Walked for the first time in High Wycombe- a simple, no glamour and glitz..but amazing authentic food with original taste: aalo paratha, chilli paneer, gajar halwa. Also impressive is their courtesy.

Used to really love coming here up until recently feel like the food quality has gone down and so has the customer service - ordered mild but they gave us food with sticker saying 'hot', and it was spicy, and that happened twice. When asked to confirm with the kitchen, the waitress said it must be spicy for us, and all she can do is add more garlic mayo to save it. It was horrible experience, we threw the whole food in the bin (felt bad for wasting food), and walked out of there. Really poor customer service. EDIT: Sorry, your staffs didn't offer for any replacement. And the first incident was with the wrap, second time it was burger and wrap both. These are separate occasions. But I was bit hesitant to approach your counter from the previous experience as you guys are not willing to act professionally and take care of customer complaints. And rather than coming at paying customers who support your local business, please aim to do better.

Found The Front Room, by accident last trip to High Wycombe & can't recommend enough - a relaxing and great place to meet, work, and even enjoy events!! Owner is lovely and staff are very friendly - so if you are in the area - or even if you are not - get yourselves down here!!!

Absolutely loved the Mad Squirrel! Booked for a meal last Friday evening and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The beers are superb, such a choice, and we had two brilliant starters (the chicken wings and the halloumi) and two lovely pizza! All in all a brilliant evening, thank you Mad Squirrel!

This restaurant has been closed every time I've gone past recently, even though it says it's open.

A Satisfying Noodle Stop at Grounded Kitchen, High Wycombe We recently visited Grounded Kitchen in High Wycombe, a brand we'd been keen to try, for a Sunday evening meal on our way home from Surrey. The restaurant was not overly busy, and we were promptly seated at a table for our family of four. Our server, Anushka, was exceptionally helpful and professional. He patiently guided us through the menu, which was particularly useful as it was our first time dining there. For our children (aged 6 and 9), we selected a kids' rice bowl and a kids' noodle bowl, both of which were well-portioned and thoroughly enjoyed. My wife and I opted for the two Udon bowl offer. I chose the Ramen Noodle with sizzling prawns, and my wife selected the Chicken Laksa. Although they had run out of chicken wings, which we had hoped to try, the chicken mandu side proved to be a very satisfying alternative. The food was flavorful, and the portion sizes were generous, offering good value. While the cuisine at Grounded Kitchen may not be strictly authentic Korean, it presents a delicious and well-executed noodle option in the market. The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the outstanding service provided by Anushka; his positive and professional demeanor significantly enhanced our dining experience. I also had a brief conversation with the owner/franchisee, who was a strong representative for the brand. Our children truly enjoyed their meals, which is always a positive sign. We anticipate returning to Grounded Kitchen in the future, particularly to sample the chicken wings we missed on this visit.
