Too busy worrying about deliveroo meals rather than people in restaurant! Waited ages for food when arrived whole order was wrong, watery hot chocolate, milkshake machine not working. Dinner tables all dirty.

Awful service and rude. Ordered food, when it turned up only the drinks and McFlurry was packed in a large bag nothing else. I called up to enquire about this and the person that picked up was extremely rude and hung up on me.

ME AND MY MOM ODERED A STRAWBERRY SHAKE !!! WHICH WAS VERY FROZEN AS WE CANNOT SUCK IT UP THE STRAW, AND YESS SURPRISINGLY A STAFF ENIOLA REPLACED OUR SHAKES !! IN WHICH ME AND MY MOM GOT HAPPY !! SHE WAS THE BEST WERE TOP NOTCH !! AND KIND !!!

27/01/24 early am I ordered a bacon N egg mega meal with coffee.Coffee is the best around,however the meal I could see was being prepared with no gloves on,guy was rubbing his nose,and still preparing my food with just hands.Very unhygienic and unsatisfactory.And it was just thrown together with no care at all..Goes without saying I didnt ear it,im now out of pocket by £6 something. My second and last visit to this fast food franchise,my 1 st visit french fries where cold and under cooked,then last night 6/11/2022 the chips where cold-all of them and the chicken burger was tasteless and cold,,,,,,never again, KFC in future

my burger patty was soggy and the burger bun was rock solid. my fries had maggots and my ice cream was mouldy and my big mac had no gherkins terrible staff.

Staff are very accommodating however the food is the worst I have ever experienced from a McDonalds- fries were soggy, nothing was particularly warm, and the cheese bites were like rubber! Fast food at its worst!

Use this restaurant a lot, and have consistently good service and well prepared food. The management have everything under control and deserve a pat on the back.

If you park, make sure you get a receipt or they will try and ticket you even if you are eating in the restaurant!

Very good. A new restaurant, so everything is all pretty clean and fresh. Good for parking and quick on the drive thru. Service is extremely swift and generally a good atmosphere. Perfect for a quick stop off. Puts the other McDonald's in Wycombe to shame.
