Lovely friendly service by Grace, spotlessly clean restaurant, delicious food.

Picked up some food from here and was absolutely blown away by the excellent service! Grace dealt with us and she was amazing! The food was really tasty and they did not skimp out on the amount. I highly recommend stopping by and eating some of their delicious cuisine. 10/10

The Food is really great but the thing that I liked most is the service, the staff name GRACE is very welcoming and very approachable to the customer xx. She is very kind and really nice. Keep it up!!

Lovely food, great to have such a family friendly Halal restaurant locally. The kids loved the dumplings and king prawns. The ramen, bibimbap, udon were all delicious. The smoothies are fantastic especially the vitamin c boost! Thanks Grace for being an amazing waitress.

Best korean restaurant experience we had so far. The place looks amazing, food is delicious and affordable and most importantly, the service that we received from Grace was exceptional. She recommended the place’s best sellers and they are really good. We left the place happy and our bellies full. Will definitely come back to this place.

Lovely atmosphere, contemporary pop playing, mix of Taylor Swift, Adele and Dua Lipa among others. The menu has changed since last I was here! No more Korean sushi (Gimbap), and some new 'exploring asia' offerings. Generally, the mains are fine but nothing on my 3 trips has really wowed me. On the other hand their starters and sides are great! The beef bao buns are a particular favourite of mine and the chicken wings, edamame beans and kimchi are always a hit. I would say it is wheelchair accessible with an accessible loo and flat floors, there is just enough room I would say between tables to get around. There is parking in the nearby Swan car park, as well as some on-street parking a couple minutes walk away - but that is limited in quantity.

My daughter went to eat with her friends and told the staff about her seafood and nut allergies. She ordered chicken and rice and was told this would be fine for her. She ate a bite and realised something was wrong. She immediately ran to get some antihistamine as she was having an allergic reaction. The food had peanut sauce on top. My daughter ended up in A&E and has thankfully fully recovered. When I have tried contacting the restaurant they have not picked up the phone. The service she received was shocking. It could have been fatal!!!

Not sure of the lady's name who served us today (sunday 25th Feb) but she was excellent as was the food. Will be back.

Our waiter (Tharindu) this evening was exceptional. He catered for our every needs and was very attentive with a gentle manner. We would give him 5 stars if we could.

Absolutely fantastic place! Great food and great service! I'm so happy that this is in High Wycombe, I live in Cornwall, and part of my visits back is now a trip out to Grounded Kitchen! I took my dad for the first time and he loved it too. Will definitely be back

Delicious food and excellent service from Preeti.

Ate at Korean Nourish Bowl restaurant in High Wycombe. The service was very good & the waitress name was Grace & she was incredibly helpful, lots of knowledge of the food/ prices etc & kind/ caring also. The food was delicious & the smoothies were healthy & yummy. We liked the restaurant design a lot, nice & clean too. We will recommend to others & come back again.

We had a really excellent lunch here and our server, Priti, was super helpful, as it was our first time. The gochujang tempeh bowl was so filling I had took take some of it to go, which is great, as I'll get to have it again! Highly recommend!

For the second time around and the food never disappoints. Lovely food and lovely service. Thanks to the chefs and to Preeti! Will surely be back again.

Went here for the second time for my birthday. The food was excellent, as always, freshly prepared. The service was exceptional and our waitress Priti went out of her way and i received a birthday desert treat, which was delicious. We had pretty much everything on the menu between us, and couldn't complain about a single thing. My go to restaurant in High Wycombe for family events. I'll be back!..

Bonus finding Grounded Kitchen when we went to Noodle Nation pre theatre and it was a long wait! The food was fresh and delicious. The staff friendly and helpful. Had a great meal - quick and easy! Will return!

Found this place by accident and tried it out for lunch. Had a prawn laksa and a pistachio frappe - sounded different so tried it out - totally recommend. It’s a lovely friendly restaurant and my meal was absolutely gorgeous. Will definitely be back

The food at Grounded Kitchen is amazing, by far the tastiest that I have had in the UK, and I have lived here for 12 years! It is nutritious, flavourful, spicy, and hearty. The entire team is incredibly considerate and customer service oriented. I cannot recommend them enough.

Absolutely brilliant time!. Absolutely A Mazing food! We were celebrating our friend's birthday. Grace and staff went out of their way to make the day so special for the birthday girl. Second time eating here in two days. I had a Chuncheon Laksa, it was so fresh and tasty I had to come back to try it again. Friendly staff and nice environment.

