Great food delivery just took a while

I did complain about this order as food was not cooked properly.I did complain before but I didn't hear anything back

Dreadful dreadful service ordered through their website and when I got their they said my order wasn’t there I showed them the confirmation and order number , they said that website was closed and that they would refund my payment that had come out , because they wouldn’t give me the food which was understandable, after two weeks I had not received a refund I call them and asked for what was happening they took my number and said they would sort it and call me back. After another week I call them again as had heard nothing I asked for an email confirming that they were looking into this the refused to give me their email and laughed at me in the phone. I then called again asking for an email and they just hung up on me. That still have not refunded me nor have they given me an email to contact them on. Left feeling very frustrating and paid them for things I did not get. Do not order if you expect good service or to be listened to if something is wrong

The food is stone cold it took the driver over 20 mins to drive 6 mins down the road and now we have cold food to give to my son for his treat for being a good boy at his friends house today and when I called to let them k ow they said they don’t believe me and they need to speak to the driver first before doing anything my son has to be in bed by 8pm and it’s now 7:10pm NEVER WILL EVER order from these guys and neither should you

I never got my order and the delivery driver didn’t pay attention to the notes customers leave, terrible place and they don’t provide tracking. Appalling customer service and don’t recommend at all.

Excellent quality as always, the fried chicken is far superior to UK KFC or Popeyes, the breading is crunchy and well seasoned while the chicken it juicy and well cooked. Well done again your food is top notch at a very reasonable price.

Just eat has said my order has arrived when it hasn’t the driving left the shop over 30 mins ago and I get to receive it

I always give a place a second chance and after the first was def a delivery failure not a food failure I was glad I did. Put bluntly the food is excellent, fries are perfectly cooked and were crisp on the outside and piping hot inside, the crispy chicken was crunchy and juicy, the drink was fridge cold. It's not often I get to praise coleslaw; I don't know if it is freshly made but it's both spicy and smooth with a real bite to it. The beans were hot even though I left them to last, all for under £13 a brilliant deal.

just ate the zinger burger and pizza for now! zinger burger was horrible and pizza's dove seemed a bit off taste also they forgot to put fries in the order which should have been included!

This restaurant has always been value for money. The value was very good so customers brushed off the occasional case of food poisoning. Yummee chicken would’ve gotten 4 stars until today. Since my last order, both the cheesecake and chocolate cake slices have halved in size with no price change. Yummee chicken food has always been mediocre but they made up for it with value for money. But now the food is bad and overpriced. Won’t be returning when half of Uber Eats is reasonably priced but also tastes great and comes in real portions!

I was missing one of my wraps after ringing them they said they would send it to me it never turned up.

I bought the mix donner from flavourz and all i can say is i’m not impressed, paid 9 pounds for a very small portion which should’ve been a large , chicken tasted like rubber.👎

In my experience there's been some good change with the quality of food here. Around a few years ago I had a few times of veggie burgers on the cold side all messy in the box, drinks not chilled + ice cream not stored correctly (inedible taste, I think partly defrosted + refrozen) which put me off ordering from here. I've ordered from here a few times in the past year + veggie burgers have been wrapped in foil + amongst other food arrived hot + not greasy, the ice cream frozen + drinks chilled. Faith restored!

Food was delayed until 2:45am, it was completely cold when it arrived. Requested a partial refund under Just Eat's recommendation and it was denied. Have enjoyed decent food here before, will no longer order from here.

Comes at least 3 times a week with family for dine in and take out as well, The problem is they always refuse to give hot souce if you taking out or dine in when you order from offers... actual thing is my family likes their hot souce but now I've convinced my family not to go there because we spending money to have food of our choice and they just play game by saying sorry no hot souce as it's finished..... Some employees are so much clown you can even see it from their facial expressions..... never ever gonna eat from it also I'll try my best to convince others

Went straight in the bin after 2 bites- Chicken shawarma - This is the most polite way I can put it. Basically like p.uke in a pitta with tasteless bits of white chicken. It’s an insult to call it a ‘shawarma’. The salad smelt a week old. And was dead. Baffles me these takeaways have increased their prices ten fold? Yet they serve this mess. It’s really sad. Fair enough takeaways aren’t Michelin star. But you’d atleast expect edible / good taste? I feel scammed

They charged 5.99 for a quarter pounder meal and it was very bad. The patty was cheap as it was thin and tasteless. The restaurant was ver dirty. Used tissues and spilled food everywhere. Very unhygienic. Will never come here again. I have taken some pictures which i will add.

Ordered at 2am, not arrived by 3.10am. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times but no answer, our order confirmed as delivered too when it clearly wasnt… will never, ever go here again. Hope I get my refund!
