Feeling shame for being a customer for many years.

They have given half cooked pizza -
but good part is that I found the quality of cheese they are using.
it's like an expired synthetic s**t, it's bitter and pale coloured
BE CAREFUL - will never eat outside.

Haven't used this place in a long time as it went so downhill however 1st March 25 delivery via uber fantastic burgers and fresh cooked fries! Whatever had happened it was brilliant 👏 good portions of chips and I'm sure bigger burgers. We really enjoyed it
We were going to eat in the cafe, but were put off by the number of uncleared tables. The whole place looked a mess! And it wasn't even a busy time! And the customer toilets ( at least in the gents ) were a disgrace. There was no toilet paper in the WCs, the one soap dispenser was empty and one of the two hand dryers wasn't working.
This cafe can be very busy and you sometimes have to queue, but I guess that’s because it’s popular.
I often call in here and the staff here work very hard and are always so cheerful, which alone makes the stop worthwhile.
A credit to M&S.
Well, what an experience, to actually be invited into the kitchen by the head chef to see where the ‘ magic happens ‘. Then to top that, to then be offered to help with dinner creation, given a free cooking lesson by one of the services top chefs, thank you so much, not charged for food either, does it get any better.
Wonderful shish kebab - the pitta bread is made to their secret recipe and was fantastic - soft yet with a slight crunch on the outside, perfect for mopping up the chilli sauce which was excellent too! I ordered a small but there was so much chicken it was spilling out of the pitta and there was loads of salad too. I would say this is the best kebab I've ever had. The guys in there were really friendly and helpful too and he showed me the pitta breads waiting to go into the oven that he'd just made.
Really flipping cheesed off to put it politely! Ordered our food for delivery at 7pm, at 10pm decided to drive to collect it as we were starving and getting irritable! Then they said we were still at the back of the queue for food so we had to cancel at 10:10pm and get food elsewhere!
Disgraceful service and communication. They should have a time warning of how long it will take to arrive before completing the transaction, as we would have not bothered. Completely ruined our evening and won’t buy from there again. 1*
Absolute fortune for fish and chips!
If you want fish and chips in the Worthing area go to the chip shop boxgrove, value for money and larger portions!
I bloody love a cafe, always looking for the new best one in town…went in Jordan’s and had a nice experience, Jordan was friendly and accommodating said swaps were fine and they could add toast or whatever, we had a good chat…however just tried to order online, called to make a minor change from mushrooms to tomato and was told that’s fine…was told it would be an hour and half…waited…then noticed an email saying the order had been cancelled as we didn’t pay for the swap and that was that…the lady on the phone was really rude and it’s a shame really as you’ve just lost out on £30 a week from me as I would of been a regular…looking at other reviews and and your comments, you come across as totally passive aggressive, and your business will fail like that, be consistent in how you deal with people, if you say one thing then stick to it, don’t be greedy and don’t mess people around…this whole thing pissed me off and I won’t ever be back
Intentamos pedir un fish and chips en este sitio y, después de 40 minutos, nos fuimos cansados de esperar. Mal organizado, clientes muy maleducados que se colaban todo el rato y olor a fritanga.
