Very dry pizza less cheese and topping.

Came in, ordered straight away. Waited 30 mins for my order, whilst watching them serve everyone around me. Once I was the only person left in the shop they asked my what I ordered and claimed it had been called “20 minutes ago” which it hadn’t. Accepted what they had said, walked up to the front, only for them to tell me it wasn’t ready ?????? Very rude and not nice to customers tbh

No dogs allowed even in the pub. Shame

Delicious food as always with efficient service! Every member of staff I interacted with was lovely, and I want to shout out Tamara who was especially friendly and very attentive, taking great care to accommodate my allergy. She is excellent and a real credit to the team!

Ordered the Ultimate Pizza Feast deal. The Ultimate Pizza Feast is supposed to be 2 Medium Pizzas, 2 Classic Sides, 1 Cookie Dough (with ice cream) & 1.5L Bottle Of Drink. for £26.99 (plus delivery) the order arrived minus the 1.5l bottle of drink, the ice cream for the cookie dough, and 1 classic side. Not such a great deal for so many missing items.

Half the order was missing. What did arrive was nowhere near full portions. I phoned the next day and was told “we were busy, the football was on (the order was the evening of 13th July, not Euros final on 14th July) come up to the shop and I’ll give you a “freebie”.” The food actually arrived quite quickly, but the quality was terrible. I will not be ordering from them again.

Appalling service. Grubby surroundings. Sheer incompetence - can’t make tea for toffee. Stale croissant. Sullen and surly staff. Not the sort of customer service you expect from such an establishment.

McDonald crest road, next to Aldi! Hassan is a very valuable asset to your team! He works to such a high standard and everything he does is great! Always happy and will do anything to make your experience better! Keep it up

The pizza base was not at all good. It was chewy and not fluffy. Also I found less veg and chicken on top of pizza. Colly flower wings were worst. Colly flower stem was hard and not cooked at all. I would not recommend Papa Jones pizza.

Shocking, just terrible. The state of the employees made me wanna not eat there. Order was wrong, the front desk was a mess.

Ordered pizzas to be delivered at 6.15pm this evening. At 6.30pm, after “Dom” shut down on me, I phoned Aylesbury (Cambridge St) to see where my order was. A lady initially answered and left me on hold while she went to check. Then another girl answered the phone and asked if she could help. I calmly explained that my food was ordered for 6.15pm but it hadn’t showed up yet. She asked me to hold, then a minute later returned to say it was out for delivery and HUNG UP! I was calm and lovely up until that point - now I’m furious. To make matters worse the pizzas were delivered at 6.35pm and they were overcooked. I have photos!! I won’t be back!!

We preordered our dinner as we had plans. It turned up an hour early when most of those eating weren’t back home. The delivery driver was very rude and refused to take food back. I had to physically put it in his car and make him take it back. I phoned the shop who were frankly not really interested, I did however get a full refund.
