Not enough visa sauce poor performance nandos

I’m always eating here, all the staff are exemplary, never had a negative experience here, always greeted with kindness, amazing service today and every day, especially from Brandon, always has a positive attitude, lovely bloke, I will be there again….and again.

Went here yesterday for lunch went to get a drink and my sons food was just taken and he hadn't even finished bloody disgusting should of asked him before taking the plate away really not happy he paid nearly £20 for his meal to be taken off the table will be reported higher

Just like any other Nando’s. The food was good as always. The staff were very courteous. The ambience is nice. Nothing to complain about.

Everything we ordered was spectacular, but was made even better by our server called Luca. He always made sure everything was up to our standards and overall made our Nando’s experience excellent. Well done Luca 👏👏 🙌

Served raw chicken, had to push them to refund me when eventually they agreed to only refund me for the singular raw chicken bit. Promised nandos head office would contact me but as of yet over a week later nothing...

Can’t go wrong with a Nando’s. Always fresh and full of flavour. Staff are kind and helpful and will always come here if I’m in the area.

Every member of staff involved in our visit was friendly, helpful, polite, and efficient. The restaurant was clean, and while staff were serving customers, they were also ensuring that good standards were maintained. The food came in very good time, was hot, and from a branding point of view, was exactly what we expected. As a regular Nandos customer, I can happily say that this visit was a great experience.

My wife asked me to pickup/order a portion of Regular Peri Cihips for her... When I go in, there are around 10 people there "working" None at the tills, My complaints: 1st It took about 2 minutes for someone to notice that there were 2 customers at the tills... 2nd The Chips were cold 3rd The Chips were MISSING the Peri Salt as ordered (Regular Peri Chips) 4th I get home and my Wife tells me 2nd and 3rd, and She is upset... Wanted to come back, but she said no... Nightmare... I will edit my star review in the future if we get better service next time. Thanks

Food is pretty standard, I've had better nandos but tasty nonetheless. Service is not great, server was a bit too intense. Also, upstairs seating does not have the ice tea with the drinks, meaning you would have to go downstairs to have this drink bottomless. Also would say that the recent refurb is nice, but downstairs seating is easier and more comfortable.

Ordered online through website waited around 1hrs but the delivery didn’t came through and after that in the website it was showing delivered tried to call nandos but no one pickedup so bad service will never order again👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

i honestly love this nandos! the food is always perfect and the staff are always very polite and friendly. I’ve recently been to a different nandos location and was shocked on how rude the staff were and how all the food was burnt. it was terrible compared to this nandos in wycombe! will definitely be coming again 🤍

We placed an order on deliveroo. The food was cold, dry with no sauce and they didn’t even provide any sachets. Went straight in the bin. Disgusting service.

Quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Not much delay in serving the food. Friendly staff and exceptional service.

The waitress who served us today was extremely attentive and thoughtful. As I was waiting for a table , she offered us all complementary drinks. As we don’t drink fizzy drinks I explained we just have water anyway … however a few minutes later she offered us a complimentary starter which was very kind. The waiter who served us our meals was very friendly. Thank you 5* service and food amazing as usual !

The nando's always is good whenever I order no matter what city it is. I don't even mind receiving free leftover food from Nando's restaurant.

Have been supporting nandos since the 90s In South Africa and the UK. Lately since they partnered from deliveroo they will not deliver and this is strange because I can get a deliveroo delivery from the kebab shop a few doors down from the nandos shop. They also take the money from your account and take forever to put it back. Very disappointed

The Manager(female - only one wearing a shirt ) on Boxing Day around 3pm was very rude. She came across very aggressive on entry into Nandos . Further to this she then delivered half our food which was cold and then other half alot later on. A planned family meal on boxing day ruined ! Will not be comming here again. The manager clearly doesnt like her job or people. Go elsewhere !

Food great as always, service although you don't have a lot of service at nandos wasn't great. We we're took to a table we clearly couldn't sit at then said we're moving as not to disturb other people and this wasn't even an option for the staff, very strange but still 4 stars due to the excellent food so definitely worth a visit

We were the first customer but we didn't get the food for the first Hour, as they had some technical issues with their system. But in the end they refunded the whole meal.

Had a fantastic lunch at Nando's yesterday! The platter was incredibly delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. The ambiance is great, making it a very nice place to dine. Special shoutout to the exceptionally tasty corn! Highly recommended for a delightful dining experience.

Staff hygiene is poor. I witnessed staff coughing over food and sneezing in their hands, then not washing them and taking food straight to customers.

