The best restaurants serving Italian food in South East

After just moving into the area, we landed up living very close to Spitfire. We have had a few pizzas since and cannot recommend this place enough. Incredible, fresh pizza and amazing price. Thank you so much! 🍕💛

My husband and I both agree this is the best authentic pizza we have eaten in some time. That includes visits to Italy! Andy and Michelle are friendly and welcoming; ordering and paying was very straightforward. Well done to them for providing such a treat in our area. We shall definitely return.

Awesome. Sat outside in the sun enjoying the coffee and a custard filled croissant. I love my coffee and indeed this sings from heaven. The devil is in the details and they know how to make fantastic coffee. The croissant beautifully light and sweet. The staff equally so

I was luck enough to get 2 seat at the ‘pay what you want’ evening. I can honestly say it did not disappoint! 8 individuals sat round a table, enjoying wonderful food. A brilliant concept! Each dish was carefully thought out and tasted insane. Alex and Laurel were easily able to cater for my gf needs along with the normal secret menu! I will be ordering take out soon so I can share their amazing food with my Husand. Checkout their website and get your name in the hat for one of these brilliant evenings!! I discovered Pasta Out during lockdown, so unfortunately there was no availability to sit down and eat within, but the golden side to this was that I discovered their lovely take away service. The pasta is absolutely beautiful, so much so, that I will only have dry pasta in the house for emergencies only. There is a great choice of freshly made pasta and if they don't have any left, they will make it for you there and then. Easy to cook and beautifully fresh, soft and tasty. Highly recommended.

I bought 4 tubs of Gelati:- Stracciatella, Rasberry, Chochlate Orange, Mascarpone for my birthday dinner party treat & we were not disappointed with the delicious flavours & quality on the Gelati! 100% Quality best Icecream every bought!

Amazing pizza, beautifully cooked, and the staff are lovely! Recommend 100% I’m more than familiar with a pizza from Napoli , these guys are good!

Paddy came to our glamping site at short notice. Communication beforehand was great - responses were swift making it stressfree to arrange. Service was with a smile and the pizzas were delicious. We had a large group of families - the adults and the children all enjoyed the pizzas! I would highly recommend Paddy and Cotswold Pizza Co. Thank you Paddy.

What a lovely find. Superb cake's and coffee. Cakes all home baked by the owner. Can't choose a favourite. Lovely light cheesecake, fresh cream black forest gateaux. If you have a very sweet tooth try the milk cake. A hidden gem near the law courts. My new favourite place for sure.

Very pleasant in every aspect but an outstanding chicken and vegetable soup was worth commending as was the pleasant atmosphere and staff

What an evening. Charlie hosted the best night with amazing food and great conversations - would highly recommend. We were in a group of 4 which I think was the ideal size, I'm sure you could still go as a couple and equally have as much fun

Amazing quality food and priced right! Hosts are super welcoming and the atmosphere is friendly. A great traditional pub/restaurant in an idyllic village location.

As the other reviewers have commented this is fantastic ice cream, the best I've had here in the UK. For other comparable ice creams I've had I would mention Fenocchio in Nice, and Messina in Sydney. But if you don't want to fly for your ice cream here it is in Oxford.
