my daughters 16th birthday meal extra special. In our party there was 6 adults and 2 children - great grandad loved his fish and chips and his great grandson loved his children's sized steak. I thought that there was a good range of meals available which were all reasonable priced. The kids meal deal was a lot cheaper than other pubs I've been to, portions were spot on for them catering for every taste. What made the evening even more special - the staff brought birthday cake out all singing happy birthday to the birthday girl, she was even given a free birthday mocktail which made her feel very grown up! We have been a few times to the pub and haven't had any complaints with the food or service for a Saturday night it was quite empty but it had a really nice personal atmosphere. Will definitely be going back again

Excellent meal with a varied and interesting menu. Friendly and efficient staff, who were a little pushed to keep on top of the tables being used. We would definitely go again if departing from Bristol Airport or in the area.