Food was good, went for wings, garlic bread and spicy rice as always. Partner had allergy issues, and this was taken care if really well

I was forced to buy a bottle of wine when I ordered 2 glasses of red wine and the manager didn't thing it was wrong. I Like Nandos but this??? They refused to sell glasses of red wine

The stars are only for the food. Everything else was of low quality. The cutlery was dirty, the staff were just trying to get rid of us as soon as possible, they did not know the meaning of customer service. What’s the point of having wait staff if you do everything yourself? It was my first time in such an establishment and definitely won’t be returning.

Too crowded upstairs and very noisy. In my opinion they should take your order at the table. £3.70 is far too much for the refillable drinks ( which were all flat by the way!) Shame as the food was very nice.

Great service. Must away I was about to walk due to the mess & disturbance by another group of customers but the staff got in on it and helped us to have a good table and especially Megan, top star. Great service, keep up the good work.

I went there with my date and I must be honest. The waitress was very kind and has sat us quicker than we thought, then went into the app order some food and not only it went quick and easy but food itself was delicious. The place was busy but really enjoyed it. Looking forward to be back.

My wife and I came to this nandos for lunch. And trust me guys when i say that we had the best wings ever we really had the best of the best wings ever!!!! Thanks to Meg too♡ Nandos at high Wycombe is a must to try!

A long time Nando’s customer. Unfortunately for take away customers we haven’t had sauces for a long time. We are having to buy periperi sauce from Tesco. Your staff are very rude when responding to customers.

On my visit the chicken did not taste the same as a usual Nandos. Tasted different and the staff shared it was prepared as any other Nandos store.

Decided to order a Nando’s delivery as a treat and wished we didn’t.. Part of the order was for a chicken pita. When it came, it really wasn’t worth the cost.. the pita wasn’t cooked and there was no salad inside with the chicken…. I don’t know what went wrong on the day, but come on guys sort it out!!

Worst service even there is no dining in. Every single time I go there to collect order they will see the will tell you that give a Second to check when its going to be ready and will come back after 5 minutes to tell you that its going to take 5 minutes and after 15 its still couple more minutes . Staff is just rude. Ridiculous service.

Having been to Nando’s in other branches for many years, never had this much care and attention in service for my son who has nut allergy. Jake the manager took personal responsibility and cooked it himself! Very friendly staff from arriving, and a special shout out to Matt taking the order who was fantastic and overall brilliant service. Well done Jake, Matt and team, thank you for a great experience !! This for me is the best Nando's . Everyone working there is doing an amazing job. I have a son that has a lot of allergies and I feel relaxed every time we go there because I know that the managers will cook the food very carefully and even bring us the food to our table making sure everything is fine. Thanks to all the staff working there.

Came here for my daughters birthday. There was 7 adults. After ordering, some food came in 10min & the others had another 20 min wait. Then some food was missing had to go back downstairs. When food finally arrived the rice was warm & some was Burnt, this is not acceptable. Service was so slow we didn't want to have to go back downstairs to complain so eneded up leaving rice. I have been to many other nandos & this is so far the worst. You need to take lead from reading & canary wharf & westfields much better service & food. I spent £81 & left unhappy.

Was seated with 5 minutes, QR code wouldn't work so had to order at the bar which was fine.

Was served by a young girl with black and yellow hair, she was so chill to speak with and i felt really comfortable when ordering!! i’ll defo be coming back again :)

They forgot piri salt, the chicken was dry and we really disliked the coleslaw. The staff were beig very loud behind the counter .

Good service. Catered well for my husband who is coeliac. We shared a whole chicken with sides which arrived quickly at the table and tasted good. Nice to see a few new dishes on the menu to try next time, including some that are plant based.

I waited for a bus you take me home from the station and gad an hr to kill. So I went for something to eat. I chose a medium hot chicken in a pita with a slice of pineapple I enjoyed my meal but loved the pudding even better a custard tart. Yum.

Alway loved Nandos ,went there last night with friends ,the place was busy as usual ,I ordered chicken wings which were tough to cut so I used fingers instead ,the inside looked raw red ,asked the staff to have a look and they called the duty manager whose explanation was 'it was well cooked at 180 degrees and what I was seeing was bruising,so there was nothing wrong with the chicken'.I couldnt eat it and just the thought of that chicken right now is making me sick.To Nandos I have had chicken before and I know whats well cooked and whats half cooked ,. You can do better than this.

Deliveroo service is becoming a bit of a pisstake from here now. You have to constantly refresh the app the second they come online and then quickly re-order within a 40 second window before they disappear again 😂 you can't add anything to the order or it's too late. I have no idea what they're thinking but they must be losing so much money just appearing for a few seconds around peak dinner time and then disappearing again. I just want you to take my money hahahaha
