Pizza Hut in Wycombe

Ordered the Ultimate Pizza Feast deal. The Ultimate Pizza Feast is supposed to be 2 Medium Pizzas, 2 Classic Sides, 1 Cookie Dough (with ice cream) & 1.5L Bottle Of Drink. for £26.99 (plus delivery) the order arrived minus the 1.5l bottle of drink, the ice cream for the cookie dough, and 1 classic side. Not such a great deal for so many missing items.

Delivery was on time and Faheem was really nice. He delivered our order with a smile and for sure we will order again. Definitely recommend this place… delicious and quick exactly what you want from a delivery.

I ordered over the phone, the payment was taken twice. I called in to speak with them about a refund and the manager told me he was too busy to talk to me and generally just very rude! I was given a phone number that was closed due to covid. Then I emailed customer services, to be told it will automatically be refunded after 5 days. It has now been 10 days and I still haven’t received a refund and Anna from customer care is now ignoring my emails. I expected more from a well know and respected hospitality name. After I get my refund I will never use this branch again and I will be telling all my friends not to go there either. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I work in hospitality, it’s really not hard to get it rite!

We ordered from here as we had an Uber voucher and fancied pizza during lockdown. Never ordered from Pizza Hut before - we’re usually Dominoes or Pizza Gogo buyers. Won’t be ordering from Pizza Hut again. We ordered a ‘classic base’ which claims its thing. It’s not, it doughy, and the ‘garlic’ seasoning is pretty tasteless. Cheese triangles may literally have been breaded Laughing Cow cheese triangles - they were barely cooked. Chicken strips were anaemic and tasteless. Dorito nachos were over salty, rubbery cheese and so disappointing. The only positive I can find was that there was a generous amount of toppings on the pizza. Other that than, it was a disappointing experience - I though my Pizza Hut would be market leaders... but they’re barely a competitor to the likes of Dominoes...

I used Pizza Hut for the first time as I have previously always been devoted to a different brand. I really wanted to enjoy it and make this my new brand My experience was very mixed. Things I really enjoyed. - Website is easy to use. - It’s nice that you are not forced to create an account on checkout and that it’s optional. - Very good value for money. The deals are the best I’ve seen. I paid £19.99 for a large pizza. Two sides and a large bottle of drink. - Makes a huge difference to be able to pick your dips without having to pay extra - SOUR CREAM & CHIVE! Best dip ever. Everyone should have these dips. - Fast delivery. You get a £10 voucher if they are more than 10mins late - The classic crust is amazing with a strong garlic flavour - Reward scheme. Really makes a difference. Overall. The service was top class. Things I didn’t enjoy - Only half the potato wedges were editable as most were undercooked. - The chicken strips were plain and tasteless. No seasoning at all. Clearly out the freezer and warmed through. Not overly nice. - The pizza was ok. I had the meaty one. It was just really doughy. I wasn’t able to enjoy the flavours. It all blended into one. Everything was soft. It wasn’t bad. But to improve it all it needs is some crispy pepperoni or some stronger seasoning. Overall. Mixed attitude. I’m unsure if I’ll eat here again. I will probably try a new brand I haven’t used. The sides weren’t great and the pizza was average. The rest however was top class. I was really impressed with the order process and the price etc.
