KFC Worthing - Broadwater Street West in Worthing

Ordered on Uber eats.. Missing gravy. Tried to phone but not answering and no service to leave voicemail.. Appalling.

Burgers were so dry, one piece of lettuce & about half teaspoon of mayo in a bun, nothing like the pictures when you order. Chips were soggy and didn't have that many. Overall was CRAP and a waste of money.

Quite good, friendly staff cleaned well food arrived on time, overall pleasant experience

The counter is always closed encourage people to use the self checkout. I am often waiting at least 10 minutes to be served so i can use my NHS discount. Often items are missing, seems a little under staffed.

What a poor service, yesterday I bought a six piece bucket and all the pieces were drumsticks. This was not the first time this was happening. So disappointed

My daughter and her friends visited this store just over a week ago. They all got food poisoning. Unfortunately although her friends recovered quite quickly my daughters condition got worse and she landed up in hospital with colitis. Short of going back to the store I have not been able to find anyway of making a complaint to the store

Our order was missing a lot of food. Spoke to a lovely lady on the phone and when we went back to pick up our missing items she had added a lot more!

It is what you would expect. Self service screens at the entrance and food prepared by number rotation. The food arrived very quickly

Ordered for 7:15 delivery. Then it went to 7:30, 7:35, 7:45 and on and on. No one would answer phone at this place. Appalling attitude towards customers that are spending their hard earned money. Shame on you KFC. Never again.

Ordered £40 worth of food Sunday 24, though Uber took money out bank and got no KFC not happy very unhappy kids never order though them again we got ring doorbell no one came near house tried to ring KFC no one answer left message no call back very bad service

Busy so took some time to get our food. Then seemed to be confusion as to what we ordered. Drink we ordered off machine wasn't avaliable so seems like a oversight to have self serve machines if not all menu items are there. But overall it's KFC so all good.

Staff are always rude to customers and each other, manager had to issue a refund as they had no milkshake left, so so rude !! I was shocked by her rudeness. Another visit here we were just left at the counter ignored even though they knew we were there, after about 10 minutes I had to ask to be served and even then he just walked past me saying “you can wait please” they were not even busy no excuse for it. Only come here for my daughters or I wouldn’t come in.

Massively disorganised, I don't blame the staff as you can see the set up is very inefficient. Order number status screen isn't correct or doesn't show order Tiny screens for the staff and nothing is available ready it's all made to order so takes longer than sitting in a restaurant... Crazy

Disgusting place. Staff were rude and shouting at each other. My burger was pathetic, dripping with mayonnaise and barely edible. For £11 it's criminal what they're serving. You might as well eat dog food.

Beyond ridiculous in here now. I entered the store. There was few people also waiting. Didn't seem particularly. After 5 minutes, I left without ordering and I didn't even get eye contact. 1 Girl was running back and forward preparing something, she dropped one wrap which came of the packaging, she did ask to have it made again but continued to wrap it back up and put in the bag anyway?! But like I say just 5 mins of standing around not even being acknowledged.

Couple of times I've been there, cold place to sit in and not really kept clean with dirty tables the staff are great just super busy . Probably wouldn't eat in again

Absolutely atrocious, pineapple stick was frozen, wasnt allow to redeem a voucher. It was NOT FINGER LICKING GOOD!! Chicken came WITHOUT the bater on my burger. Would NOT recommend waste of money

This KFC is good with good food. The wait time wasn’t long. The only thing is when your waiting for your food you can only hear is the staff rushing around and preparing food.

Better than chapel road. Fries really good taste wise all good . Customer service super respectful.

Get 8 chicken wings instead of 10 on delivery.

£4 for 1 piece of chicken is a rip off. My granddaughter had a meal costing £7.20 and my other granddaughter wanted just one piece of chicken £4 !!!

Don't really have anything positive to say. The blue light discount never works through the app and the staff never want to help. And the food was pretty sub standard and the chips seemed to have halved in portion size.

Service was really good but the fries were very stale, they had beennsitting out for a while

Didn't have some of what I wanted. Wraps poorly made. Wings were poor quality.

Takeaway today meal trilogy box ordered x 2, explained to staff/manager that gravy was poored on food and the gravy smelt like burning plastic. The answer was given to replace gravy, staff seemed to care about the complaint. Service very poor.

I'm not sure why I keep ordering from here. Always missing items, always cold, the boneless banquet is a joke. Everything has got smaller. Really won't be ordering again. 😒

Prices extortionate - chips inedible (soggy and tasteless) “Service” these days is someone shouting a number at you to hand you the overpriced tasteless food. KFC used to be world beating - it’s awful now

I went to here yesterday and they had no chicken. They didn't offer me a deal on something else, just no chicken. I mean, why were they even open? The time before this they had no fries. Useless

Service was bad , my daughter and friend got theirs , mine was another 20minutes. No ketchup, no lids on drink. Chips cold. 2 drumsticks on Colonel meal . Staff were miserable.

It is so far the quickest KFC in the area to pick up my online order from.

Certainly better than other KFC's we have locally... the food was edible and actually quite good! The presentation was pretty good too!

If this store was any slower I think the public would think they were at a funeral parlour .It's that slow even the customers are waking out after ten minutes.

So slow was so very very slow that even after patienly waiting for 20 minutes decided to go to coop and eat a sandwich. WONT BE TRYING HERE AGAIN!

Went in on a Friday to order food, ordered it, waited for ages, then they said they were out of chips, so I got a refund and didn’t even receive an apology or anything. Wasted 30 mins of my time.

