Coco Tamarind in Wycombe

My first visit to coco tamarind was excellent. Brilliant service, delicious food and a lively atmosphere. We were served by Rony, who was extremely attentive and kind. An overall great vibe of the place, busy/lively but not chaotic at all. Lots of parking available, lovely area etc. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a lovely meal out! :)

Absolutely fantastic evening spent at this excellent restaurant. A really interesting menu, offering so much more choice of flavours than other Indian restaurants in the area. Just delicious food, coupled with a really buzzy atmosphere and extremely friendly service (thank you Alex and Rony) made for a terrific experience. Already looking forward to returning.

Well, what can I say, we’ve been shown just the most amazing service ever, from the moment we entered to the time we left we’ve had just an incredible time. We came to celebrate our friends 30th birthday and Rony & his team gave us the most amazing time. The food was incredible with hot & spicy Naga to delicious mixed grill. We couldn’t be more grateful for such an experience. Finishing off with wonderful birthday cake…! Thank you again to Rony & his team for an awesome night.!! 🔥🔥🔥👍

The staff were so attentive, the starter and main were the best Indian I have ever tasted. The only reason I won't give it a 5 star was the sag paneer, it was so bland. I will 100% be going back but know what not to have.

My partner ordered lamb tikka masala, I ordered butter vegetables. The naans we had were unreal. I am very particular with naans so if I say it’s amazing, trust me :)!

Great food, well presented, very attentive and friendly service. Some really interesting dishes to try on the menu too that aren't the standard Indian fare. Well spiced so if you do/ don't like it hot then pay attention to the menu when ordering. We loved it.

Another fantastic visit. I would highly recommend the Indian garlic chicken. The meat was so tender and fragrant. Service was also impeccable as they always make you feel so welcome and are incredibly attentive.

We arrived 20 minutes early for our booking and it was just my husband amd myself.although this was no problem for the staff we were seated straight away in a little side bit and drinks were asked about straight away and menus were brought. The little side bit had no atmosphere at all and it had a flashing light as one of the light bulbs was on its way out so it was a bit dull. The food was totally amazing worth every penny. We were brought the dessert menus and then a different waiter just appeared with the bill and card machine . I just s Nodded to husband to just pay although I was totally disappointed In not getting my coconut ice cream and calypso coffee.. although this will not stop us from going back again. Please do not rush people quite so much in future as you lost at least another £20 as husband was having the same.

Indulging in the fantastic and authentic Indian cuisine from this establishment has become a regular pleasure for us. Ordering directly from their website not only ensures delicious food but also comes with a small discount – a delightful bonus. What's particularly commendable is their punctuality – consistently delivering before the estimated time. A standout moment was when I enjoyed the vegetable madras so much that I impulsively ordered another to savor on a different day. The restaurant called to confirm, I explained my enthusiasm, admitting it was just a case of greed, and they shared a good-natured laugh. This extra step in customer service made the experience all the more enjoyable.

We went here for the first time on Monday evening. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant to the moment we left , the service was fantastic. The food was delicious, top quality ingredients used. We will certainly be returning. Thanks for a great dining experience.

The service here was on a level with a 5 star hotel, or buisness class cabin. Really exceptional for an out of the way restaurant. The food quality is also very good. We stopped on our way through - and so glad we did. The service really was unexpectedly exceptional. I highly recommend you go see for yourself.

Takeaway, Chicken Korma pretty good, Lamb Pathia nothing special, Saag Aloo terrible, Brinjal terrible. Annoying manner on the phone.

I use to work there few years ago. They was paying me £70 a week plus a room who I had to share with another 3 people. Working hours was from 10am till 12am. When I left the job I was told I can't because I'm part of the family. That's how you treat family?

I don't very often write reviews, but I just had to this evening. I ordered a takeaway tonight to collect and I can honestly say this was the most delicious Indian food I have ever eaten. I will now be using Coco Tamarind for my local Indian takeaways in the future. Absolutely outstanding. The staff are very friendly and the service is fantastic. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you want the best Indian food in Risborough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you very much & keep up the great work.

Have only pre ordered take out which we collected for a 20% discount, booking via their website. Food has been excellent and is great value. Is the go to takeaway in the area for us. Will try to eat in one time. Staff always super friendly and they have cobra beef on draught.

Went to an Elvis night at the restaurant. The service was excellent and very efficient. The food was plentiful and good considering the number of people there. Elvis himself was quite entertaining but possibly a better comedian than singer if you are a fan of adult humour! On the whole a good evening out.

Another fantastic meal at the coco, went with the family for a birthday meal and as usual the food and service was top notch. The quality of the food is always first class an there is so much choice. We took a birthday cake which the guys brought out and sang along with us which was a great touch.

What a nice surprise to find a little gem like this restaurant. The food was great, and the service was outstanding, attentive, polite, and friendly. The atmosphere was lively, but there were a couple of groups that were celebrating special occasions. Parking is a bit of a problem but understandable considering the popularity of the restaurant.

We arrived late on a Saturday night without a reservation, and the Coco was packed. We got a table within 15 minutes, and then the quality began. We had not been there before and did not know what to order, so we went with the classic madras. It and the other dishes we ordered were all lovely. The service was excellent and the cost was very good. We will be going back to try some chef specials.

I hadn't been to the CoCo Tamarind restaurant for a number of years when recently we visit with friends, Papadums to start, I ordered the prawn puri and a chicken tikka Masala. The Prawn Puri was cooked very well, and the level of spice was just right, the prawns where not over cooked and there were some nice accompaniments to the dish which elevated it from the usual puri I have had in the past. I was a little disappointed with the tikka masala given the coco's reputation. I suppose I should have been more adventurous as I thought it was okay and certainly not the best i have had. Over all though I enjoyed the experience and the staff are friendly and attentive and good atmosphere, parking in the carpark might be an issue especially if you have a later booking (8pm) as we ended up having to park on the road near by. (Car was okay though!)

In the area for the weekend and came here because we saw some good reviews. The food was delicious and the service excellent even on a busy Saturday night. Would definitely come again if we are in the area!

Interesting menu and very well cooked food - try one of the monkfish dishes! Ample portions. Arrived at 6pm on a Tuesday and struck by how the restaurant filled up quickly with diners evidently well known to staff. Very good atmosphere with clearly happy diners.

Coco Tamarind is by far the best Indian restaurant/fine dining experience within a 20 mile radius of my home. The owner and his team are always pleased to see you, and their food is truly amazing and outstanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and I always leave feeling pleasantly satisfied with the quantity and quality of all the food I’ve ever eaten there. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to visit and try the fantastic food served in this restaurant.

What an experience. We were greeted at the door by a smiling young man, we were shown to our table which we only booked an hr before arriving. The service was fabulous, drinks ordered and brought to our table super quick. We were asked if we would like poppadoms(which we did), whilst choosing from some amazing sounding curries. If you like thing's spicy I can highly recommend the lajaz chicken, its amazing!!!. All the food was fantastic. The owner and his team are one of a kind. This places is well worth a visit. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

The best curry around. We were a group of 8, on a Saturday at prime-time, and they genuinely could not have done more for us. Glasses were never empty, and the food was amazing. The service was above and beyond. 10/10.
