Domino's Pizza - High Wycombe - Cressex in Wycombe

Very dry pizza less cheese and topping.

Looks like they can't be bothered or reheated pizza base stuff just dump d on top..barely attempt to cook ...no wonder it's empty. Staff can't be happy or would take pride in presentation. Will go to papa John's in future. Not impressed.

Pizza was amazing and piping hot throughout, service was very quick and staff are exceptionally friendly. Would definitely recommend :)

Amazing service again from Domino's Cressex! Ordered Pizzas for our Son's Birthday party to collect at a specific time and they were ready to the minute. Fresh, piping hot and delicious 😋. The lovely manager there could not be more helpful!

Domino's pizza is really tasty and much less greasy compared with other places. Service is fast and staff are always polite and helpful.

If you want to eat a good pizza this the place to be !! I was never disappointed after one year and a half fast delivery pizzas are always warm !!!

AVOID! Order 1.5ltr drink and you will get scammed and only get 0.5ltr small bottle the pizza in not great, under cooked. Waited an hour. AVOID!

I only used this place once. I'm not to keen on their food. Each to their own . Staff were not that friendly either

I went there last week with my girls amazing food and the member of staff name malik is very kind person very good service.

The staff let this place down, the customer service is terrible; they are not helpful, can be hard to communicate and some are even rude. We have ordered from here three times and out of those two times the order has been wrong. One lady even accused me of ordering wrong until I showed her my order, even then she was reluctant to redo the order. I definitely won’t be ordering from this specific branch again even though it is right on my doorstep.

Awful food and awful service. Will not be ordering again. No cheese on pizza. Cold. Driver lost with simple directions. Store no help in the situation and not making a refund.

Used to having Domino's in Birmingham. My friend and I both agreed that this one did not touch Birmingham Domino's. Was enough to cure me of my hunger though. Pizza dough tasted undercooked and the toppings barely had flavour. Not likely to visit again.

Order took over an hour to be delivered even though I am 5 mins from the location. Soggy cold pizza arrived.

Worst pizza ever! Never again! Regularly ordering from Domino’s Pizza Central and never disappointed, last 2 times ordered delivery from Cressex and the first time pizzas been to oily and cold also waiting for delivery over an hour and today went for collection, pizza been flat and topped here and there, EMPTY DOUGH! Never again!!!

Ordered a large pizza this evening in store , waiting time was spot on but pizza was very poor for a domino’s. Base was dry and was more like sliced bread than dough. Hardly any toppings . Definitely not what you expect from dominoes, something is certainly not right here.

Domino’s pizza High Wycombe Cressex I recommend it !! I tried the delivery and the collect and my pizza was always done in time and so good with the products I ordered !! Very nice team with a very nice ambiance!! Thank you guys I will come back for sure

They are really good pizzas but from last night still waiting for the large bottle of coke they forgot to deliver with our order, was lovely guy be back in 10 minutes never came back 🤦‍♀️

When I make food at home I wash my hands before touching the food I’m preparing. How can you have one member of staff on the till touching the till and card machine then without washing his hands kneading pizza dough? Really, Then walks off eating his own pizza in the back room, comes back touching the bin on his way then kneading it a bit more, then what look like the cleaner comes over and is handing all the toppings with unwashed hands no gloves putting toppings on your pizza, when she’s been cleaning again without washing hands, to add insult no refund. Have to call head office to get it apparently could take two days for the money to go back on the card. If basic hand washing is being missed god knows what else’s goes on.

What a waste of time staff rid unhelpful so I went to Tesco better food better stat. I would not recommend this. Place if I could say very low customer service or the person serving me was anything but disappointed no thanks my advice don’t use this place EVER

I ordered tonight and got a phone call couple of minutes later after sending the order to say that they didn’t have the wedges I ordered and that a driver was going to pick them up so my food would be delayed I received the chicken wings an hour later without the wedges and then refused to give me refund

Cold, barely any toppings, disappointing

I am so happy that this branch opened up as it was a pain going to the town centre for pizza. This branch is always friendly and order is always ready for pick up. They contact you quickly if there is an issue and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The manageress has always got time to day hello.

order number 504588036 I ordered at 18:00 and the food just arrived at 19:35. All the food is cold. There was no communication from the store to let me know they are delayed.

Tried these guys twice now, absolutely poor, the pizza was literally bread with no cheese what so ever, one would think theres a cheese shortage, got to be honest I fed the whole thing to the bin. These guys clearly don't take any pride in what they make.

I turned up - asked what offers they had - the chappy pointed at the board. I asked about the sign in the window saying buy one get one free. He then proceeded to look at a yellow ticket machine. After 5 minutes I went to Jimmy Pizza opposite. I hope the yellow machine is better now.

Poor service, rude staff and terrible pizza

Ordered tonight and had items missing from the order. Called to ask for them to be delivered and was told we had to wait 45 minutes or get our money back for just the missing items. Explained that we ordered items as we wanted them, so could they please deliver them. Nearly 2 hours later and we are still waiting. Very poor service, go elsewhere.

Very rude messed up the order twice no manners and didn’t show any concern what so ever extremely poor customer service.

Ordered a 9 inch pizza that’s standard for two people to share £17.70 delivery delivery time 1 hr or longer That’s expensive that’s shocking that’s ridiculous put me off dominoes

Ordered for a Stokenchurch delivery. The food arrived piping hot and tasted great.

Really disappointed, pizzas went cold pretty quick and both garlic bread and twisted dough balls had no flavour of garlic at all.

We ordered 2 large pizzas £7.99 each and they both were amazing very fresh and hot very friendly staff we will definitely be returning. Keep up the great work.