We went on a Monday evening last week and had a great meal. Really nice food, really nice service. The restaurant was totally dead and we were the only ones in there so I can't say if they were particularly quick (which they were) because they were only cooking for us. It is a shame the restaurant was so empty as this food is really good. The best bao bun (we had the beef) we think we've ever had. The knowledge of the waiter was really good as well, she made recommendations as it was our first time. We are planning on going back very soon!

We had a lovely worker called Grace. I went there with my family and she gave great service,she even offered to take our photos! The atmosphere was nice and calm. The food was especially good,I would definitely recommend this place to Muslims that want to try Korean food that's halal.

Absolutely amazing food. The flavour of every dish is unmatched with a personal favourite for the Korean chicken wings! Our waitress Grace was incredibly kind and welcoming, will happily return.

Really great selection of food and it's a very vibrant atmosphere and place. Really love the authenticity. However, I did have to wait over an hour for food. And then the wrong meal came out. And then the correct meal came out with my allergen that I specified. So that wasn't great. They apologised and gave me 2 portions of the meal to take away as I had to leave. Really great place and will give it a go again I think the mixup comes from that you have to order online, QR code. So because you can't specify things directly to a human, things can get lost

I loved the atmosphere at this restaurant! Service was quick and everyone was so nice. I tried the Bao buns, Ramen and the Gochujang wings.The wings were a standout to me, and the dishes were well presented and packed with flavor. For dessert I had waffles topped with fruit and ice cream which was a satisfying finish to my meal. Definitely gonna go back again!

Told me they will find out and call back. 9PM no call back. I call them and they can't locate the driver with our food and also tell me they can't replace the order. The guy on the phone said if I want the food I have to reorder or contact JustEat! All we wanted was our food, and we were waiting since 7PM. We have ate inside this restaurant a few times and have enjoyed it previously, but after this experience we will not be coming back. Unfortunately this is absolutely terrible customer service.

Similar vibes to Wagamama, but less calorific and healthier food! Me and my husband visited on a whim a we are avid gym goers and try to chose macro friendly places to eat out. The food is so full of flavour, healthy and big portions! We especially loved that they give you the option to add a double amount of protein to your dish at an additional cost of £2.50. And the chicken is chicken BREAST. The udon and ramen we chose were ‘fire’ heat level but were perfect for us. The baked Korean wings were also sublime. Our new fave healthy spot to eat. Service is also fantastic. The lady took the time out to explain each dish to us as we hadn’t visited before.

Unfortunately we tried this again and the service was appalling! If you you don’t want sit down customers then become a take away shop. You were empty yet treating us with frustration and contempt!

A great new restaurant with a wonderful modern atmosphere. We had the Bibimbap which was fantastic.

I have eaten in many restaurants around the world, but this has to be the worst. Poor service, many menu options not available, ran out of beer, food eventually turned up cold, staff didn't seem to care.. a real shame because I love Korean food.

We had a nice lunch there the other day and we liked the concept of the restaurant and would like to highlight one of the staff, Preeti. She was working hard with a smile on her face and was very accommodating. We had a good time with my friend, thank you. 😊

Food is really nice and staff very friendly but unfortunately we were very let down by the service tonight. Clearly management was not prepared for the volume of customers tonight. Many tables had incomplete order delivered and waiting long time for their food. Also wifi is always pretty rubbish in the restaurant so need to go up to the till to make an order. Such a shame!

Ordered, then waited and waited and waited... Small part of our order came out after about 35 mins, but then wasn't followed by the rest. After chasing and waiting over an hour we requested a refund (we appeared to be one of many tables leaving dissatisfied). Plenty of other choices locally that actually get the food to the table in a reasonable timeframe.

Delicious food! The gochujang chicken ramen is my favourite! Really like this place. The food and service are great. Will definitely be returning again. Highly recommend.

Came for the first time today with my boyfriend for lunch. Absolutely wonderful service; the waitress was so kind and lit a candle for us and took time to explain the menu since we hadn’t been there before. Lovely experience and great food.

Tried Grounded Kitchen for the first time last week for my sons birthday and will definitely be back! The food itself is fresh and flavourful with very good portion sizes and different spice levels to choose from. The staff -Preeti was really friendly and great customer skills are good, I will definetly come back .