I really wish I had read the reviews before I agreed to get the kids a KFC - avoid. No food and a really terrible experience both online and in-store. I placed an order to this store at 5.45 pm using the official KFC app which said to expect the food in 10-20 mins. The order was shown as pending, waiting for a delivery driver for well over an hour with the expected arrival time just ticking forward constantly. I called the number on the app at 7.30pm as the kids were getting very restless and hungry. The order was then updated to 'cancelled' whilst I was waiting (for 15 mins) to speak to someone. When I got through I was given no explanation and told to wait 15 days for a refund. I asked if there was a complaints process as it was a poor experience, and was told there wasn't one. The kids still insisted they wanted a KFC so we then went to the store and couldn't place the same order at the terminal as the offers weren't available, so I went to the til and waited ages for someone to acknowledge me (the store was incredibly busy and chaotic). I asked if I could place the same order, explained the story, and showed the receipt. They said no and there were some online only deals, and they wouldn't replicate it. I explained that wasn't satisfactory, and I felt they should honour it given the mess they made of the online order. They said they'd check with the manager. After 30 seconds came back and said 'don't worry, the manger says you will get a refund '. I explained I knew and that wasn't my question, and they had no reply and shrugged. I gave up and said they wouldn't be having any money from us, we would go elsewhere. As we were leaving a couple of people said not to bother, as they'd been waiting 40 mins for their order in store. We ended up getting a delicious Chinese instead, albeit we ate 2hr 30min later than planned. We won't be going back here or to any KFC if I have my way and I have uninstalled the app.

Ordered from just eat at 4:30 for 5 but was still in preparation stage at 6. Once it finally arrived at 6:30 it was stone cold. Have ordered from here other times and have always had items missing when I have gone to collect them myself. Very disappointing from my favourite takeaway company.

They have changed the recipe of the coatings on the chicken.It's terrible now.Goodbye KFC

Always a disappointment. December 2023 Cold hard chips, dry yet oily chicken. Often missing food from orders. Been maybe 4 times in the 5 years Iv lived around the corner and every time I go I get reminded why we don't go.

Didn't realise that a 14 piece bargain bucket would be ALL legs or indeed that one of the meals was missing from a £50 order. When I called to complain got answer machine, left message. Still no reply. Shamefully service.

Normally okay but they forgot to put in my wraps and I had to go back for them. No apology given! 😞

The only downside here is the restaurant is cold and drafty. Otherwise excellent customer service from Justin when we didn't like the signature fries. Replaced without any fuss for classic fries.

Had as a take away via just eat. The order came wrong and most of the food was cold. I called the restaurant and left a message but still no response. That was over a week ago

DELIVERY DID NOT ARRIVE AFTER 1 Hour 40 Minutes I placed a order on Just eat. 1 hour 40 minutes later. Order was accepted but order did not move any further. Did not allocate driver etc. Tried calling shop and left voice message. Got tired of waiting so cancelled order on just eat. Very bad service. Won't order from them again.

Not that anyone will really care but to be fair the food here was probably some of the best KFC I've had. Bit of a wait on a Friday night but they were doing thier best. Decent and gets smashed by the Uber, just eat, deliveroo crew! Update - ate in the restaurant tonight. I went close to the end of the day. Waited 30min for a boneless banquet with the smalled popcorn chicken had 5 in it and 3 boneless smaller then mcdonalds chicken nuggets, one was just batter basically and half a bag of chips. Its really gone down hill i wont go again. (Tbf place was clean enough and staff were ok but didnt seem to be doing much)

Worst kfc in Worthing. This is my second time i visit the store, This time was same as last time . Everything was cold and its like a stone. Now i understand chapel road is far better than broadwater. I decided not to go anymore 😔

Utterly shameful.. mould in food and such awful service. If you care about your health! Avoid this kfc at all costs! Others in the area 5* but this one particular shop I'd avoid like the plague.

Nice fried chicken, but fries are not the best. Eat in and takeaway are available. There is limited parking available. There are toilets on the premises.

Place is absolutely filthy, staff behind the counter swearing in ear shot of children. 1 staff member said to another not to worry about cleaning up the mess. Not too sure how it’s got a 5 star hygiene rating.

Don't expect to be served quickly if you go to the counter. staff don't understand not everyone wants to use the self serve. Waited a while to be served on the counter.

The ‘staff’ cannot read a receipt to save their lives, don’t ever expect everything you’ve ordered to be in the bag because at least one thing will be missing, biggest waste of money

Auto service machines were out of order and sundae machine was also out of service. Fast service and clean tables to sit at. Unfortunately no wooden or plastic knives available, and they seem to have got rid of the wet wipe satchets

Tried KFC for first time in 20 years. Dont think I will bother again. Waited 20 mins after ordering before my basic bucket order was ready. Store not busy. After 3 min drive home found soggy cold chips and luke warm chicken..

Just been served a Zinger burger and two pieces of chicken. All stone cold having spent one minute in the car. No excuse for this, especially at lunchtime.

Had a 8 piece boneless dipping feast tonight, cold and absolutely tasteless, don’t waste your money, absolutely shocking and won’t be back

Chips are always cold and the last time all I had was overcooked dry breast meat and thin rib bones only go there if I'm late working service is quick

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful. Food as expected. My five stars are mostly for the staff, especially the tall dark haired young man behind the tills, he gives great customer service - well done. Parking is awful, btw. Try the car park behind the shops, parking on the front is nightmarish.

Lost a single star due to TABLES not being wiped down. Something that should be done, the moment customers leave so it's clean and inviting to next seating customer (like me). The Zinger Burger was the BEST I've had in the 5 years I've lived in the UK ❤️

After buying boneless chicken menu driving 3 miles home to find the food was only warm definitely not hot I definitely won't be using that again
