Ordered pizzas to be delivered at 6.15pm this evening. At 6.30pm, after “Dom” shut down on me, I phoned Aylesbury (Cambridge St) to see where my order was. A lady initially answered and left me on hold while she went to check. Then another girl answered the phone and asked if she could help. I calmly explained that my food was ordered for 6.15pm but it hadn’t showed up yet. She asked me to hold, then a minute later returned to say it was out for delivery and HUNG UP! I was calm and lovely up until that point - now I’m furious. To make matters worse the pizzas were delivered at 6.35pm and they were overcooked. I have photos!! I won’t be back!!

My husband became very ill with food poisoning which lasted for 5 days, after eating pizza from here. We will not be returning and have told our friends to avoid it. It was a very distressing few days.

We collected a yummy lunch from here today. The gentleman was very pleasant and I would highly recommend Domino's in Hazlemere. Previously we have had the pizza delivered and service has always been great and the food has always been delicious. I don't have a photo to upload as we tucked straight in....

Undercooked pizza. One part garlic bread was a piece of pizza. Wedges tiny portion and undercooked. All round foul. Imagine paying the so called full price of £44 fir this !

Ordered on the app no problem, tracked our order and said it was ready 5 mins before we arrived at the restaurant. Upon arrival we were told to wait as it wasn't ready only to find it had been sat since we had the notification it was ready The staff didn't seem to know what was going on at the counter with several other customers also not getting quality service

This store has ruined the brand for me. I have used Dominos everywhere I have lived in the last 20 odd years. I have had a few issues as would be expected but it has always been sorted out. This time however, has ruined the brand for me. 5th Oct. I had family over. Treated them all to Dominos. Spent over £60. Pizza arrived, but was Incorrect. We would normally just make do but one of my family members can only eat a cheese and tomato but it was missing and all we had were meat pizzas. I rang and rang. No answer. This lasted over 40minutes. No answer. Clearly they were ignoring my number as I would imagine they realised their mistake after the delivery driver left. No one ever answered my calls. It got to a point where it had ruined our family evening. My food was now cold. So it ended with me and my niece having to go out to pick up fish and chips. Appalling. To make matters worse. I complained via the website ( ref 626607 ). Had an automated reply saying I’d get a call within five days. Nothing. That was over three weeks ago. Today I fancy pizza. But, after years of being loyal to dominos I have decided to try another brand, doubt I’ll go back here. I’m not sure what’s going on with this store but there have been many negative reviews recently. My issue could’ve been easily resolved if they answered the phone and just sent me the correct pizza. I wouldn’t have minded waiting for it to cook as mistakes happen. But to ignore me. Then to ignore my complaint. Appalling. It is most likely to late to keep me as a customer. But something needs to change before you loose many others.

Food arrived piping hot within 30 minutes, everything was as we ordered, good value and free delivery.

My wife ordered pizzas, whilst I drove to collect on my way home from work. I happily paid for them at the time, only to get home to be told they'd already been paid for. When we phoned to get a refund we were told they'd do it there & then, but a week later no credit to my wife's account so she had to go there in person to collect the cash. As an aside when I collected the order the guy took my money, my pizzas were ready, but the guy didn't give me the food, and went to serve someone else. Clueless. Don't bother sending Dominos Head Office any feedback either - no response from them - obviously don't give a monkey's. That's franchises for you. ;-). Thank god I rarely use Dominos, but even less likely to now.

Waited nearly 20 minutes after pre-ordered time, despite screen showing "ready". Front line staff completely clueless (forgivable if unhelpful, but then no-one chooses to be incapable) and disinterested (not forgivable, attitude needs to work) and rude (NOT OK). Manager called, showing no interest either. Several others waiting too - all dismissed with a casual "we're so busy anyway that we dont really care about your opinion". Food good as usual - albeit lukewarm as the 20 minute wait was not because not ready but because of an inability then refusal to hand over the prepared boxes.

We tend to buy our Pizza from here as 90% of the time they are tasty and well presented. On occasions the pizza has been deformed or slightly greasy but that is few and far between. Just beware and read the small print as some items don’t get discount if you want to use any. The order arrives pretty well on time but don’t expect a conversation with the drivers as they don’t speak much English !

This place is a joke they offer select your collection time which I did 1 hour ahead of when I wanted it and now it's 25 mins late from this time. This is the worse domino's I have ever encountered and the worse managed business ever seen. Management out the back laughing because people are complaining about their mistakes.

Called the Wycombe branch with a large order and they said we were out of their area. We asked for the number of the shop that is in area then and the guy said he couldn't do that. He was rude and unhelpful. My advice would be to find another pizza shop if you do live in the Wycombe area.

I visit the Hazlemere Domino's on a regular basis ever since they introduced the new Italiano range! I love the thin crust and the roquito peppers on the pizza- simply delicious! The food is always prepared promptly by staff- I leave the house right after ordering- and the staff themselves are incredibly friendly. They always remember me, and in the past have been there to offer words of encouragement after a bad day. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my pizza.

I went over to my dads for the night to spend some quality father and daughter time. We automatically thought about getting a Dominos for dinner as when I was younger take away pizza was our late night meal if we didn't get dinner earlier. I had a create your own pizza and my dad had one of their new Italian range pizzas. We ordered it for a specific time but it did get to us about 15 minutes earlier than the time we wanted, which wasn't technically what we wanted. Anyway the pizza I had was amazing, so tasty and flavourful, and my dad said his pizza was lovely but a slightly bit bummed that the 'Chilli Infused Oil' that replaced the garlic and herb dip, didn't really taste or smell of chilli. Overall we loved it and it was the perfect night to our Father-Daughter evening.

we ordered 2 pizzas for delivery - they gave us an estimated 30 minute delivery time but the pizza was with us within 20 minutes - very hot, tasty and speedy delivery - we would definitely order again - we live in another area but we're here visiting family and we think the Thame branch of Dominos is superior to our local branch.
