My wife and I loved our Big Breakfasts. The Bottomless Teapot for £1 per person was indeed bottomless! Breakfast was great especially the additional black pudding for a little extra. There is a lovely homely atmosphere here and we will definitely recommend and return

This little restaurant is a hidden diamond in Romsey. The food is excellent and the staff are so friendly. When my family arrive from Scotland, That Little Tea Shop is their go to restaurant for the best breakfast. I am also GF and DF the menu caters for my needs.

My husband and I treat ourselves to a regular breakfast in Romsey on Saturday mornings. We've tried several of the venues in and around Romsey, and this is by far our favourite. The food is consistently excellent - all so fresh and cooked to perfection. The prices are very fair, and there's a great range of options. The welcome is very warm, and nothing is ever too much trouble the staff. We love it here and will keep returning.

I have been going here for years and it is a lovely family run teashop. The food is freshly cooked, delicious every time, good portions and great value for money, particularly the teapot for one which is a £1. It is always very busy and the staff are wonderful and friendly. I have tried other places in Romsey and I would say they are the best breakfast and the best value for money.

Had a lovely breakfast at the tea shop, been a few times and the food has always been amazing. It has a great variety of breakfasts including a large range of gluten free food. The food was lovely and not greasy at all. Our waitress Olivia was great!

My wife and I on a weekend tend to have a few choices of where we eat breakfast. This place is an absolute gem!, my only worry is that it will become too popular and when we arrive it will be full. I did book the last time as we were bringing our niece who I must add is the fussiest of eaters. The comment she said was....That was the best bacon baguette that she had ever tasted. As usual my cheese omelette was divine and my wife's food again amazing. Thanks as always and see you very soon from the man who always orders two flat whites.

One of our favourite lunch spots in Romsey! We also order take away lunches regularly as we work from home, it's super convenient to be able to collect a hot lunch on our way past during a break time stroll. My favourite is the bubble and squeak, with all the extras, it's always served piping hot! Our little one really enjoys the children's veggie breakfast. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming too 😊

Such a good little breakfast spot, especially as it is served all day. The staff there are so lovely and accommodating. One thing that I especially appreciate is the level of variety on the menu, there is something for everyone, and more so the customisation where you can add or remove whatever you want. I went to That Little Teashop for the weekend, and it still has to be one of my favourites.

We often visit here and have had the pleasure to be served by the lovely Lillie . She is always friendly, polite and always has a smile. Our favourites are the ultimate and big breakfast and we are never disappointed. Lillie always checks that we are happy and have everything to enjoy our meal. This is the best place to get a freshly cooked breakfast in Romsey. You will be guaranteed a warm welcome by all the staff and enjoy great food at a good price.

This little tea shop is such a perfect find! Really is a hidden gem!! We returned today after our visit yesterday, and served again by a lovely waitress Lil. The staff are great and very accommodating. They are have a good selection of food and drinks. The cakes are delicious, great takeaway offer also 👌❤️ Needless to say we will be returning.

This was our third time here and a last minute decision on the morning. We are so glad we did!! Every time we have visited the service and food have been amazing!! The reason this place is so good, is that it is friendly, efficient and the food is cooked perfectly. My cheese omelette was cooked to perfection and my wife's food was brilliant also. Good honest food with a wide range including cooked breakfasts and hot and cold lunch options, more than reasonable prices, fast and friendly service and a cozy decor. I struggle to say anything bad about it unless you like unnecassary fancy extras like rocket leaves...

One of our favourite places to stop in Romsey when we need reviving. There is a great selection of food available and they are very accomodating if you want to tweak something. Also have the best cakes and a takeaway bargain price of three for a fiver. The waiting staff are very amiable and attentive...nothing is too much trouble. The only time I have seen the staff take a break is on the very rare occasion when the place is quiet.

Found this place by chance after a quick Google search and enjoyed a beautiful freshly cooked breakfast, bottomless tea and lovely OJ. Staff were so kind and friendly and the atmosphere is calm with cute decor. We will definitely be visiting again.

A lovely little traditional tea shop with friendly staff and a great home cooked menu. Well worth a visit, caters for vegans, vegetarians and meat eaters alike. The kids were well looked after and the food is delicious.

