Laurel and Alex catered for our wedding this year and we can no recommend them enough! We love Mediterranean food and wanted something as a tapas style and they came up with the most amazing sounding menu....We were absolutely blown away when we went for the tasting session with them and they made the whole process really stress-free. There was not 1 person at our wedding who was not bowled over by the food we had on our wedding day and we still have friends and family talking about it now and wanting the recipes!!! We just want to say a massive thank you to Alex and Laurel for going above and beyond to help make our day unforgettable and we will definitely be recommending you to everyone!!!!

Great as always! Ordered the holiday themed menu at their latest takeaway and was not disappointed! We had some friends over, one of which had a severe gluten allergy which Eat Street kindly accommodated without them missing out on any part of the meal! Not a bite was left despite the very generous portions. Added bonus was that all takeaway packaging was fully compostable including the handy carrier bags. 10/10 would highly recommend and will be ordering again soon!

My partner and I attended a pop up event at Foresters Hall last night, which was run by the Eat Street team. It was an interesting menu with an Asian influence which we liked. The welcome was really nice; we were given a tasty snack in the bar area and the chance to choose from a very good cocktail menu. After this, we were shown to our table and enjoyed an excellent 3 course meal. The dishes were all very different but well presented and offered a range of textures and tastes which complimented each other well. The staff were attentive and explained each dish to us and we enjoyed the atmosphere in the restaurant. After the meal, we were given homemade chocolates and jellies back in the bar area, and some cake too! We were full from the meal, so we took the cake home and enjoyed that the following day!

Village hall pop up In Bembridge Village Hall. Vegan Indian menu, for Veganuary! Everything top class from the welcome G&T to the home made jelly sweet at the end (set with pectin not gelatine)! The food was inventive and delicious. Beautifully presented in tiffin tins. Look out for future events. We will.

A nice child free afternoon with the wife and an amazing experience with food and a lovely hidden gem. The food was epic, we had the bruschetta, and calamari to start and was 👌 amazing. For mains Lamb Kleftiko so much meat and a great flavour. And finally deep fried Ice Cream for one and Sticky Toffe Pudding for the other. Grest portions amazing flavours and what a sweet venue with amazing decor. Staff so friendly and attentive ut was a lovely afternoon out and would highly recommend having lunch or dinner here. Thank you for a great meal.

Friendly local Italian in Carisbrooke which was walking distance from our holiday let so we gave it a try. Overall a pleasant enough dinner, £23 bottle of Sauvignon properly chilled, attentive service, free bread. Decor is rather dated though not as off-putting as photos had suggested, the pasta dishes were tasty and - oddly perhaps - came with a choice of salad or vegetables. The latter (including roast potatoes) would seem more fitting with a Sunday roast than a plate of penne but were nicely cooked and great if you want to really fill up. My chicken with pepper and seafood was a disappointment - somewhat dry chicken breasts in a gravy that wasn't nearly as rich as one might have hoped and generally lacked flavour despite some interesting ingredients. Perhaps I was unlucky. Certainly the place seemed popular and maybe I should have had a pizza.

Michelangelo in Ryde is a must-visit for Italian cuisine lovers. This family-run restaurant near the seafront offers an authentic dining experience with delicious dishes, warm hospitality, and a cozy atmosphere. The menu boasts a variety of Italian classics, from freshly made pasta to wood-fired pizzas and indulgent desserts like tiramisu. The flavors are rich and authentic, with standout dishes such as their seafood pasta and perfectly crisp pizzas. The restaurant’s rustic decor creates a charming, traditional Italian vibe, perfect for family meals, romantic evenings, or gatherings with friends. The service is exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who ensure a memorable experience. Their knowledge of the menu and wine pairings enhances the overall enjoyment. For a taste of Italy on the Isle of Wight, Michelangelo is the place to go. Great food, welcoming staff, and a lovely ambiance make it an unforgettable dining destination.
