This place isn't given the credit it truly deserves. We love coming here on Saturdays. The girls are fantastic and the owner is lovely. The food is always great and even when there's been times I've not fancied much, the chef will accommodate for my tiny stomach without hesitation. A real must to have to vist
The family wanted to go for a burger at Please Sir. Now Iâm not really a burger person, so I went with it to be polite!
Archie came over with menus and explained everything to us. He was a very confident, polite guy and we all decided to try their award winning Limitless Burger. There was a variety of fries to choose too.
Yes there was a little wait. But that was due to everything being freshly cooked. It was certainly worth it too. The best burger I have ever tasted. We all agreed it was cooked to perfection by Carol, it was delicious.
We will definitely be back again, when weâre in Broadstairs. Thanks to Carol and Archie for making our visit one to remember.
Went here for Sunday lunch with my husband and son. We were seated down stairs which was very intimate and cosy. The welcome was lovely and the young man serving us down stairs very very polite. There was no child's menu on show but they did have a selection for my son to choose from. Myself and husband both had the belly pork and we couldn't fault at all. Selection of wines was beautiful too. Will definitely go back. Thank you.
absolutely amazing service, friendly all around , food came fast and tasted brilliant, portion sizes were filled to the brim too all for good prices too
Popped in on impulse as my Mum fancied some chips and a drink. It was quite near to closing time however that didn't change the warm welcome that we got as soon as we walked through the door. The ambience is bright and cheery, the artwork and photos add to the vibe and the menu is varied and reasonably priced. The order was taken at the table, the service was very quick and the food (chips) were generous and delicious - hot, light and crispy. The couple who served us could not have been more attentive or helpful and despite it being near to closing time we weren't rushed or made to feel uncomfortable. Whether you pop in for a drink, a snack or a proper meal I think the experience would be the same. Why not enhance your day with a visit to this little gem!
The whole evening was really very special. The food was outstanding; not only the amazing flavours but also the attention to detail and amount of work that had clearly gone into the dishes.
Having Alex and his team take the time to present and explain each of the courses made it a unique experience.
My husband and I both felt it was the best tasting menu and the most enjoyable experience we have had.
Such lovely food yet the service let you down. The lamb was cooked well and fell apart. Naan bread thin, crispy and tasty. Great flavours all round, Sadly we seemed to have been overlooked during our dining. We were offered one drink in the 1 hour and 45 minutes we sat in the restaurant. We also didnât receive the chefâs complimentary amuse bouches, despite seeing other tables having them. We werenât offered dessert or coffees either. Upon payment of the bill we did mention the service to the waiter, he said they were understaffed. Such a shame!
These guys need a lesson in manners and customer service. I understand itâs not a great job stuck in a smelly van all day but at least treat your customers better. Food is bang average and youâll need to remortgage your house to pay for it. ÂŁ25 for 2 chicken wraps??? Absolute clowns mate!!!
Superb service to accompany fabulous food. From the complimentary bread, to the Turkish Tea, my meal and service was brilliant. I would highly recommend Sultans to anyone. Thank you for an excellent meal and a better all round experience.
