Chaii Panii in Wycombe

Walked for the first time in High Wycombe- a simple, no glamour and glitz..but amazing authentic food with original taste: aalo paratha, chilli paneer, gajar halwa. Also impressive is their courtesy.

Amazing food, great service and lovely chai!

I visited this restaurant with my friends last week and I must admit that it's the best indian I have had so far in Wycombe. All items that we ordered was made to perfection, authentic and tasted same like back home in India. I highly recommend and will visit again.

Coming to this restaurant was like traveling to india. delicious food and very well prepared. The staff is wonderful and very attentive.

Have ordered from Chaii Panii a few times now as we were keen to find a good Indian restaurant in Wycombe Town centre that offers an extensive range of vegan dishes. The food is amazing. You can taste the freshness of the food, from the parathas to the lovely homemade samosas to the excellent chana masala. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. We are over the moon to of found a wonderful Indian that will now be our regular spot.

Fantastic, one of the best lamb curry I ever had in high Wycombe. Clean cosy take away restaurant with few sittings available for quick bites . Staff are friendly and informative, gave us good suggestions to order Railway lamb curry which apparently their signature dish . Food taste fresh with range of flavours and spice . Must admit truly Indian food which I remembered having in Mumbai . I will be ordering soon to try more.

Their timings on the web doesn't match with their actual timing. Went twice... reading online, it's open ,but they were closed. Need to update.

What can I say, this restaurant is superb. Being spoiled for Indian food in Wycombe. Its my first order from them and it was outstanding. Complimentary far far cracker and house sauce was fresh and tasty. Will definitely be trying more dishes next week.

We had seen Chaii Panii was launching finally opened! We we’re keen to try it out as normally street food styled curries are far better than the usual restaurant style. We called to see if they had any vegan options and the owner really went the extra mile to provide some AMAZING vegan dishes! The black chickpea masala and saag aloo were incredible stand out dishes! We also had fried okra, tarka daal and vegetable samosa - all of which were lovely! I’m usually not a fan of saag aloo but this was different to every other one I’ve had. Everything was super fresh and made to order and that was very obvious when tasting the dishes. Excellent food and excellent service - you can’t ask for much more! We will definitely be back and are excited to see some more vegan dishes come to the menu!

absolute beautiful Indian cafe. I went there for the first time and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere of a welcoming attitude. After a kind chat with the owner I was given a complimentary chai which was with milk and not condensed milk like common dining places. I was amazed with the quality and freshness of all the cuisines he showed me and the lamb curry was truly the best in High Wycombe! This is my reliable restaurant.

Very tasty food and chai to die for, made with proper fresh milk, not that condensed evaporated yucky sticky excuse for milk. Sarkar is so friendly

Amazing place. Great food and reasonable price with great service

We were leaving the Swan Theatre and hungry on the way to High Wycombe station. This place welcomed us in even though they looked to be closing opening the doors to feed two hungry people. The mini onion pakoras were delicious and we had these dumplings that were a kind on Indian meets Dim Sum, which were superb. Not only that but the owner kept track of the train times for us so we wouldn’t miss the train. When back in Wycombe we’ll definitely call again