Excellent all day breakfast, cooked perfectly and piping hot along with a very hot and delicious Latte. My daughter and son-in-law went for a vegan sandwich which was also brilliant. Following a recommendation we thought we treat the children to a breakfast after a few manic weeks. We were not disappointed. The food was fresh and delicious. The staff didn’t stop, the service was amazing. With two fussy eaters even the children were impressed. Would highly recommend.

Visited this morning after looking on tripadvisor for the best places to have breakfast in Romsey.We got there just at the right time, the place was almost full, we were seated by a lovely young waitress and given menu's.We were told there would be a delay in our food being cooked as they were so busy, understandable as you could see they were full to capacity.When the breakfast arrived it was well worth the wait, fresh, piping hot, reasonably priced and washed down with a big pot of tea for £1.......£1!!Will definatley be back, thank you!

We came in for lunch today, and it was so nice to see a local business busy and doing well in these strange times. We enjoyed a family lunch out for under £40 including drinks! Our food was delicious and hot and there is such a good variety of drinks here too. The staff were very friendly and didn't stop! We can't wait to come back!! :)

Just awful experience. After waiting an hour still no food. The restaurant had 6 tables to wait on and 5 members of staff. We are all hungry including my 8 year old. We asked after 50 minutes if our food would be much longer but they couldn't/wouldn't give a time frame. Always been a big fan of That Little Tea Shop. Would never go again. What a shame. Could so easily have been put right at the time but no. Left after paying for the one drink we were served/offered in an hour. Went round the corner got our food within 20 minutes. I appreciate everyone feels they are short staffed/busy but 6 tables and 5 members of staff. Just not good enough. Go somewhere else guys.

Was my first time visiting 'That Little Tea Shop' I was delighted with the quick service, variety of breakfast and the pleasant and accommodating staff. The tea shop had a warm and cosy feel and was clear to see they have followed the COVID guidelines, which made me feel even more comfortable. Would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Romsey.

Full A4 menu of vegan breakfast and lunch options, which was absolutely wonderful after having wandered around Romsey and finding very few things we could eat in any other cafe. Friendly staff, great classic food selection, delicious fishless finger bap - all for very reasonable prices! Will 100% be coming back!

This is always our 1st stop when we get to Romsey from Southampton before we shop and the 1st place we visited once restrictions were lifted. The staff are so friendly and the menu has something for everyone and can’t recommend their cakes highly enough. Bottomless tea for £1 per person too so why would you go anywhere else? Highly recommend a visit if you have never been.

So I’ve only been twice to this lovely tea room, and both times it has been amazing. The prices are so reasonable considering what you get. And bottomless tea for £1 per person, where else are you going to get that.

We asked for the cream tea for two but to have one speciality tea and one coffee with it. The service was good and the scones were lovely. We were surprised to be charged about £3.00 extra for not taking the tea that came with the scones.Perhaps this should be intimated at time of ordering?My Husband said his coffee was nothing special.Lesson learned it is not the extra cost its the principal infact I went outside and gave the Big Issue Seller a generous donation afterwards.There are plenty of other coffee places therefore we will not be back to yours.

Visited today with friends and found the food to be delicious as always and excellent value for money. The latte was particularly good and the black pudding was superb. Perfect for a wet Friday afternoon.

Of all the cafe's in Romsey this is the only one we'll use. It's tucked out of the way but worth going to. One of the few places the has such an excellent vegan and vegetarian range, the home made cakes for delicious. The care the staff take to make sure every precaution is taken is to be applauded, we certainly feel safe in there. Can't wait to go back. Visited here back in late July. Found the Service and friendliness really well delivered. It was a very warm day, met the girls in the kitchen (small) and praised them for coping in such hot weather. Breakfast was delicious and they served me with gluten free bread. Took home the wonderful homemade cakes too. Thank you everyone. Covid regs all being adhered to.

I stumbled across this wonderful little tea shop with my daughter and mum before a trip to peppa pig world. The amount of food on offer was brilliant. It catered for everyone from meat eaters to vegans and children. We came during the 50% off eat out to help out scheme but we thought the prices without the scheme were also really good value for money.All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Fantastic food, we came back several times for breakfast during our visit to the area. The cafe is a bit hidden away but that only adds to its charm. The menu offered a wide choice of options, the Big Breakfast and the breakfast sandwiches were our favourites. The service was excellent too and they really looked after us including our 2 year old daughter. Staff complying with new regulations around COVID-19 which was reassuring. Really liked the bottomless pot of tea and the generous orange juice given, no thimble sized glass here! Will be coming back when we’re next in the area.
